IN tall buiding’s constant pressure water supply system with PLC and frequency converter logic control, PLC is used for logic control and frequency converter for pressure regulation . PLC and frequency converter which are the core components of the system track changes on the deviation of the pressure in a pipe with the given pressure,through the PLC internal PID operational, it can control variable frequency and power frequency switching and automatic control the number of inputting pumps and speed of the motor to realize closed loop automatic regulation voltage variable water supply, It can achieve the purpose of controlling the flow of water while maintaining constant pressure.

In order to solve the problem of constant-pressure water supply in high rise residential buildings, to fulfill the low power, low-cost demand, here I propose LOGO! And a water supply equipment controlled by frequency converter. By collecting field measurement signals through the pressure sensor together with LOGO! Logic control signals, this equipment can change the frequency and voltage of the inverter, control the pump's rotation rate and finally, meet the constant-pressure water supply demand. This paper also describes the hardware circuit and the software design of LOGO! in detail. Practice has proved that: The frequency converter and the LOGO! control are highly reliable, easily operated and conveniently maintained. Therefore the object of energy saving can be achieved successfully.

This article designs one constant pressure water supply system based on PLC. In this system, PLC and frequency converter is the main control system. Moreover, the water-supply system with a variable frequency and constant pressure is based on PCL and combines with water supply pump, pressure gage and other equipment. Water supply system realizes the water supply of constant pressure and variable flow.

This thesis introduces a frequency converter constant pressure water supply system which controlled by the fuzzy controller DB-3000A and the frequency converter INVTG9011T4.The double pump can be controlled by a frequency converter efficiently. The frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system is designed by a operation mechanism which has dual-pump with four status. The pressure of water supply has been decided by the water yield of consumers. The pressure value of pressure gauges decides the degree of working load. This system worked well in practical application. This system has advantages like security in operation, flexibility, electricity saving, extended the life of the pump, and so on.

This paper analyzes the design of constant pressure water supply frequency control system based on SANCO - vm05 inverter with the built-in PID regulator and SWS water supply control. It’s replacing traditional way of water supply to eliminate the secondary pollution of water quality, improve the quality of the water supply, save energy by 20% - 40%, thus it’s proved as small investment and large gains.

To realize the constant pressure water supply, a frequency converter is used to control the periodic duty of three pumps in this paper. Then, the communication between host computer and field control equipment is studied and realized by using industry Ethernet Graphical control interface, and remote monitoring is realized.
