This paper introduces vectorization technology fromTrueType font for the text on the sidewall plate of the tire mold. TrueTypefont processing technology is the extraction of Windows functions and datatypes of the font outline. Call the API function to process the text in orderto achieve the CNC Machining of the text. It completes the tire mold word-processingsoftware on this basis. The software enables a variety of functions includingtext layout, font zoom, font spacing adjustment, font choice. It also providesa rapid tool for the quickly arranged and CNC machining of the text on thesidewall plate of the tire mold.

Because of cam transmited the specificity of force and motion,they are widely used in various machinery campaigns equipment and automatic control device in order to implement the movement of all kinds laws.This article introduced the research status and prospect of plate-type cam.MasterCAM served as a platform,to use their CAD capabilities and a mathematic analytic method to complete the parametric design of non-circular cam curve.Using the solid modeling completed the modeling function of cam.Using CAM functions of MasterCAM completed automatic generation of tool path,virtual simulation process and automatic generation of NC code.The design of the cam and CNC machining,high efficiency,sophisticated features that will help improve the manufacture of the cam quality,shorten product development cycles,lower production costs has a significant role for the formation of industrial scale production has great significance.

Abstract Aiming at the problem that the programming of on-machine measurement in CNC machining process is heavily dependent on operators and the efficiency is lower, a MBD model-driven automatic generation method of on-machine measuring program is proposed. The characteristics of measuring program is analysed and the relationship between the parameters of measuring cycle and the features of MBD model is built. The approach of PMI (product manufacturing information) data identifying and extracting is presented. The scheme for transforming the PMI data and geometric features to measuring cycle parameters is constructed. In order to make the measuring program adapt to the change of probe position which stored in different tool magazine, the way of collecting the position automatically by OPC DA protocol is provided. On the basis of the proposed methods and approaches, an on-machine measuring program generating software system has been developed. The running result of the system is given, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were demonstrated.

The impeller as the key components of power generating machine, its processing technology has been an important subject in the manufacturing industry. The air flow meter uses in the integral impeller modeling, programming and processing research. Apply UGNX8.0 to the integral impeller for solid modeling and NC machining tool path simulation. In the terms of CNC machining for the characteristic and difficulty, put forward in this paper based on the UGNX8.0simulation of NC machining program and steps, successful interference free tool path, and according to the simulation results, generate four axis NC machining procedure of NC.

Differential hysteresis processing is a new image processing technology that provides a tool for the display of image data information at any level of differential contrast resolution. This includes the maximum contrast resolution of the acquisition system which may be 1,000-times higher than that of the visual system (16 bit versus 6 bit). All microscopes acquire high precision contrasts at a level of <0.01-25% of the acquisition range in 16-bit - 8-bit data, but these contrasts are mostly invisible or only partially visible even in conventionally enhanced images. The processing principle of the differential hysteresis tool is based on hysteresis properties of intensity variations within an image.Differential hysteresis image processing moves a cursor of selected intensity range (hysteresis range) along lines through the image data reading each successive pixel intensity. The midpoint of the cursor provides the output data. If the intensity value of the following pixel falls outside of the actual cursor endpoint values, then the cursor follows the data either with its top or with its bottom, but if the pixels' intensity value falls within the cursor range, then the cursor maintains its intensity value.

Abstract. The Simon effect lies on the automatic generation of a stimulus spatial code, which, however, is not relevant for performing the task. Results typically show faster performance when stimulus and response locations correspond, rather than when they do not. Considering reaction time distributions, two types of Simon effect have been individuated, which are thought to depend on different mechanisms: visuomotor activation versus cognitive translation of spatial codes. The present study aimed to investigate whether the presence of a distractor, which affects the allocation of attentional resources and, thus, the time needed to generate the spatial code, changes the nature of the Simon effect. In four experiments, we manipulated the presence and the characteristics of the distractor. Findings extend previous evidence regarding the distinction between visuomotor activation and cognitive translation of spatial stimulus codes in a Simon task. They are discussed with reference to the attentional model of the Simon effect.
