In the era of rapid development of information technology, how to make the management effective, efficient, cost-effective and management informatization is an inevitable trend. In this paper, firstly introduce the overview of the Stadiums operation and maintenance management system based on the ASP.NET; secondly research the operation and management system of stadium; and finally based on the first and second analysis of the operation and maintenance management system, put forward the specific Design and implementation of the operation and management system of stadium.

At present, many domestic industries don’t have perfect operation and maintenance management systems for their IT platform. Most of the daily maintenance work is passive response after the problem occurred rather than discovery in advance, which will bring the potential risks to IT system running smoothly. Therefore it is necessary to monitor and manage the existing IT core equipment, to improve the security and stability of the core production and enhance the satisfaction of business department. In addition, through the establishment of an association between centralized monitoring and process management platform, the system standardizes the operational work, and improves work efficiency.Maintenance management system based on Tivoli[1] is mainly to complete the monitoring and management of the IT infrastructure, used in finance, electric power, chemical and other industries, which includes room infrastructure, storage, networks, systems, databases and middleware. On one hand, the system centralizes event management platform integrates events from various aspects of the IT infrastructure, takes a rich deal and then provides intuitive monitoring for operational management. Moreover it integrates process management platform so as to complete creating work orders, processing and other operations. On the other hand, the system will integrate the monitoring results of existing business into the monitoring interface, and implements IT knowledge sharing.

Computer room is an important infrastructure of information technology on education for colleges, how to balance the load, calculate fees flexibly, improve resource utilization, service for the teachers and students better is an urgent problem.Firstly, the development trends of computer room management systems are discussed in the paper. Secondly, gives a data model of open computer room management system, which in order to balance the load and improve the utilization efficiency etc. of computer rooms. Finally, gives the intelligent billing algorithm according to the designed data model, and then implemented the algorithm using stored procedure with SQL Server 2005.

Information technology is one of the assets of a company or organization that is important for its development, with the rapid development of technology today, technology must always be updated. One of the roles of information technology is the application of knowledge management. Knowledge Management is a system that is able to improve and manage knowledge information in companies or agencies that apply knowledge management. In this study, it focuses on implementing a knowledge management system in the Quality Assurance of the Faculties at Satya Wacana Christian University. This research is based on the fact that PMF institutions still use manual methods in data archiving, the purpose of this study is to design a web application that is useful for archiving PMF data to make it more effective and efficient. In this study, the KMS (Knowledge Management System) is applied, and uses the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle method which consists of several process stages consisting of infrastructure evaluation, KMS design analysis and development, and evaluation at the final stage. The result of this research is a useful data archiving web application for PMF. It is hoped that PMF will be more efficient in data archiving.

With the development of hospital information technology, Informationization has been gradually applied into the departments of hospitals. Although the current information management of hemodialysis is better than manual operation, but it cannot meet the daily needs because of the particularity of each department. Aiming at this problem, I designed a system of hemodialysis intelligent management. The system can achieve the function of automatic placing stations by the designed scientific algorithm, sending automatic arrangement notifications by the SMS module and getting the information of inquiry and medical records automatically by the magnetic card module. After testing the system performs well, which greatly reduces the time-consuming and increases the efficiency of devices.
