In this paper, we introduce a novel localized collocation solver for two-dimensional (2D) phononic crystal analysis. In the proposed collocation solver, the displacement at each node is expressed as a linear combination of T-complete functions in each stencil support and the sparse linear system is obtained by satisfying the considered governing equation at interior nodes and boundary conditions at boundary nodes. As compared with finite element method (FEM) results and the analytical solutions, the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed localized collocation solver are verified under a benchmark example. Then, the proposed method is applied to 2D phononic crystals with various lattice forms and scatterer shapes, where the related band structures, transmission spectra, and displacement amplitude distributions are calculated as compared with the FEM.

The city of Bekasi with a population that has reached nearly 3 million residents is appropriate to improve the spatial planning system and modal transport planning system along with its supporting infrastructure in order to create an orderly and planned city condition.  Transit oriented development, is a function of a mixed land and transit area, where the merger of land includes a region with complete functions, can be reached on foot, and close to the transit area. This research is included in applied research. The research method used is descriptive method with comparative analysis and weighting analysis using a scorecard analysis issued by ITDP through TOD Standard 2.1. Referring to the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) there are 8 TOD principles with 21 performance appraisal metrics that must be applied in developing the TOD area. Then the overall points will be added to determine the ranking of the TOD obtained. If the results of the assessment do not reach a minimum point (55 points) then development cannot be said to be a TOD. Based on the results of the assessment that has been carried out it is proven that the development of the TOD Area at Gateway Park has not yet entered the lowest standard of the TOD area. Even though 51 points have been obtained by the developer, this is still ineffective considering that the development is too exclusive and not integrated with the surrounding area. AbstrakKota Bekasi dengan jumlah penduduknya yang sudah mencapai angka hampir 3 juta penduduk sudah selayaknya untuk memperbaiki sistem perencanaan spasial hingga sistem perencanaan angkutan moda beserta infrastruktur pendukungnya agar terciptanya kondisi kota yang teratur dan terencana. Transit oriented development, merupakan penggabungan fungsi dari suatu lahan campuran dan kawasan transit, dimana penggabungan lahan tersebut meliputi sebuah kawasan dengan fungsi yang lengkap, dapat dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki, serta dekat dengan kawasan transit. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian terapan. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis komparatif dan analisis pembobotan menggunakan scorecard analysis yang dikeluarkan oleh ITDP melalui TOD Standard 2.1. Penelitian ini akan memberikan hasil kesesuaian konsep pengembangan kawasan TOD dengan standar dan kebijakan yang berlaku. Mengacu kepada Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) dalam pedomannya yang berjudul TOD Standard 2.1, terdapat 8 prinsip TOD dengan 21 metrik kinerja penilaian yang harus diterapkan dalam pengembangan kawasan TOD. Kemudian hasil poin keseluruhan akan dijumlahkan untuk menentukan ranking TOD yang didapatkan, Jika hasil penilaian tidak mencapai poin minimal (55 poin) maka pengembangan tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai pengembangan yang berorientasi transit. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang sudah dilakukan terbukti bahwa pengembangan Kawasan TOD di Gateway Park belum dapat memasuki standar terendah kawasan TOD yang dikeluarkan oleh ITDP. Walaupun sebesar 51 poin sudah didapatkan pihak pengembang, namun hal ini masih tidak efektif mengingat pembangunannya yang terlalu eksklusif dan tidak saling terintegrasi dengan Kawasan sekitarnya.

ABSTRACTN6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent and reversible internal modification of mammalian messenger and noncoding RNAs mediated by specific m6A writer, reader, and eraser proteins. As an m6A writer, the METTL3–METTL14-WTAP complex dynamically regulates m6A modification and plays important roles in diverse biological processes. However, our knowledge about the complete functions of this RNA methyltransferase complex, the contributions of each component to the methylation and their impacts on different biological pathways, are still very limited. Here, by employing both in vivo and in vitro models, we report that METTL14 was indispensable for post-implantation embryonic development by facilitating the conversion from naïve to primed state of the epiblast. Depletion of Mettl14 lead to conspicuous embryonic growth retardation from E6.5 mainly as a result of resistance to differentiation, which further lead to embryonic lethality early in gestation. Our data highlight the critical function of METTL14, as an m6A modification regulator, in orchestrating early mouse embryogenesis.

A multi-function half-real object integration research platform based on virtual instrument technology was designed to meet the needs of the design of magneto-rheological damper. The platform is an integration of multifunctions which mainly includes assisted optimal design, controller management, algorithm simulation and online real-time performance test. This paper introduced the design of hardware and software in detail. The experimental results showed that the platform has many advantages in such aspects as complete functions, stable performance, accurate test and stronger visualized data analysis.

At present, Internet has brought a lot of benefits to people. In most situations, it has an excellent performance. It requires a continuous end to end network for providing a reliable delivery. However, in reality, there is a challenged network which is discontinuous with high delay and many interruptions. In these cases, conventional network performs poorly or cannot be available. Delay-Tolerant Network (DTN) is an emerging area which is used to solve the problems in that challenged network. As its name described, it can handle or tolerant high delay which could lead to a disconnection that may be many hours or many days. It introduces a bundle protocol and uses a mechanism of store and forward to implement a hop to hop network which can operate in the discontinuous environment. It is used in terrestrial civilian networks, military wireless networks and outer space networks which have a high delay. The reference implementation has been developed by Delay-Tolerant Network Research Group (DTNRG). It implements a mature architecture of DTN and provides almost complete functions on Linux operating system. Later, the Bytewalla project implements part of DTN architecture and functions on Android operating systems. It is defective and there is much space to improve it. This research concerns that the Bluetooth convergence layer increases the probability of communication based on DTN.

Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signal simulator is one of the most important instruments for testing the function and performance of GNSS terminal products. It consists of a Mathematical Simulation System (MSS) and a Radio Frequency Signal Generator (RFSG). The MSS is responsible for generating the navigation message and observation data and then sending them to the RFSG in real time. The simulation accuracy of each part in the MSS determines that of the signal generated by the RFSG. In this paper, the function requirements of each module in MSS are analyzed firstly. Then the general framework of MSS is presented. At last, MSS developed in this paper is demonstrated and tested partly, the test results are compared with that of SimGEN software and STK. Taken as a whole, the MSS has complete functions and good performance. The MSS will hopefully apply to GNSS signal simulator.

The new large power hydraulic spring driver used in high voltage switch is integrated with hydraulic valve and cylinder. The hydraulic valve is put into cylinder in the rectified structure so as to change all the axial seal to radial seal. Advanced control principle and main configuration make the new hydraulic spring driver many characteristics such as excellent performances, complete functions, reliable operation, good technics and small cubage. Expecialy, the self-protection ability solves the important tecnnique problem.

In view of the number of the elevator increasing sharply, difficulty maintenance, repair not timely, this paper proposes the elevator monitoring system based on the GPRS and ZIGBEE network, and introduces the implementation method of the hardware, software design idea and application. The monitor system collects the data of the elevator running state , transmit data to the data center by the GPRS and ZIGBEE network, data center analysis and determine the elevator operation, fault condition, timely notification to relevant personnel, and puts forward the solutions to some of the potential fault, reducing the occurrence of failure. The running results show that: the monitoring system has complete functions, and stable performance.
