In this paper, methods of micro-fabrication carried out by micro milling machine are proposed. Structure design and simulation analysis of micro milling machine are accomplished. A 3D parametric modeling software CATIA is used to complete the structure design and modeling of micro milling machine and a simulation software ANSYS is used to do the whole analysis of micro milling machine. The static and dynamic simulation analysis of motorized spindle which is the key part of micro milling machine is also completed. Through simulation and analysis to seek the rationality of the design of micro milling machine. It has important significance for the improvement and development of machine tool in the next step.

The fixture of motorized spindle significantly affect the vibration of micro high speed CNC milling machine, its performance can directly affect the machining accuracy of the entire micro milling machine. A special fixture of high-speed motorized spindle is designed in the paper and its static characteristics are checked by utilizing ANSYS finite element analysis software. To guarantee the sufficient strength of bolts and the safety of motorized spindle when the motorized spindle runs at high speed, theory analysis method and ANSYS finite element analysis method are used to make the strength check of the fixture. The designed special fixture for high speed motorized spindle plays an important part in the design of high-speed motorized spindle.

The sunflower oil that has rich nutritional value is high-quality nutrition oil. The quality of oil products was impacted seriously by a lot of harmful substances that contained in sunflower seed shell. The characteristic of sunflower seeds are the kernel is smaller and the shell density is large. The shelling operation is quite difficult with the characteristic. The shelling devices for the sunflower seeds based on optimization design method and dynamics analysis is introduced in the paper. The shelling devices for the sunflower seeds can be used in the place of processing factory and individual workshop. The structure of shelling devices was designed with the 3d modeling software. In the research, the virtual prototype technology was used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the mechanical system. The feasibility of the design scheme of mechanical system was proved with the simulation analysis results. The equipment has advantages of the structure is compact, safe and reliable, easy to use. The research of the shelling devices for sunflower seeds can be regarded as the reference of the related research.

the automobile constant velocity universal joint driving shaft is the important component in modern cars, its design is mainly to check the movement compatibility of parts. The constant velocity universal joints driving shaft is designed by three-dimensional solid modeling software UG, and the motion simulation model is build by multi-body dynamics simulation software to investigate the constant speed performance of constant velocity universal joints driving shaft, and check the motion trace of steel ball which is the key component of constant velocity universal joints. The results show that the constant speed performance is good, and the track design of star-like inner race is reasonable.

The geometric models of the hydraulic turnover device are constructed by using three -dimensional modeling software UG, and then they are induced into simulation software ADAMS by a sharing data format. By using ADAMS, models are further simplified and the virtual prototype is established. By using the associated model, the simulation of the hydraulic turnover device is analyzed in ADAMS. Compared with the traditional methods of using physical prototypes, the movement processes and relevant parameters of the hydraulic turnover device can be effectively obtained by means of this method. Furthermore, the quality of the constraint relations between the parts is very important in terms of the accuracy of the model simulation analysis. This simulation results accord with the practical situation, which indicates that the operation is stable and the efficiency is high. It provides a theoretical basis for the practical design of the hydraulic turnover device, which shows that the combination of ADAMS and UG works well.

Taking a large hydropower station in Xinjiang Autonomous Region as an example, and based on the limited unit method, the structure and seism forces features and response rules of rolling concrete gravity dam under different construction conditions were studied. The purpose for the paper is to understand dam working status under the different design conditions, and to evaluate anti-earthquake safety capability. It is proved that the present findings should play an important significance in the development of rolling concrete dam construction technology. The building information modelling (BIM) methodology supports collaborative works, based on the centralization of all information in a federated BIM model and on an efficient level of interoperability between BIM-based platforms. Concerning the structure design, the interoperability capacity of the most used software presents limitations that must be identified and alternative solutions must be proposed. This study analyzes the process of transfer of structure models between modeling and structure analysis tools. Distinct building cases were performed in order to recognize the type of limitations verified in the transfer processes concerning two-way data flow between several software. The study involves the modeling software ArchiCAD 2020, Revit 2020, and AECOsim 2019 and the structure analyzes tools SAP 2020, Robot 2020, and ETABS 22020. The transfer processes are realized in two ways: using the native data format; using a universal standard data transfer, the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) format. The level of maturity of BIM in structure design is still relatively low, caused essentially by interoperability problems, but despite the limitations detected, this study shows throughout the development of several building case, that the methodology has clear advantages in the development of the structure project.

The use of conventional machining processes has been subject to important decline probably due to the increment in the use of emerging technologies. Therefore, the main applications of these traditional processes, such as automotive industry, are in crisis. In order to have a chance to compete successfully in the new trends, the machining industry must meet the needs of alternative sectors such as biomedical field. The aim of this study is to prove the capacity of micro-milling, by machining complex micro-cavities on aluminum workpiece using a conventional milling machine. Results are obtained by evaluating accuracy and geometric features. This study finds that the feed per tooth is a significant factor in order to obtain better results. The use of coolant increases the tool wear and therefore dimensional errors. This scope is a potential opportunity to reutilize the conventional machines from a new approach.

To study of Nuclear power simulation software's basic functions and mathematical model based on thermal analysis. Describes the two-phase flow model of GSE software superiority, as well as the software optimization program .Use of software tools for normal operating conditions of the simulation calculation and analysis of the results. Comparison with design data shows that,the software use in marine nuclear power two loop system simulation analysis field, the accuracy of it is higher.
