PENGARUH TRENDFASHION, GAYA HIDUP, DAN BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP PREFERENSI FASHION HIJAB

Fashion is one of the most important daily needs of human beings. Dressing in addition to being a necessity can also reflect the way of life of a particular community as well as being an expression on one's personality as an identity identity then a variety of choices of clothing models each person can be influenced by different preferences. Everyone's preference for decision making on an item including dress style is influenced by many factors. This research aims to explain how fashion trends, lifestyle and brand image influence hijab fashion preferences. This research uses quantitative research method. The population used in this study is all Jabodetabek students who wear hijab. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire method on 155 reponden. The variables used in this study consist of 2 independent variables and dependent variable. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 data processing program. The results given from this study show that the three variables independents of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image have a significant influence on hijab fashion preferences. Lifestyle variables have the most dominant influence on hijab fashion preferences.So that the three variables of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image influence the increase of hijab fashion preference in an effort to develop the potential of the fashion hijab industry.Fashion atau gaya berbusana termasuk salah satu kebutuhan sehari-hari manusia yang paling utama.Berpakaian selain menjadi kebutuhan juga dapat mencerminkan cara hidup kelompok masyarakat tertentu serta menjadi suatu ekspresi pada kepribadian seseorang sebagai identitas jati dirimaka beragam pilihan model pakaian setiap orang dapat dipengaruhi preferensi masing-masing yang berbeda. Preferensi setiap orang dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap suatu barang termasuk gaya berpakaian dipengaruhi olehbanyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh trend fashion, gaya hidup dan brand image terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh mahasiswi Jabodetabek yang mengenakanhijab. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner pada 155 reponden. Variabel yang digunakan di penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan program pengolah data SPSS 20. Hasil yang diberikan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Variabel gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Sehingga ketiga variabel trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image mempengaruhi peningkatan preferensi fashion hijab dalam upaya mengembangkan potensi industri busana hijab.

Conceptualisation of University Students’ Civic Transversal Competence

Education plays a key role in promoting fundamental values, citizens’ rights and responsibilities as well as social inclusion, in particularly so by reducing hostility towards vulnerable social groups. Therefore, all stages of education, including higher education, are important in the development of civic transversal competence. To ensure sustainable, qualitative, modern, and competitive higher education, the education facilitating the productive involvement of students in civil society and, consequently, their competitiveness in the labour market is a topical issue in the context of Latvia too. In keeping with this rationale, in January 2020, the University of Latvia started the implementation of the first round of the research “Assessment of Competences of Higher Education Students and Dynamics of Their Development in the Study Period” with the study of students’ civic transversal competence as its part. The paper aims to conceptualize students’ civic transversal competence, to determine its criteria and their indicators at different levels of higher education. Using the qualitative data processing program NVivo 12.0, there was carried out an analysis of 20 recent studies and higher education documents (2014-2020), as well as examples of good practice. The result is a descriptive matrix for civic transversal competence assessment, which can be used as a basis for the development of assessment tools.

PELATIHAN ANAK YATIM DAN DHUAFA DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENGGUNAAN MICROSOFT WORD DAN MICROSOFT EXCEL DI ASRAMA DOMYADHU CABANG CIPUTAT

<p><em>Along with the development of Information Technology, computers and their use in everyday life are used to process data into information. One of the important programs that a computer user must have and control is Microsoft Office. As the name implies, this program can help to do data processing work more easily. In Microsoft Office there are many types of programs that can be used, for example Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word is a program that is very important in everyday life. This program is a word processing program that includes creating, editing and formatting documents. Meanwhile, Microsoft Excel is a program designed to perform number processing. The Unindra community service team will carry out community service activities at the Domyadhu Foundation in the Ciputat branch by providing training on the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. By conducting this training, it is hoped that it can improve knowledge on the use of Microsofot Word and Microsoft Excel for younger siblings at the Foundation.</em></p>

Pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar di Rumah dan Gaya Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X Pemasaran Pada Mata Pelajaran Komunikasi Bisnis SMK Negeri 2 Padang

