The control system design for a Feeding Machine in Farms is introduced in this paper, it consists of PLC, MCGS touch screen, monitoring computer, wireless communication module, etc. This paper introduces in detail the system's hardware and software design. The system has characteristics of easy operation, stable running and high reliability.

Considering the pollution on the environment using dynamite source in oil and gas exploration, harm and damage to people and building, the vehicle mounted hammer source which can replace dynamite source is presented. This paper describes briefly the basic structure and working principles of the vehicle mounted hammer source. A typical pneumatic circuit is researched and designed. And the pneumatic circuit is designed with the powerful functions of PLC, the hardware and software design are introduced. The system has advantages of strong striking force, high velocity, small gas consumption, simple structure and convenient control.

This task is based on the control of the MCU. In order to make it work, the first and foremost thing is to configure the interface among the MCU, display device and the wireless communication device with reason. In detail, the hardware design concludes the MCU control system, display circuit as well as the design of the wireless one. As for the software design, there are the initialization of the MCU and the display component. The programmer for the control of the display part and wireless part are also concluded.

The control system of the spring tension and compression testing machine is designed based on STM32 processor and touch screen. The signal of the pull-pressure sensor after conditioning is conversed by the 24bit A/D converter. The signal is operated real-timely with the encoder data, the setting value of the touch screen and the condition of the keys. The results are stored in the SD card. While the results are displayed on the touch screen. The anti-interference capability of the system is improved by the hardware and software anti-interference design. The reason of the measurement results smaller than the theoretical value is analyzed according to the tests results used of the calibration texting machines. Two aspects of the measures have been proposed to improve the measurement accuracy, including improving hardware stiffness and introducing distortion compensation amount.

In this paper, a gas stove and range hood integrated intelligent control system based on wireless communication is introduced. This system enables range hood running through wireless communication without human intervention, and gas stove can directly and automatically control the opening, the wind speed and closed of range hood. Compared to traditional gas stove and range hood, it implements the gas stove and range hood work together to make the operation more safe, convenient and fast. Through experimental test, the proposed design is feasible to achieve the gas stove and range hood integrated intelligent control system design requirements.

Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control (CACC) systems which enable vehicle following with tight inter-vehicle head-way offer unique advantage to promote transportation mobility. CACC systems are a step forward the commercially available Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) systems as they utilize inter-vehicle wireless communication for more advanced control system design. This work studies different wireless communication topologies, i.e., receiving wireless communication from one or more preceding vehicles, and different error-regulation controllers, i.e., linear vs non-linear, for CACC. Through robot following experiments, we show that appropriately designed CACC systems can all achieve vehicle following. For emergency hard braking, however, a non-linear vehicle-following controller which generates strong braking action at short inter-vehicle distances can reduce the risk of collision.
