With the sustained and rapid economic growth, the demand for mineral resources will continue to increase in China. In recent years, under the strategy of “going out”, it became an inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to allocate resources effectively and explore the market actively in the whole world. Determining how to construct the evaluation index system to make an objective and reasonable evaluation of mining investment environment of the host countries is the main purpose of this paper. Based on the previous theoretical models, this paper establishes the optimized mathematical model and, to a certain extent, provides a objective basis for the national investment in overseas mining, by using Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process.

Abstract Background: Medical endoscope is widely used in clinical practice for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment, occupying around 5% of the medical device market. Evaluating the true service level of medical endoscope is essential and necessary to improve overall performance of medical diagnosis and treatment, and to maintain competitiveness of endoscope manufacturers, however, such a tool is not available in the market. This study develops an Evaluation Index System (EIS) to assess service level of medical endoscope, and to provide suggestions for improving the service level through the Delphi method. Methods: Firstly, the possible factors influencing the service level were identified from literature review. In parallel, the Delphi expert method questionnaire was designed and 25 experts were invited to conduct three rounds of questionnaire, to evaluate and rate the possible factors. Finally, we determined the weights associated with the factors, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and percentage method, and developed theservice level EIS. Results: The EIS consists of 3 first-level indicators, 24 second-level indicators and 68 third-level indicators. According to the weights computed using AHP, first-level indicators are ranked as post-sale (0.62), in-sale (0.25) and pre-sale (0.13). Through case verification, the medical endoscope brand Olympus had a total score of 4.17, Shanghai Aohua had a total score of 3.71, and Shanghai Chengyun had a total score of 3.28, which matches its market popularity and ranking in terms of market share. The results obtained from the EIS are consistent with the reality. Conclusions: The EIS established in this study is comprehensive, reliable and reasonable with strong practicality. The EIS can act as a tool for the endoscope users to evaluate potential products and make informed choices. It also provides a measurable basis for endoscope manufacturers and service providers to improve service quality.

Chongqing International Marathon event is one of the top marathon events in China. Under the background of the new era, constructing a scientific and reasonable marathon evaluation system plays an important role in the development of this event. In this study, literature method, field investigation method, Delphi method, interview method, analytic hierarchy process, and other methods are used. And it includes 5 primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators, and 58 tertiary indicators. What is more, AHP is used to determine the weight of indicators at each level. This evaluation system can help the race-organizing committee more scientifically understand this event and lay a solid foundation for finally building an excellent brand event.

Enterprise internal control evaluation system is an organic entirety, is a systematic project, which is an important component of enterprise internal control. The development of new energy enterprises has some features, for example, the long value chain cycle, the large initial investment costs, the big risks. The urgent affairs of our countrys new energy enterprise is overcoming their own defects on the basis of the internal control system running at low cost, and fully seize the good opportunity. So, a set of perfect internal control evaluation system is crucial now. On the base of enterprise internal control theory, this paper combines with the characteristics of new energy enterprises, formulates new factors and index of energy enterprise internal control evaluation, and uses analytic hierarchy process (ASP) to establish the system of evaluation index system. Finally, implement this system by development tools such as MySQL and MyEclipse.

Currently, energy-saving building is a hot topic in society, which is also generally recognized as the most direct and effective way with the greatest potential for energy saving in the industry when the energy problem has become increasingly urgent today. At present, the domestic scholars less focus on rural residential energy saving, so the energy efficiency assessment on countryside buildings is still a relatively new field. This paper introduced existing energy-saving building assessment system at home and abroad through referring to the domestic and overseas existing assessment system, combining the characteristics of energy efficiency of rural residential buildings in China, constructed the energy-saving evaluation index system of rural residential buildings. Expert opinions and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used to determine the index weight, and the rationality of the evaluation system was determined by an empirical analysis case.

In order to evaluate the quality of the air passenger service objectively and accurately, based on analyzing the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation of service level, and applied the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of need, the evaluation index system of air passenger service quality has been built from six aspects, such as objective, economy, service, quickness, comfort and convenience. The evaluation index weight vector is determined by means of the improved analytic hierarchy process. The fuzzy theory is used for comprehensive evaluation, and the model is analyzed through example. The results show that the evaluation system can effectively reflect the level of air passenger transport service quality and reduce the influence of human factors.

Based on detailed analysis of the influencing factors on energy security, this paper build the China's energy security evaluation index system considering energy transport from the four aspects of energy supply, energy consumption, energy, transport, energy and social environment, then classified the level of energy security according to the evaluation system. At last, this paper made an empirical analysis on the 2001-2010 energy security through the Analytic Hierarchy Process.

This article aims to establish a scientific, quantifiable and workable comprehensive evaluation index system for the tendency of intensive design of the contemporary campus. The evaluation system of intensive design is divided into four levels and related indicators, including location selection, natural climate adaptation and eco-technology, and determine weight value of each indicator by using analytic hierarchy process method. The conclusion is that the weight of the location selection is the highest, following by the eco-technology, and the natural climate adaptation is the least important. Then it clears the development direction and goals of the intensive design of campus and sums up the points of campus intensive design.

This paper presents an urban road traffic evaluation system from traffic behavior, transport, traffic supply and traffic concept using the analytic hierarchy process techniques. We collect data by distributing questionnaires in Qingdao and determine the congestion evaluation index system after processing the data by factor analysis. The system is designed to emulate human's expertise on specifying four levels of traffic congestion within the urban area. Case analysis shows that our evaluation system is provided for the government to manage urban traffic networks.
