As a kind of new green renewable energy, wind power is being paid more attention to by the countries in the world. Wind energy resource is rich in Hebei Province, and wind energy has great potential, so it is important for energy sustainable development, harmonious development of social economy and ecological environment to develop and utilize wind power in Hebei Province. In order to analyze the wind power industry competitiveness in Hebei Province scientifically and accurately, this paper introduced the tree-structured growing self-organizing map network (TGSMN) into the spatial data mining (SDM) to be used in spatial clustering. This method not only can make up the limitation of the more data limit and biggish computation in the common spatial data mining, but overcome the restriction of traditional maps that must appoint in advance. The wind power industry competitiveness evaluation in Hebei Province showed that the results given by this method are reliable.

With the increase in awareness about protecting our environment and the support for the cause by all major economies of the world through the Kyoto Protocol, the importance of wind power has grown in stature since it is clean and the most viable renewable energy resource. The global annual market of new wind turbine installation is more than US$ 40 billion at current prices, considering world-wide installations of about 40000 MW annually. This paper reviews the growth of the wind power industry globally as well as in India. The opportunities for investment in this industry and problems associated with it are also discussed with specific reference to India. In the second part of this paper, the business model of two of the major wind turbine manufacturers of India, Suzlon Energy Limited, and Enercon India Limited are discussed and their strategies are compared.

This article is the study of the professional competence of employees required in the wind energy industry in Taiwan. This will combine a number of research methods, including literature review, Delphi method, IPA analysis to explore the professional capacity of wind power generation projects and connotation of the wind energy industry needs. This paper analyzes the results used as indicators to construct the wind power industry professional, and will be used as the design of the wind power industry practitioners professional competence course. The importance of part of the questionnaire using Likert five-point evaluation index scale [11], divided into very unimportant, unimportant, important, very important, very important to the five levels. The performance of part of the questionnaire, divided into strongly disagree, disagree, agree, agree very much, very much agree with five levels. In this study, the questionnaire survey sent to a written questionnaire of 30 valid questionnaires were collected 27, the effective response rate of 90%. The 39 professional competence items, five items on the C quadrant (the importance of less than 4.0), the remaining 34 (87%) are on the C quadrant (the importance of greater than 4.0). Which is located five professional capacity (13%) in the C quadrant items are green beliefs, it means that domestic subject to government to actively promote the concept of green sustainable.

This document explains the development of wind power; especially the wind power energy in Xinjiang. At the same time the paper demonstrates the difficulties, wind power technology, Wind power is a fixed tariff and tariff subsidies lag, the grid company lack of acquisition of wind power and the trading system is incomplete and hampered a wide range of consumer satisfaction, which faced in the further development of Wind power industry and finds some factors. The good news is National policy began to tilt to the solar, wind and other clean energy, which is a good opportunity for the wind power industry in Xinjiang.

The wind resource is rich relatively in Hebei Province, and the wind energy utilization also has great potential. So it can play an important role to the sustainable development of Hebei Province energy, prompting the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment. As a kind of renewable clean energy, wind power has the advantage of no pollution, low cost, but the wind power also has the inherent shortcoming of intermittence, random and instability. To evaluate the competitiveness evaluation of wind power industry in Hebei Province scientifically and accurately, this paper constructed the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and defined the subordinate function and weight proportion. The competitiveness evaluation of wind power industry in Hebei province showed that the results given by this model are reliable, and this method to evaluate the industry competitiveness is feasible.

In 2015, the new installed capacity of global renewable energy power generation exceeded the newly installed capacity of conventional energy power generation, marking a structural change in the construction of the global power system. With the continuous improvement of wind energy utilization technology, the global wind power industry has developed rapidly in recent years. The world's available wind energy is 20 billion kilowatts and has become one of the most economical green power. In China, wind power has become the third largest source of electricity, with the installed capacity increasing from 3.1% in 2010 to 9.2% in 2017. In 2017, China's new installed capacity was 19,660 MW, accounting for 37.45% of the world's new installed capacity. This paper evaluates and compares the efficiency of wind power industry in the four regions of eastern, central, western and northeastern China through EBM models based on radial and non-radial factors. This paper discusses the contribution of China's wind power industry to CO2 emission reduction from the relationship between installed capacity efficiency and CO2 emission reduction efficiency. The conclusions show that the overall efficiency score and ranking of wind power in 2013-2017 is the best in the eastern region, followed by the northeast region and the western and central regions.

In feasible research of wind farm construction, wind resources assessment is an important process. The grade of wind resources is the crucial qualification in the construction. It determines whether this wind farm is profitable or not. his paper introduces the theory of wind energy resource assessment firstly, including: wind power density, wind speed correction and Weibull distribution. Then take Yishui wind farm as example to calculate the wind energy resource assessment.
