It is analyzed to control the affection for dynamic affection of change in process parameters to the corrosion of equipment and pipes with the HAZOP, LOPA and corrosion self-healing control system, then HAZOP-LOPA–Based corrosion risk identification and control technology is proposed to improve the level of effective active control in high-risk corrosion in the petroleum–chemical process in this paper.

Based on the study of basic risk identification method, this paper analyzes domestic factoring risk identification methods and puts forward the basic model based on business process of domestic factoring risk identification, then provides the new ideas for risk identification, the paper lays the foundation to domestic factoring risk evaluation and control system, so it is good to construct a complete, standard domestic factoring risk management system.

Subject. The article addresses the organization and implementation of process approach when setting up a system of internal control of an economic entity, which ensures the management of effectiveness of divisions’ activities. Objectives. We aim at investigating the organization of the internal control system of an economic entity, based on its activities, accounting policies, classification of business processes, and risk identification. Methods. The study rests on methods of theoretical generalization, structural grouping, logical analysis, as well as the analysis of scientific and practical literature and accounting and control practice. Results. The analysis of practices revealed a number of problems in the implementation of the process approach in the accounting and control activities of economic entities, in particular, insufficient understanding and unpreparedness of management to implement the process approach, the lack of a system for regulating business processes, the lack of interconnection between the system of control indicators and the created business processes. It is advisable to divide the process of organizing the internal control system into a number of stages, i.e. the definition of activities, typology of business processes, risk identification, testing the internal control system’s quality. Conclusions. The introduction of the process approach in organizing an internal control system involves the systematization of information, depending on the nature of the business process, requiring permanent updating. The emergence of non-standard situations makes it necessary to adjust the boundaries of business processes. The resources of accounting business processes are personnel, software, equipment, and other infrastructure elements.

Abstract— Today no one is free of accidents, especially in high-risk work environments such as in-mine and/or tunnel work. It is quite common that in this type of high-risk activities and where evacuation accesses are distant from the area of operations, the response time plays an important role in the event of a dangerous event, which can materialize in an accident if necessary. you do not act quickly. Having a realtime ventilation monitoring and control system helps us as a tool to prevent a possible risk event. This control system, by constantly monitoring the ventilation inside the tunnel or inside the mine, can send us an alert to a web server that can be monitored through a computer and/or a smartphone that is on the surface when there is a lack of air, when the temperature rises considerably and the humidity begins to rise or the air flow is minimal then the system will activate an alert to the different monitoring or control devices. Additionally, this prototype contributes to saving energy because it will automate the switching on of the fans only in the presence of people in the work area. This prototype thus achieves real-time supervision and allows us to make the best decision when faced with an event that endangers human life in the workplace. To obtain the good flatness of hot-rolled stainless-steel strips, high-precision shape control has always been the focus of research. In hot rolling, the quadratic wave (centre buckle and edge wave) can usually be controlled effectively. However, the quarter buckle of the strip is still a challenge to solve. In this paper, a prediction model of roll deflection and material flow is established to study the change rule and control technology of the quarter buckle. The effects of the process parameters on the quarter buckle are analysed quantitatively. The process parameters affect the quarter buckle and the quadratic wave simultaneously. This coupling makes the control of the quarter buckle difficult. The distribution of lateral temperature and the quartic crown of the strip have less effect on the quadratic wave but have a great effect on the quarter buckle. Finally, a new technology for work roll contour is developed to improve the quarter buckle. Through industrial application, the model and the new contour are proved to be effective.

For the unmanned vehicle system, the state measurement and control technology is one of the key links to realize the real unmanned vehicle. Based on RTK positioning technology and ultrashort wave spread spectrum communication technology, the key technologies of special vehicles with unmanned automatic operation are studied, and a set of state monitoring and control system of special vehicles with unmanned automatic operation is developed. Through the experimental research, the unmanned vehicle state monitoring and control system can better complete the functions of vehicle location and electronic map display and meet the design requirements. The research results provide technical support for the practical application of special vehicles with unmanned automatic operation.
