An imaging system of ultrasonic detection is presented for non-destructive testing (NDT) of complex structures by using virtual instrument technology. The control devices for C-scan as well as for imaging system are designed and manufactured. In the coarse scan mode with the scan step of 1 mm, the system can quickly give an image display of a cross section of 80 mm (L) ×60 mm (D) by one measurement. In the refined scan model, the system can show a refine image of the coin. All experiments on coin, bulk metal, and other forms of specimen verify the efficiency of the proposed method. The experimental results are accurate and reliable.

With the integration of new technologies such as smart technologies and cloud computing in the industrial Internet of Things, the complexity of industrial IoT applications is increasing. Real-time performance and determinism are becoming serious challenges for system implementation in these Internet of Things systems, especially in critical security areas. This paper provides a framework for a software-defined bus-based intelligent robot system and designs scheduling algorithms to make TTEthernet play the role of scheduling in the framework. Through the framework, the non-real-time and uncertainties problem of distributed robotic systems can be solved. Moreover, a fragment strategy was proposed to solve the problem of large delay caused by Rate-Constrained traffic. Experimental results indicate that the improved scheme based on fragmentation strategy proposed in this paper can improve the real-time performance of RC traffic to a certain extent. Besides, this paper made a performance test and comparison experiments of the improved scheme in the simulation software to verify the feasibility of the improved scheme. The result showed that the delay of Rate-Constrained traffic was reduced and the utilization rate of network was improved.

Characteristic parameters of piezoelectric ceramic have immeasurable effects on its performance. On the basis of the equivalent circuit of piezoelectric ceramic, dynamic resonance method is used to measure a series of cylindrical piezoelectric coefficients. Based on labview virtual instrument technology, an automatic measurement system with Agilent E4980A impedance analyzer is developed. The characteristics of impedance frequency response are recorded and the admittance circle is drawn. Then the major parameters including d33 are measured automatically and the reports are generated. Finally, E-S(Electric-Strain) method is adopted to verify the reliability of the measurement results. The results showed that the dynamic resonance method had good repeatability with the standard deviation no more than 1.66%, and the test values were in accord with the E-S method.

New standards in the automotive industry highlighted the situation of the actual operation of the alternator and a variety of harsh environment simulation limit test. Using new standards in the automotive industry as a guide, this article presents a virtual instrument based on the durability of automobile generator integrated test system. The design adopt virtual instrument technology in designing the system, Graphic language, LabVIEW is applied in writing measure-control program. The system uses a lot of features on LABVIEW, including Data acquisition, control of serials port, etc. Test implementation uses the host computer via RS232 and RS485 communication port and the data acquisition card, NI PCI- 6221, to control the frequency hybrid motor, temperature control box, electronic loads and other intelligent devices, and to simulate a variety of automotive alternator working conditions and real-time monitoring to monitor the status of generators. Using this system, two separate automobile alternators can be tested in terms of high-speed vehicle impact and high temperature durability test and electrical performance test and other tests at the same time. As a result, the generator speed measurement error is within 1%, the control error is within 2%, voltage and current measurement errors were within 0.5% and 0.4%, which meets the requirements.
