With the strong support of local governments for strategic emerging industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, and new energy, strategic emerging industries are playing an increasingly important role in the economy and society. With the increasing enthusiasm of college graduates for independent entrepreneurship, college students’ entrepreneurship is constantly integrated with the development of strategic emerging industries. Based on this background, aiming at the practical problems of the development of strategic emerging industries, this study innovatively puts forward the method of using big data technology and GM model to realize the dynamic model analysis of the development of strategic emerging industries and college students’ entrepreneurial behavior. This article analyzes the correlation between dynamic big data such as industrial scale, industrial market, and industrial direction of local strategic emerging industries and university entrepreneurship, so as to provide theoretical support for the development strategy of strategic emerging industries. Through the neural network algorithm, this article evaluates the entrepreneurship of college students, so as to provide a digital basis for the layout of strategic emerging industries to attract talents and entrepreneurship. Experiments show that the big data integration system established by GM correlation analysis and ant colony Elman regression artificial neural network has high accuracy and can well identify the priority relevance of the industrial direction of strategic emerging industries to college students’ entrepreneurship. It provides theoretical support for regional policy makers to better formulate college students’ entrepreneurship strategy and the development plan of emerging industries.

The study investigates the influence of the COVID-19 on the rate of R&D investment and foreign exchange development of China's most important emerging industry firms. From 2010 to 2020, data were collected from 26 locations across China, focusing on seven different types of critical creating companies. To analyze the data, we have applied Fourier Increased Unit Root Test, Granger causality assessments test, Pattern Assessment test, Poisson pseudo most excellent probability (PPML) approach, Wald test, and Regression analysis test. The results of the tests reveal a clear underlying association among COVID-19 relates Chinese exports and imports. COVID-19's instant effects on imports and exports lack working capital have been calculated, but the short-term, medium-to-long-term products are composite and unidentified. The article result main results are following: (i) The COVID-19 impacts the R&D investment is main industries like as high-end equipment industry, new materials industry, and new-era data innovation. (ii) The COVID-19 highly affects the imports and exports development network of Chinese strategic emerging industries which emphasizes cross-industry grouping features. The study provides the guidance to the future researchers to focus on COVID-19 affects on the strategic emerging industries of developed and underdeveloped countries to determine of foreign direct investment inflow and unemployment growth rates.JEL: G20, O10, O40

Henan province, located in central China, suffered a heavy rainstorm and an outbreak of COVID-19 from the middle of July to the middle of August. We review and investigate the emergency response to these two events. The influence of the compound disaster on provincial economic operations, fixed assets, consumer goods, the logistics industry, high-tech manufacturing, and strategic emerging industries is analyzed in detail. Since the province’s economic situation has been positive for a long time, the influence of the compound disaster was short-term. The countermeasures to the pandemic were efficient since they had previously been in practice at various times in 2020. However, in the face of unusual disasters such as the rainstorm, the gap between early warning and emergency response needs to be bridged, and the sources of relief funds should be diversified.

Empirical findings from the impact of innovation investment volatility on enterprise technological innovation are mixed. Based on the punctuated equilibrium theory, this study explores the impact of innovation investment volatility on enterprise technological innovation in different life cycles and whether innovation subsidy has expected effects on enterprises’ technological innovation. By using the 205 Chinese listed enterprises in strategic emerging industries from 2010 to 2019 as the research sample, the results show that the innovation investment volatility has a positive impact on technological innovation of enterprise in the growing stage, while it has no significant effect on enterprise technological innovation in the mature and declining stages. In addition, the negative moderating effect of innovation subsidy on the relationship between innovation investment volatility and technological innovation is the most significant for enterprises in the growing stage, weakly significant for enterprises in the mature stage, and insignificant for enterprises in the declining stage.

In the recent years, the health and wellness tourism industry has become one of the new emerging industries in Pakistan. In terms of the sharing economy, the driving mechanism of the health and wellness tourism industry has undergone significant changes. Based on a combination of theoretical and practical research, the paper explores the dynamic system and mechanism of innovation development of health and wellness in the tourism industry in Pakistan. Firstly, it theoretically constructs the driving factors in four aspects, which include market demand, industrial supply, infrastructure, and external environment. Secondly, taking Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province (KPK) as an example, it uses the entropy method and Grey relational analysis to test the driving factors system. The empirical results show that four aspects jointly influence the innovation of the health and wellness tourism industry in Pakistan. Finally, this study discusses several practical implications for the development of the health and wellness tourism industry of KPK for academics, policymakers, business owners, and scholars, with recommendations for future research.

In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce and mobile communications has ushered in a new era in the era of big data and has also given birth to emerging industries such as big data. People are paying more and more attention to data, and all walks of life are trying to analyze data and make use of the potential value of data. Business organizations use big data analysis to reduce business costs, plan real-time traffic routes for thousands of express vehicles to avoid congestion, and use click stream analysis and data mining to avoid fraud. This article combines big data with e-commerce security, deeply studies the composition of e-commerce security system and key security strategies and technologies, and discusses some problems in the combined application of blockchain and electronic settlement. The birth of big data technology can solve the contradictions in today’s e-commerce security, introduce the popular and widely distributed Apache Hadoop platform, deeply study the structure of Hadoop, and focus on the data analysis and processing method products of the second generation of Hadoop YARN. It is recommended to start with data, manage, and monitor e-commerce behaviors and improve the e-commerce security system. Finally, many important aspects that need to be considered in the big data e-commerce security system will be discussed. The analysis results show that the credential management and control system based on blockchain technology proposed in this paper can resist most frauds and realize the safe storage of transaction data and cannot be tampered with. Experiments have proved that the types of vulnerabilities and defects show that improper input is the main reason; the system error rate is mainly concentrated at 0.50%, and all the data indicate that the application of big data blockchain in electronic settlement provides great value, and the security of the electronic economy has increased by at least 60%.
