This paper studies the cool comfort performance of cool refreshing type fabric, starting from the fabric heat and moisture performance, style property and air permeability, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the principal component analysis and tactile methods to evaluate the fabric of the cool comfort performance, and statistical analysis of the correlation between physical indexes and cool comfort performance, get air permeability, moisture resistance, moisture rate and thermal resistance indexes can be used as the physical indexes of cool refreshing type fabric of cool comfort performance; at the same time, studies show that the test method can accurately reflect the cool refreshing type fabric of cool comfort performance is a subjective and objective evaluation method of combining.

In this paper, the preliminary study of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for arterial highway is made, the multi-level evaluation index system is set up, the process and formula of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are proposed, and the practical application is explained by examples. To evaluate the highway engineering feasibility study, some methods are applied such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, analytic hierarchy process, expert evaluation method, etc. Thus it provides objective evaluation for the related management department to achieve the goal of improve the quality of highway preliminary work.

With the rapid development of technical textiles, more and more researchers have focused on developing high performance textiles to meet various needs. The automotive industry is a major market for technical textiles. Compared to other types of fabric, weft-knitted fabric has good extensibility and elasticity, as well as a hand-feel, and it is gradually becoming the preferred type of interior fabric for automobiles. This paper aims to develop an automotive fabric with good comfort and durability. Sixteen types of weft-knitted fabrics with eight different structures and two different materials (draw textured polyester and textured polyamide yarn) were fabricated using a computerized flat knitting machine. Their durability and level of comfort were examined by measuring the tensile and tear strengths, abrasion resistance and air permeability. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was employed to compare the comprehensive properties of the fabric. The results indicated that the overall performance of DTPA fabric was better than DTPE fabric, and an optimum structure was selected for an automotive interior. Meanwhile, we found that the air permeability of the fabric could be increased by using tuck stitches and that the strength and dimensional stability of fabric could be increased by adding tuck stitches and weft-insert yarns. The findings contribute to the field of technical textiles and provide ideas for the development of high-performance textiles.

A preestablished test and evaluation system will benefit the development of autonomous ground vehicles. This paper proposes a design method for a scientific and comprehensive test and evaluation system for autonomous ground vehicles competitions. It can better guide and regulate the development of China's autonomous ground vehicles. The test and evaluation system includes the test contents, the test environment, the test methods, and the evaluation methods. Using a hierarchical design approach, the test content is designed to be stage by stage, moving from simplicity to complexity and from individual modules to the entire vehicle. The hierarchical test environment is established according to the levels of test content. The test method based on multilevel platforms and sensors is put forward to ensure the accuracy of test results. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used for the comprehensive evaluation which can quantitatively evaluate the individual module and the overall technical performance of autonomous ground vehicles. The proposed test and evaluation system has been successfully applied to real autonomous ground vehicle competitions.

In order to determine the health status of Larix principis-rupprechtii plantation in the Eastern Inner Mongolia, the field data were surveyed and then the principal component analysis, mean-variance analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Fortran program were comprehensively applied to evaluate these forests in this study. Results showed that the health grade of Larix principis-rupprechtii plantation was 2.267. The health grade was between the sub-health and medium health, which was lean to the sub-health in the eastern Inner Mongolia.

Module partition of Complex product system (CoPS) usually produces a number of schemes, and how to choose the best one amongst the themes is very important. In this research, according to the features of CoPS, the multi-level evaluation indexes are built based on the DFX (design for X) method, which can evaluate the scheme comprehensively. The weight of indexes are obtained with the method of analytical network process. Then, the multi-level grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to make the well-chosen decision based on the DFX multi-objective evaluation model. The evaluation method are illustrated using the partition schemes of the experiment platform of a bevel gearbox.
