Inspired by the overlap communication theory, a new onshore radio positioning system which superimposed on terrestrial digital transmission system is proposed in this paper. This system overlaps but not affects existing terrestrial digital broadcasting. At the receiver, a reconstruction/cancellation algorithm.is implied to capture the navigation signal and positioning measurements precisely. This paper focus on the construction of overlap system, spreading navigation signal and the capture of positioning measurements. We give a method to generate spreading navigation signal and overlap with terrestrial digital transmission system. The method can reduce the performance degradation due to pilot interference. We also proposes a reconstruction/cancellation algorithm which can solution the capture performance deterioration caused by overlapped system . The simulation results show that this system proposed in this paper can be used in terrestrial digital transmission system and provide good positional function.

The paper presents a method to build MMG model of ship motion for a oil supply vessel (OSV) with dynamic positioning system. It is assumed that the ship motion exposed to environment disturbances like wind, wave & currents, The simulation results show that the model of the vessel and environment disturbances are suitable, and the method is practicable .

According to the power performance index of the bulldozer, the matching calculation of electric drive tracked bulldozer transmission system is put forward, including AC induction motor, reduction ratios between motors and sprockets, engine-generator. Combined with the slip rate simulation of the special operation cycle conditions of bulldozer eletromechanical transmission system based on Matlab/Simulink is performed. Simulation results show that the dynamic characteristic satisfy the requirements of the job performance of the bulldozer. The matching calculation of the eletromechanical transmission system for bulldozer proved itself to be effective and feasible.

Compared with AC (alternating current) transmission, DC(direct current) transmission has obvious superiority at high power, long distance, submarine cable transmission and asynchronous interconnected between exchange systems etc.. This paper constructed a kind of 12 pulse bridge UHV DC transmission system that includes control protection function through MATLAB/Simulink tool. By setting the breaker parameters, this paper studied the 12 pulse bridge UHV DC transmission system AC/DC side in case of setting down time, type and cleared. The simulation results demonstrate that this system has a good effect in harmonic control and it has no power compensations in realizing HV DC process, and it can completely work as an important reference in constructing HV DC power grid.

Mismatch and parasitic effects of bridge capacitors in successive-approximation-register analog-to-digital converter’s (SAR-ADC) split capacitor digital-to-analog conversion (DAC) cause a significant performance deterioration. This paper presents a nonlinearity analysis based on an analytical model, and a modified calibration method utilizing a pre-bias bridge capacitor is accordingly proposed. The proposed method, which uses three-segment split capacitor DAC structure, can effectively eliminate over-calibration error caused by conventional structure. To verify the technique, a 14-bit SAR-ADC has been designed in 0.35-[Formula: see text]m 2P4M CMOS process with the PIP capacitor, and the simulation results show the method can further improve ADC performance.

In wireless networks signal’s security from noise has been a very challenging issue, primarily because of the broadcast nature of communication. This paper focuses on digitized Quaternion Modulation (QM) which gives better performance as compared to QPSK, QAM and QFSK. We compare the performance of quaternion modulation with other modulation schemes in terms of BER using idealistic Additive White Gaussian Noise AWGN channel. This scheme can be used in applications such as Global Positioning System (GPS), satellite and space communication system to reduce errors. The simulation results show superior performance of the proposed digitized Quaternion Modulation over its counterparts. Thus one may trade off bandwidth for BER.
