Along with the rapid development of technology, business people are required to be able to use the internet as a medium for doing business online in order to increase service effectiveness so that customers can access services easily anywhere and anytime. This study aims to analyze how the role of Pos Giro Mobile (PGM) in carrying out the service process of PT. Indonesian post. The research method used is descriptive by examining what are the benefits and how to introduce PGM to the community as well as what obstacles are passed. The results showed that PT. Pos Indonesia has introduced the Pos Giro Mobile (PGM) product to the public. However, people who lack knowledge of technology become one of the obstacles so that PT. Pos Indonesia decided to socialize directly as well as teach how to use the application.

The article presents the list of development factors of the logistics potential of supply chains that have a direct and indirect impact on the components of the logistics potential both in the internal and external environment of the chain. As such development factors, were proposed: the introduction of new logistics technologies for the delivery of goods and storage of goods in warehouses, the active development of information systems and their implementation in the field of logistics and supply chain management, the development of the logistics services market, including integrated logistics support, resourcesaving policies of enterprises, increasing the importance of the environmental aspect of doing business in the framework of states' aspirations for sustainable development. The above factors will make it possible to determine the reserves for building up the logistics potential for national supply chains in order to integrate them into global supply chains.

The COVID-19 epidemic has triggered unmatched impairment to businesses globally. There are unmeasurable financial influences in the short-term and long-term and have causes intangible destruction within businesses. This study investigates the adoption and utilization of e-business during COVID-19 by both organizations and the general populaces. The study used a questionnaire-based survey to collect data from top managers of business organizations and their clients. SPSS was used to analyze the adoption factors. The outcomes presented that embracing e-business can assist to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and can reduce the physical ways of doing business. The findings of this study will help strategy makers, companies, and officials in making better decisions on the implementation of e-business. This will reduce the rapid spread of community transmission since ordering goods and services can easily be done virtually without physical contact, which goes in line with the social distance policy and in return boost the country’s economy

The Internet as a communication medium, with its possibilities and its rapid development, revolutionized the way of doing business, so much so that it pushed a large number of economists to declare that, in the coming years of doing business through information technology, will be one of the most preferred opportunities for businesses and consumers across the globe. The main purpose of this paper is to identify the opportunities that businesses have to influence the economic development in the Republic of Kosovo, through their ability to generate new jobs, increase exports, and contribute to improving the living standards of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo. Kosovo, using the Internet, as a contemporary and competitive form of business development. In order to realize such an environment, of course we have to consider two main issues, one to recognize and identify the problems that business has and another issue, how much human and material capacity Kosovo has, to provide a favorable environment. doing business online. The study realizes the first issue, which means that, in a scanned way, we tell the decision-making institutions that here are the administrative barriers that concern the business, here are the obstacles that unfairly tire the business, etc. The second issue should be asked by the relevant institutions and it should be noted that, if we want a success and sustainable economic development, then Kosovo should also provide an attractive business environment by applying the Internet.We conclude that favorable conditions must be created for the development of business and the Internet, in order for it to be efficient and sustainable, which is a necessary precondition for achieving the main goals of a sustainable economy, which contributes to the generation of countries. new jobs, improving the welfare and living standards of citizens in the Republic of Kosovo.

Today, an increasing number of firms are embracing blockchain as part of their efforts to achieve operational efficiency and improve performance, thereby acting as a catalyst to bring about digital transformation. Gartner listed blockchain as the most promising technology in digital marketing in the year 2019. Blockchain is driving digital transformation by forcing organizations to rethink how they operate, in terms of identifying ineffectiveness of traditional approaches to doing business, to address their business needs, promote innovation, and through establishment of standard frameworks. Blockchain shows massive disruption potential in the area of customer relationship management and enhancing consumer experience, besides improving trust, security, and privacy. Therefore, this chapter focuses on providing an enlightenment on how blockchain can specifically address the areas of transformation in digital marketing, prominent frameworks in use, and listing the benefits and challenges of implementing this technology.

This chapter aims to explore the uncertainties that the COVID-19 pandemic induced in internationalization. In this regard, the COVID-19 pandemic challenges companies worldwide as global value chains were interrupted and business models were contested. The theoretical background describes the internationalization processes and the specific role of foreign direct investments (FDI), but also the basics of uncertainty in doing business. Because of the scope of internationalization and the peculiarities of the COVID-19 pandemic, a descriptive analysis of secondary data from global databases was conducted. This includes macroeconomic data and also global research reports. With a focus on European-Asian relations, the results reveal an interruption in the flows of goods and services in Eurasia, but more importantly, also in FDI. Further on, there is a correlation between uncertainty and FDI flows. Finally, this chapter discusses future directions in internationalization, including resilience, regionalization, and the rise of China in global economics.
