On Labview’s development platform, taking full advantage of multithreading management and data stream control, a quick-responding dynamometer system for cutting process is designed and developed based on the Usb interface. The system possesses functions such as data acquisition, signal generation, signal pre-processing, data storage and data analysis, has facile operation interface, and supports data post-processing and analysis well.

This paper describes the design and implementation of the portable TT&C test equipment for small satellite. Now small satellites propose the idea of a quick test. For meeting requirement of the quick test, portable TT&C test equipment is proposed. The equipment takes full advantage of the current modular design technology, test bus technology, virtual instrument technology etc. It overcomes the disadvantage of traditional test equipment integrated difficulty, which is caused by traditional discrete and variety devices. The equipment has the advantages of scalable, flexible upgrade, compact, portable. After the experimental validation applied in the satellite test, it achieved good results. So it is important for test technological development of small satellite.

By utilized VISA functions provided by LabVIEW, we can easily and successfully realize the serial communication between cardiechema senor and monitoring system, as well as collected data written into and read from Access through database functions. The perfect combination between the internet technology and the virtual instrument has provided a promising platform for the realization of the virtual instrument networking. This paper mainly introduces the construction of phonocardiogram monitoring system which has some functions such as real-time monitoring, data storage, signal preprocessing, playback, characteristic signal extraction, remote monitoring and so on.

The introduction of the virtual instrument technology provides new ideas for the developments of the temperature acquisition. This paper presents the design of temperature acquisition system based on VI technology. This system takes LABVIEW as the software development platform, simulating environmental temperature parameters via temperature sensors and heaters. Through the USB-6009 data collecting cards environmental temperature is sent to LABVIEW software platform for analysis. The system has the functions of data acquisition, display, storage, callback, save, analysis, printing statements and limit alarm processing and so on, and completes the real-time collection and analysis of the temperature.

With piezoelectric acceleration sensor, charge voltage filter amplifier, data acquisition card, PC and vibration experiment table for hardware development platform, and LABVIEW for software development platform, virtual instrument technology was applied to the design of mechanical vibration test system. This test system mainly consists of data acquisition, time domain analysis, amplitude domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, time-frequency analysis module. Experimental results indicate: The system not only can perform real-time data acquisition of multiple channels signal, waveform display, data storage, signal analysis, playback measurement and output printing etc, but also has good expansibility, high speed, high accuracy and friendly interface. It is suitable for engineering personnel and laboratory use.

In order to study the starting speed athletes sprint speed ,the paper design a distributed monitoring system. System sample data of speed by micro-controller and peripheral circuits , data of test point speed transmit to the PC through the RS 485 bus,programmed using LabVIEW software on the PC side realize data storage of detection each point speed, processing, display and remote monitoring. The micro-controller and virtual instrument technology combined with the application, to overcome the conventional athletes speed detection shortcomings of the prevailing and difficult to remote observations. Experimental results show that the system is low cost, high accuracy, stable and reliable operation.

The greenhouse temperature and humidity monitoring base on the application of virtual instrument technique apply LabVIEW as the software development platform, taking computer technology as the core. It equipment with the sensor, data acquisition, signal conditioning circuit and other hardware devices to achieve the greenhouse temperature and humidity parameters such as real-time acquisition, analysis, display, data storage function. The virtual instruments and the traditional monitoring equipment compared to display more intuitive, more easy to achieve functional expansion.

In this paper, we used Lab VIEW development platform, designed a virtual signal acquisition and analysis system based on the soundcard. In addition we studied the signal acquisition performance of it. This system has functions of signal acquisition, analysis, waveform display and storage. It is easy to use with good interface, and function appending is available on user requirement. It offers a kind of DAQ solution with low cost. It has broad application prospect, can be extended to the field of speech recognition, ambient noise monitoring and laboratory measurement etc.

According to the rapid development and widespread application of virtual instrument technology, a design with serial port and the audio card of PC as the main hardware and LabVIEW as the software development platform is proposed. Not only can it generates and output basic waveform, arbitrary formula wave and hand-painted waveform in real time, but also realizes the function of the oscilloscope system, including: channel selection, collecting and display waveform data in real-time, parameter measurement, spectrum analysis etc. This multi-functional virtual instrument has the advantages of friendly-machine interface, easy to transplant and modify and good scalability. And it has broad prospects in the field of testing, measurement and teaching practice.
