A kind of selection method of parameter distribution is proposed to solve the distributive parameter selection problem of packet data by using common Turnbull estimated curve as a standard curve. This method can meet the requirements of data distributive selection for data analysis such as reliability assessment, and it can guide the engineering and technical researchers to choose a reasonable fitting of the data distribution, and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reliability assessment

A kind of distribution selection method is researched for the right censored data situation. It can be widely applied in life sciences, medicine and health, reliability engineering, aerospace , social sciences and other related fields. By using a common PL estimation curve as a basic curve, a kind of distribution selection method is proposed to solve the parameter distribution problem of right censored data. This method can meet the selection requirement of data distribution in reliability assessment and other data analysis. It can guide the engineer and technician to choose a reasonable choice of the fitting of the data distribution, and it can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the reliability assessment.

Picking an appropriate parameter setting (meta-parameters) for visualization and embedding techniques is a tedious task. However, especially when studying the latent representation generated by an autoencoder for unsupervised data analysis, it is also an indispensable one. Here we present a procedure using a cross-correlative take on the meta-parameters. This ansatz allows us to deduce meaningful meta-parameter limits using OPTICS, DBSCAN, UMAP, t-SNE, and k-MEANS. We can perform first steps of a meaningful visual analysis in the unsupervised case using a vanilla autoencoder on the MNIST and DeepVALVE data sets.

In the present work, the adjacency matrix, the energy and the Laplacian energy for a picture fuzzy graph/directed graph have been introduced along with their lower and the upper bounds. Further, in the selection problem of decision making, a methodology for the ranking of the available alternatives has been presented by utilizing the picture fuzzy graph and its energy/Laplacian energy. For the shake of demonstrating the implementation of the introduced methodology, the task of site selection for the hydropower plant has been carried out as an application. The originality of the introduced approach, comparative remarks, advantageous features and limitations have also been studied in contrast with intuitionistic fuzzy and Pythagorean fuzzy information.