The study was conducted to: (1) The Effect of Home Study Facilities on Student Achievement (In class X Marketing on Business Communication Subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Padang) (2) The Effect of Learning Styles on Student Achievement (In class x Marketing on Eyes) (2). Business Communication Lessons at SMK Negeri 2 Padang). (3) The Effect of Home Learning Facilities and Learning Styles on Student Achievement. The study using a data processing program using SPSS version 23. The population these were students of class X Marketing at SMK Negeri 2 Padang which consisted of 106 students, the sample of this study used 84 students. The analysis included normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis is multiple regression analysis, F test, coefficient of determination and t tes. The results is: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Home Study Facilities on Student Achievement (In Class X Marketing in Business Communication Subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Padang). (2) There is a positive and significant effect of learning styles on student achievement. Pengaruh Pajak, Kepemilikan Asing dan Tunneling Incentive terhadap Penerapan Transfer Pricing pada Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas dan Transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of tax, foreign ownership and tunneling incentives on indications of transfer pricing in infrastructure, utility and transportation companies on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2018. The population in this study are infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period in 2014-2018. The number of samples used was50 companies using purpose sampling method. The data processing program uses version 22 of the SPSS program. The analysis method used in this study is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t statistical test, F statistical test, determination coefficient test (R2). and correlation test (R).The results showed that the tax variable had no effect on the indication of transfer pricing. The foreign ownership variable has no effect on the indication of transfer pricing. The tunneling incentive variable has an effect on the indication of transfer pricing. Based on the simultaneous test (F test), the variables of tax, foreign ownership, and tunneling incentives together have an effect on indications of transfer pricing in infrastructure, utility and transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2018.

Analysis and Diagnosis of Truck Transport Routes in Underground Mines Using Transport Time Data Collected through Bluetooth Beacons and Tablet Computers

In this study, we developed a system to collect and analyze log data related to truck travel times in underground mines using Bluetooth beacons and tablet computers. When a signal from beacons installed at a major underground mine is received by a truck-mounted tablet computer, the beacon information is collected and uploaded to a cloud server. A data processing program integrates the uploaded log data files into a single file, calculating the statistical values for each section of the transport route. The developed system was applied to a limestone underground mine located in Jeongseon, Korea, to diagnose and analyze the transport routes in the study area. As a result of this analysis, it was possible to select sections in which the truck transport time was stable and sections in which it was unstable. Consequently, the transport route could be classified into four types based on the distribution and fluctuations in the truck transport time data. Moreover, it was possible to analyze the causes of the stable and unstable sections through production logs and field staff interviews. The developed system could be used as a tool to improve transport operations by diagnosing and analyzing the truck transport routes of a mine.

THE EFFECT OF ADVERSITY QUOTIENT AND ATTITUDES OF STUDENTS ON THE STUDENT'S PHYSICAL LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS

This ex post facto study aimed to reveal the influence of adversity quotient and attitudes students on physics learning achievement. The population of this study was all of twelvh graders of Public Senior High School (SMAN) 10 Banjarmasin City. The sample was determined by simple random sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires. The research data were analyzed by using SPSS statistical data processing program. The results showed that adversity quotient and attitudes students were in the very high and positive category, and than had a significant effect on physics learning achievement of Public Senior High School (SMAN) 10 Banjarmasin City.

Designing a microsoft access-based administration letters and archives system at BPJS of employment regional office of East Java

The role of technology in an institution is beneficial for any activities, especially in managing documents administration, which is now most of the company used digital archive systems. That's because the manual archive system is considered less effective and efficient, where it takes a lot of space and time to search for document archives. Microsoft Access is a windows-based database processing program with Visual Basic for Application (VBA), commonly used to create a windows-based application. The purpose of this paper is to make an administration letter and archives system based on Microsoft Access. The results of this design have passed the trial process for approximately two weeks and received a positive response. The system design can be run well, and its functions correctly without errors. So it can help the secretary or other employees to manage all documents (letters and archives) more accessible and faster.
