The issues such as the role of the innovation process in the company's anti-crisis management are relevant and important for running a business, maintaining competitiveness and developing a company in times of crisis. Whereas in the context of the globalization of international markets, the system that fails to appreciate the role of innovation potentially faces a tendency to weaken its market position, to lose customers and to reduce its profitability. All this contribute to the emergence of a crisis situation and eventually leads to the collapse of the entire system. Thus, the development of innovative direction is one of the priority directions to reach a new level of development of the company. Moreover, for the development of innovative management in our country, it is important to take the following key steps, such as: creating the infrastructure for scientific research institutions; Promoting investment in innovative enterprises; Improving the legal framework in this regard; Improving the system of tax benefits; Facilitating patent-licensing regulations to disseminate and implement innovations; Establishing a comprehensive risk insurance system in the country; Creating a mechanism for disseminating technological and other type of innovations, etc. Innovative management plays a crucial role in anti-crisis management. During studying the anti-crisis management mechanism, we came to the conclusion that its main basis is the use of innovative forms, methods and techniques. Moreover, the development process does not end with more sophisticated technological decisions, but rather the innovative technology must necessarily go through all the stages of improvement in innovative structures. All these will become the basis for a complex anti-crisis policy that will facilitate the operation of the company in a modern business environment. Summary: Modern business conditions have intensified competition in almost all areas of activities. The processes of globalization and internationalization, as well as the intensive development of technology, have made it much more difficult for a company to ensure its presence and survival on the market than in years past. In order to secure their existence and survive in such a dense, highly competitive market, companies have to adopt and use new - different, sustainable ways of doing business, such as the concept of Lean Business Operations Management. This paper aims to focus on identifying the key features and principles of Lean Business Concept, whose full implementation and literal application undeniably lead to building a sustainable market positions and even obtaining competitive advantages exclusively inherent to the ‘world-class’ companies. In order to emphasize utility and feasibility of transition to Lean Business Philosophy in today’s turbulent and uncertain business environment, the paper presents a number of advantages of companies based in developed countries as well as in certain regional countries that have successfully implemented Lean Operating Methods, and Lean Manufacturing Techniques. It also provides a general analysis of the possibilities of introducing this way of doing business into Bosnian-Herzegovinian enterprises, as an important condition for the inevitable adjustment requirements of global markets and underlines benefits that emerge in the process, not only for domestic companies, but also for the entire domestic economy.

Annotation. Introduction. Corporate culture plays an important role in business environment. As the activities of the staff, their attitude towards each other influences the activity of the enterprise, managers should pay attention and introduce a corporate culture in order to increase company’s efficiency. The phrase “corporate culture” firstly was used in the nineteenth century in military terminology by a German field marshal Moltke for relevant relationships in the official environment. There are many definitions of the concept of “corporate culture”, but there is a certain difference in the interpretation of the concept with the change of years and the depth of its research. Purpose. Modern business conditions require the introduction of corporate culture, so the leaders of domestic enterprises are increasingly seeking to apply foreign experience without exploring the differences between the Ukrainian market and foreign. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to study the role of corporate culture in domestic enterprises, as well as to identify the features of the formation of corporate culture in Ukrainian enterprises. Results. As a result of the research, we were found that corporate culture as a tool of personnel management is used in only 55% of domestic enterprises. In our opinion, it is necessary to promote the introduction of corporate culture in domestic enterprises, taking into account the national mentality and social values, and for this it is necessary to develop clear tools of corporate culture, basic principles and principles, and algorithms for their implementation in enterprises. These issues need detailed consideration and will be considered by us in further research. Conclusions. Summing up everything we can say that corporate culture is not only an instrument for managing the workforce of an organization. It forms an enterprise from the inside, influencing its image and profits. The presence of corporate culture in enterprises is a competitive advantage among others in the industry. Keywords: corporate culture; competitive advantage; personnel management; labor resources; enterprise efficiency.

This chapter evaluates the merits of Brussels as a venue for international arbitration proceedings. It discusses the history and development of arbitration in Belgium; the processes and rules involved as well as the role of courts in the conduct of arbitration proceedings; and rules for arbitral awards. It concludes that the revision of the Belgian Law on Arbitration (BLA) based on the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Model Law in 2013 has resulted in a modern, state of the art, and progressive arbitration law, which is characterized by flexibility and demonstrates the will of the Belgian legislator to provide an efficient framework for a modern business environment within which arbitration can proceed in the best possible circumstances. The geographical position of Brussels, its status as an international administrative and business center, and the relatively low cost of arbitrating in Brussels further explain why it is increasingly chosen as a seat for arbitration.
