The Fourth Industrial Revolution affects the operations of companies and results in new strategic thinking. The changes resulting from the requirements of Industry 4.0 force restructuring in many areas of management or the building of new business models. The aim of this article was to indicate the pillars that will form the basis for building business models of enterprises functioning in the era of Industry 4.0. The research methods used in this article were bibliometric analysis and analysis of the content of sophisticated publications. The results of this research are the analysis of the dynamics of publications in the area of business models in the era of Industry 4.0, an indication of the research areas undertaken in these publications and the identification of the pillars that will constitute the basis for building business models in the era of Industry 4.0. Business models in the era of Industry 4.0 are to be a method of increasing and using the company’s resources in order to achieve a competitive advantage through personalization of products and their new quality; their key competitive advantage will be a structure based on a network of cyber-physical cooperation. This article is dedicated to scientists and business practitioners looking for tips for building modern business models.

The article considers a new approach to managing the development of enterprises operating in a period of digital transformations and ecosystem interaction. The concepts of sustainability and development in an economic context have been analysed. The author’s interpretation of the concept of sustainable development has been outlined and the factors that ensure the development and sustainability of enterprises have been identified. The benefits and limitations of sustainable development management, and the specific of data analysis in the digital ecosystem of the industrial enterprise as a component of sustainability and security of actors, have been defined. The components of a sustainable development framework have been identified and the effects obtained at the ecosystem level of interaction have been highlighted. Guidelines for new management approaches to the organisation of modern business processes and management decisions have been given.

The article investigates the features of employee motivation impact on the organisation effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to clarify the theoretical foundations of motivation, improve the methodological approaches and substantiate the practical recommendations concerning the motivational mechanism development, which is one of the most important components in the chain of achieving high performance of modern business entities. Research objectives are to analyse the of employee motivation impact on the effectiveness of the organisation, identify and evaluate the relationship between the impact of the remuneration system on the results of the organisation’s activities, formulate recommendations to firms and their managers on promoting the system of motivation and remuneration of employees, that expands the effectiveness of the organisation.In the article the terminological analysis of the definition of “employee motivation” has been carried out. The relationship between employee motivation and the remuneration system with organisational efficiency has been formalised. The effectiveness of the motivation system and the employee incentive system at Iran software and hardware company (NOSA) has been evaluated using the questionnaire and expert survey method. The relationship between the productivity of the company’s personnel and the level of remuneration has been ascertained using the correlation and regression analysis. The recommendations to improve the efficiency of the labor motivation system at the NOSA enterprise have been formulated based on the obtained data.The results obtained allowed us to conclude that the interaction of motives and incentives is the tool that allows us to meet the needs of the employee in the most appropriate way for him – as a result of the realization of his abilities. Study of the motivation system at the NOSA enterprise indicates that the staff is not satisfied with the material remuneration. The company’s management during developing directions for improving the motivation program should take into account that the growth rate of labor productivity should outstrip the growth rate of its remuneration, otherwise the company’s resources will be spent inefficiently.

