The cross-sea bridge construction environment is poor, and its construction technology is complex. To determine the general contract management idea, realize the overall operation goal, achieve the standardized management and maximized and optimized benefits of the engineering project, it is of great practical significance to discuss the management of the cross-sea bridge construction contract. The construction enterprises should pay attention to the management of construction contract, which is as the basis of arranging for construction, pursuing for claim, controlling engineering cost and settlement and providing possibilities for risk transfer, carry through the real-time institution development and establish the contract management system, so as to control the business cost and drop the business risk. Incorporated with the actual situation of the construction contract signing, the issues and improvement measures in the signing and management of the cross-sea bridge construction contract are given.

With the continuous improvement of bridge construction technology in our country, although the service life of the bridge has been greatly extended, the mechanical connection technology of steel bar in the technology is still in the stage of steel bar straight thread connection, which is nearly 30 years behind that of foreign countries. According to the development status and application requirements of bridge construction in China, it is of great practical significance to explore new technologies and methods to solve the problem of insufficient strength of straight thread connection of reinforcement. In this paper, the reliability of the straight thread reinforcement connection in the bridge foundation reinforcement cage connection technology is studied as the main breakthrough point, and the main problems encountered in the application of the straight thread reinforcement connection technology in the bridge reinforcement cage connection are analyzed.

In construction of medium span, small span and commonly long span bridges, the prestressed concrete continuous beams are playing an important role and the vistas of development of the bridges is vast. The design , construction and new material application remain to be further improved, through great achievements has been made in China in the construction of the PC continuous beam bridges, the global techniques of the bridges in the country in the recent several decades. Through the study of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction technology development trend and research, understand the international bridge of advanced design concepts and construction technology of foreign engineering project bidding, formulates the reasonable construction plan, strengthen the domestic enterprises to expand overseas bridge construction market competitive force, and provide useful reference.

Since the reform and openning-up, relationship between construction industry and economic market in China has had fundamental changes, and has laid good foundation for updating and reforming of domestic architectural technologies influenced by continuous increase of total market investment. In the construction process of architectural engineering project, as the basic structure of the entire building, theoretical system of construction technologies in civil engineering should be deeply studied in the future to fully satisfy strategic requirements of modern construction system, innovation of original and core technologies should be emphasized to improve civil engineering technology and construction means and play a positive role for maximum construction benefits of civil engineering, and it has great practical significance. The article has made all-round representation on authority and importance of construction technology innovation of civil engineering architecture from the global perspective, discussed and exchanged construction technology features of civil engineering in current period, continuously deepened innovation and reforming of construction technology of civil engineering to effectively facilitate improvement of natures of the building based on summary of construction experience of engineering oriented with technical innovation.

As the operation cores for construction enterprises, construction organization design and engineering cost interact with each other and are closely related. The scientific construction organization design is to have comprehensive plan and overall design for the time, space and resources of the engineering construction, seen as the foundation of engineering cost and the core of cost management. The confirmation of project cost is largely attributed to the construction management plan since only according to the rational construction scheme and construction technology can the correct unit price for the project be calculated before the reasonable offer of engineering cost which assures the smooth progress of construction organization..

The successful performance of construction enterprises as well as their competitiveness are largely determined by the construction technology and management methods used. In this respect two levels referring to a building or structure itself and to a construction enterprise as a whole should be distinguished. The technology of a building or structure embraces its construction system generally characterizing building materials, design solutions and load‐bearing structures and enclosures used in the construction of this particular building. The problem of selecting a general technological criterion for the whole construction enterprise arises. A construction enterprise fulfilling its annual program can simultaneously construct buildings and structures based on various construction systems, i.e. it can use various technologies. Searching for an integrated criterion to describe an enterprise as a whole three main issues including the variation of the applied technologies and their volumes and technological effectiveness should be taken into consideration. In the paper the problem of determining technological effectiveness of construction systems is considered. A method of pairwise comparison developed by T. Saaty was used to address this problem. The calculations were made for all thirteen technologies currently used in Lithuanian construction industry. Based on the suggested approach the weight of technological effectiveness was determined for each of them in the parts of one.

In order to study the quality risk of large-scale clusters of engineering project and makes the characteristic analysis of large-scale clusters of engineering project and evaluates quality risk, the author uses analytic hierarchy process to quantify quality risk factor, and the following conclusions are obtained: (a) Construction management unit that makes the project decision-making mainly controls the QRM, comparatively speaking, it has little control over quality risk when the project is completed and ready to get acceptance (b) In the project decision-making stage, the Construction Technology has the greatest influence on the project quality management. This paper puts forward the suggestion that the influence of quality risk factors should be quantified by associated experts, so as to provide a reference for the construction quality management of large-scale cluster projects.

Purpose of work. Investigation of maingates stability in different methods of protection on the extraction layouts of a deep coal mine, which develops steeply inclined coal seams. Methods. To achieve this goal, mine experimental observation of maingates stability performed. Conditions for their maintenance are evaluated by the magnitude of the convergence of the side rocks on the contour and changes in the cross-sectional area of the gateroads. Results. As a result of the research the conditions of maingates stability in steep coal seams in protection by pillars or timber sets are substantiated. It is recorded that in the zone of influence of extraction operations, at a distance of l <60 m behind the mining face with the considered methods of protection, the support of the maingates is deformed within the yielding limits and has characteristic flexures the side of hanging wall. At a distance of l≥60 m, the cross-sectional area of the maingates is reduced to 50% of the initial values, and the amount of roof to floor convergence exceeds the flexibility of the support. The increase displacement of rock mass on the contour of the supported roadway behind the mining face depends on the strength and geometry of the secondary support structures above the maingate. Novelty. It is experimentally established that the change in the cross-sectional area of the maingate during protection by timber sets occurs linearly with increasing length of the extraction layout. Practical significance. To ensure the maingates stability, it is advisable to use non-pillar methods of protection, when using yielding secondary support systemsabove the roadway, or backfilling.
