For the low management of current collective electricity, this paper designs multi-route intelligent electric system, and introduces the soft and the hardware design of the system in detail. The system uses STC enhanced SCM as the control core and communication, based on BL0932B chip, designs single phase bidirectional power electric energy metering module, and uses 485 bus and GSM module as communication and control methods. The actual application shows that the system has high intelligence, reliable operation, achieving the desired effect.

This paper firstly introduces the development of the electric energy meter and the future trend, the overall design scheme of intelligent electric meter is given, a software development platform built. Then the design of voltage and current detection circuit, TCP/IP communication circuit, network interface driver and embedded WEB page. System uses LPC2290 as the main control chip, using the United States ADI company's ADE7755 chip energy metering, can not only realize the measurement of electric energy, but also can accomplish the communication with the host computer, easy to build energy management platform for energy management and control etc..

Three-phase combined transformer has a large number of application to special energy metering in power grid, its performance is directly related to the accuracy of electric energy metering. So it is necessary to ensure its performance and accuracy. It rules that three-phase combined transformer should be calibrated with three-phase method, but most of metrology departments calibrate three-phase combined transformer in single-phase method. Based on the mechanism of the three-phase transformer, single-phase method and three-phase method had been compared on three-phase transformer experimental platform. The result shows that it would be large error when the three-phase transformers are calibrated with single-phase method. Three-phase transformer calibration should be operated with three-phase method.

This paper gives a solution of prepayment and software design in the intelligent electric meter. Firstly introduces the development and the future trend of the meter, the overall design scheme is given, a software platform built. Then the design of the CPU IC card circuit, IC card processing program, and the main program, real-time power program and electricity consumption measurement program are also designed. System uses LPC2290 as the main control chip, using ADI company ADE7755 electric energy metering chip, the software uses the modular design, not only can realize the measurement of electric energy, but also can accomplish the communication with the host computer, easy to build energy platform for energy management and control etc.

With the extensive development and use of new energy sources, it has become an urgent issue to solve the problem how to effectively use such energy sources. This paper designs a single-phase electric energy router (SPEER) whose main goal is to solve the problem of optimal operation of the home power system under a high penetration rate of new energy. First, a SPEER structure is presented which has an AC-DC hybrid form to meet the power requirements of all household electrical equipment. Compared with the existing structures, its structural design is more suitable for small-capacity systems, such as home power systems. Next, a reasonable, detailed, and feasible control scheme was designed for each part of the SPEER, so that it has the functions of plug and play, power routing, island detection, and synchronous grid connection, and a seamless coordination management scheme between subsystems was designed. Complete functions make it more intelligent in response to various conditions. Finally, the correctness of the designed SPEER and control strategy was verified by experiment.
