By demonstrating the economical efficiency and environmental friendliness of containers, this paper expatiates the development trend of China’s container buildings at the current stage. Researches and analysis have been conducted during the practice of container hostel virtual design by introducing the design essence of Unité d'Habitation de Marseille. This paper also proposes the low-carbon design strategy in container buildings and states the experimental analysis of wind environment in the container hostels.

It is current situation of our country steel industry, that technology and equipment of our country steel industry is behind, and high energy consumption, through the research on the development trend of low-carbon technology in China's steel industry and the low-carbon technology can be focused on in the future, the new international Low-carbon technologies in steel industry were reviewed, and the principal thinking of reducing CO2 emission of steel industry be offered. The Low-carbon technology level can be improved through the introduction of technology and international cooperation or multinational research.

Low carbon economy has gradually become a hot topic in all walks of life. In order to analyze the development trend of low-carbon enterprises in Sichuan Province, this paper first uses the principle of system dynamics, combined with economics and mathematical statistics. And all of that has been realized according to the method of cognitive calculation, comprehensive analysis and processing of data, adopting a large-scale sampling survey, screening samples, and using natural language processing model. It deals with an analysis of the results to meet the development needs of low carbon enterprises in Sichuan province. Aiming to analyze the development capability of low carbon enterprises in Sichuan Province, the computer simulation model of Vensim PLE, a special simulation software for system dynamics, was established. In order to analyze the development trend of Sichuan low-carbon enterprises more effectively, this paper also uses the AHP method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to evaluate the development ability of Sichuan low-carbon enterprises. By comparing the simulation results, the good application prospect of system dynamics in scenario analysis of low carbon enterprises is verified.

Contemporary college students are the main group that will create a new kind of China and promote China's economic development. This requires them to have a unique and sensitive perspective of development, education is not only the demand of China's economic structure transformation, but also in line with the development trend of global higher innovation education. 1000 college students from different grades and regions have fully understood the innovation education of our country through the questionnaire survey. In the past ten years, the government, universities in some regions and the society have analyzed the investment in education. In addition, this paper also compares the two-year survival rate of entrepreneurship projects between graduates with and without education from 2010 to 2017. Through the post-processing, statistics and comparison of the data, we find that most of the students have different degrees of willingness to start a business, but relatively few can put it into action. The main reasons are the lack of a reliable platform, innovative ideas can not be achieved, the lack of guidance of relevant economic theory knowledge, and the inability to implement scientific research achievements into specific entrepreneurial projects.

The intelligent model of micro gird got more and more attention, which is believed to be the development trend of low carbon intelligent micro grid. In this paper, we construct a stand-alone AC-DC micro gird with wind/photovoltaic/battery resources under off-grid model, and discuss the strategy of micro grid monitoring to realize reasonable allocation of power energy by the control system of unified micro grid dispatching. The electricity generation is integrated to the building grid by 380V low voltage, mainly to meet the self-occupied. The excess electricity can also be stored or connected to the network according to technology and management requirements of countries distributed photovoltaic systems.

In accordance with the requirements of the circular economy in Guangxi (of PRC) and the characteristics of the drivers of low-carbon competitiveness in the regional construction industry, a causal flowchart of influencing factors of the low-carbon competitiveness in the Guangxi construction industry is constructed, and a model based on system dynamics is established. After the entropy weight method is used to determine the variable weight, VENSIM PLE software is used to simulate the development trend of the low-carbon competitiveness of the Guangxi construction industry. The simulation results of the promotion effect of various factors on the development of the low-carbon competitiveness of the regional construction industry from 2010 to 2020 are obtained, and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of a circular economy.

Colleges are society's human resources training base. Construction of low-carbon colleges comes up with the development trend of global energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on five basic characteristics of low-carbon campus, this essay discussed the construction of four functional modules (low-carbon research institutions, high quality talents, environmental Infrastructure and effective supervision system) in low-carbon campus and management mode among them. This essay provided a research foundation for improving the competitiveness of colleges, guiding graduates’ and undergraduates’ low-carbon environmental awareness, and promoting high efficiency and low-carbon development of our society.
