In order to ensure the success rate for communication between the power field on-site service terminals and the smart meters, guarantee the on-site service terminals' infrared divergence Angle is controlled in a certain range, we designed a performance testing system. Through this system, we can understand the scattering intensity of the communication infrared light macroscopicly, the infrared light scattering areas also can be calculated. Moreover, we can detect whether the communication data are according with the requirement of communication protocols and determine whether the infrared communication module is qualified accurately.

Multi-circuit gear pump working performance cannot be affected by load, and it outputs the same amount of oil in every port, which can provide static pressure supporting for the guide ways of machine tool. The test schematic is designed with the destination of testing multi-circuit gear pump hydraulic performance. Test equipment and hydraulic oil are selected scientifically and reasonably based on multi-circuit gear pump performance parameters which have been designed, and then hydraulic system is installed in order to execute performance testing.

In this paper, we study the wind and solar hybrid lamps testing system which is based on wireless communication design. The collected data will be calculated. The paper analyses six typical points to research the solar energy, wind energy to the battery energy conversion. Moreover, the paper also analyses the scenery energy and fan speed data for four seasons, providing scientific basis for eco-city management analysis of local natural resources utilization.
