Considering the pollution on the environment using dynamite source in oil and gas exploration, harm and damage to people and building, the vehicle mounted hammer source which can replace dynamite source is presented. This paper describes briefly the basic structure and working principles of the vehicle mounted hammer source. A typical pneumatic circuit is researched and designed. And the pneumatic circuit is designed with the powerful functions of PLC, the hardware and software design are introduced. The system has advantages of strong striking force, high velocity, small gas consumption, simple structure and convenient control.

Most studies of the so-called CACSD (Computer-Aided Control System Design) have aimed at the development of computer systems which will assist control engineers to design effectively, making better use of sophisticated machine interfaces and the graphic environment, and do not aim at automated control design beyond assisting the user in designing control systems. The present study has developed a system, which is aimed at the automation of classical control system design, by describing the dialogue between man and computer as a computer program through techniques of knowledge engineering. In particular, hypothetical reasoning systems supported by TMS (Truth Maintenance System) are used in order to automate trial and error procedures which are problems in classical design methods. In other words, a hierarchical system has been constructed where a control system-designing expert system based on hypothetical reasoning is placed at the meta-rule layer above the procedure and tool layers. This paper illustrates the basic structure of this expert system and the utilization forms of hypothetical reasoning in control system design, and shows the actual operation of the system as seen through a design example.

In the current construction process of high-voltage transmission lines, the installation of spacer rods mainly adopts manual stepping on the line and high-altitude operation flying vehicles. However, the existing methods still have safety hazards and are not efficient. In the process of installing the spacer rod, it is necessary to measure and locate the installation position of the spacer rod. At present, measuring tape or ground theodolite is mainly used for measurement, which requires the cooperation of multiple people, which is inconvenient to operate. This paper proposes and designs a spacer rod installation robot, gives the basic structure and control system design of the robot, and completes the mechanical processing and assembly of the robot prototype. On this basis, the key components are debugged and tested. Finally, the prototype was tested in an experimental environment and related technical indicators were tested to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design scheme.

According to the work requirements of a production line of sheet metal handling, using the mechanical design principles and methods, pneumatic technology and PLC control technology for sheet metal handling manipulator research and design, and development a style of automatic handling manipulator meeting the requirements. This article introduced the sheet metal handling manipulator and principles of the basic structure of the hand, pneumatic systems and PLC control system design and analysis. Practice shows that the manipulator has a simple structure, reliable, efficient features, which meet actual production needs.
