Cable cars are usually used to transport passengers in difference elevation between one point to another point. Usually, cable cars are suspended on the cable and moves by the mobile cable. In this paper, a new type of ground wheel-rail cable car was designed and the performance of this mechanism was analyzed. The transport system of a passenger ground wheel-rail cable car sets wheel-rail devices and cable car wheels ride on the rail on the ground, which is driven by the mobile cable. This is a new type of passenger organizational form, and there are many advantages of this transportation system, such as safe, reliable, energy-saving , environmental protection and economical benefits.

When bathing in winter, people often feel cold and wet. In order to solve this problem, a new type water heaters combining with the characteristics of atomizer and traditional water heater will be designed, so as to improve the environment temperature of bathroom. In this paper, design of the programmable controller which is applied to this new type of water heater is introduced, and the control principles of the atomizing heating process and the whole system are presented in detail. The novel solar water heater based on PLC not only has the effect of energy saving and environmental protection, but also works in a reliable way.

Sintering sludge-shale brick is a new kind of environmental protection and energy saving material. In order to study the different sludge content on the influence of compressive strength of sintering sludge-shale bricks, through the experiment and comparison to the finished products of the five groups of the sludge content with the method of contrast test, the reasonable content is found. The result shows that the compressive strength of the brick decreases sharply with the increase of the sludge content in the same experimental condition. In order to realize the greatest degree of sludge utilization, the best sludge content of sintering sludge-shale brick is 30%.