WHO (World Health Organization) has declared the coronavirus a global pandemic. As one of the countries exposed and the pandemic, Indonesia has changed the lives of all people from various walks of life. It is hoped that the younger generation, as young, dynamic, full of energy, full of optimism, can bring changes that move and try to help the government in breaking the spread of COVID-19. One of them is the role of youth in the agricultural sector. The implementation method used to explore the potential and creativity of young farmers in Sumberejo Village is by providing counseling. The activities carried out are by introducing IT technology, training, and marketing counseling, and more modern business bookkeeping to youth. This activity is very suitable for the conditions of community social restrictions that are currently being carried out. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to young farmers in Sumberejo Village so that the knowledge and skills of young farmers can increase in internet-based business bookkeeping, increase creativity in online marketing so that they are more motivated and good at reading opportunities, and increase the creativity of village youth during the pandemic. Covid-19 and the existence of social restrictions will not dampen their efforts in the organic vegetable business.ABSTRAKWHO (World Health Organization) menetapkan virus corona sebagai pandemi global. Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang terpapar dan adanya pandemi tersebut telah merubah kehidupan seluruh kalangan masyarakat dari berbagai lapisan. Diharapkan generasi muda sebagai sosok yang muda, dinamis, penuh energi, penuh optimis dapat membawa perubahan yang bergerak dan berusaha untuk membantu pemerintah dalam memutus penyebaran covid-19. Salah satunya yaitu peran pemuda di sektor pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan yang dipakai untuk menggali potensi dan kreativitas petani muda di Desa Sumberejo yaitu dengan memberikan penyuluhan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan pengenalan teknologi IT, pelatihan dan penyuluhan pemasaran dan pembukuan usaha yang lebih modern kepada pemuda. Adanya kegiatan tersebut sangat cocok untuk kondisi pembatasan sosial masyarakat saat ini sedang dijalankan.Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada petani muda di Desa Sumberejo sehingga pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani muda dapat meningkat dalam pembukuan usaha berbasis internet, meningkatkan kreativitas dalam pemasaran online sehingga mereka lebih termotivasi dan  pandai membaca peluang dan meningkatkan kreativitas pemuda desa di masa pandemi. covid-19 dan adanya pembatasan sosial tidak akan menyurutkan usaha mereka di bidang usaha sayuran organik.

The article is an attempt to provide argument towards the need to rethink changes in the management framework of a business entity associated primarily with modern manifestations of competition and the lack of an effective competitive environment, as well as weak competitive edge and poor innovation capacity. Based on the Medigran company, the study explores key stages of competitiveness development in small businesses along with suggesting the following successive development phases: basic financial planning, forecast-based planning, planning focused on the external environment, strategic management, company internal monitoring. The hypothesis of the study is to offer insights and evaluate competitiveness development stages as well as efforts to its enhancing subject to the external and internal environment specifics. The purpose of the study is to explore the nature and assess the Medigran competitiveness, and to identify its core advantages to gain the company competitiveness in modern business settings. An in-depth analysis of management practices has enabled to identify an effective tool to manage the Medigran’s competitiveness based on the use of a situational approach. It is argued that successful implementation of administrative technologies in the context of strategic management of the company competitiveness, sales boosting policies, developing technical support, and creating competitive advantages will ultimately provide a synergistic effect. The findings demonstrate that to gain sustainable competitive advantages, it is critical to identify their priority sources, create promising opportunities, add value and build new fundamental competencies, as well as employ benchmarking, overcome organizational inertia, timely detect and update outdated knowledge, skills and processes.

Big Data is an important topic for discussion and research. It has gained this importance due to the meaningful value that could be extracted from these data. The application of Big Data in the modern business allows enterprises to take faster and smarter decisions, achieving a real competitive advantage. However, a lot of Big Data projects provide disappointing results that don't address the decision-makers' needs due to many reasons. The main reason for this failure can be summarized in neglecting the study of the decision-making aspect of these projects. In light of this challenge, this study proposes the integration of decision aspect into Big Data as a solution. Therefore, this article presents three main contributions: 1) Clarify the definition of Big Data; 2) Presents BD-Da model, a conceptual model describes the levels that should be considered to develop a Big Data project aiming to solve a problem that calls a decision; 3) Describes a particular, logical, requirements-like approach that explains how a company develops a Big Data analytics project to support decision-making.

The present paper deals with burnout as a challenge of our modern business world, given the phenomenon of heavy work investment in our society. The present article is emphasizing the strong connection between business, psychology, and medicine when dealing with people working in a modern, international business environment. The research methods are multi-disciplinary, combining elements of business, corporate culture, psychology, and even medical issues that are relevant in this context. The research methods used in the present paper are qualitative methods, metadata, and interviews (the questionnaire as a qualitative method) completed by the assessment of data and by proposing appropriate indicators ensuring the monitoring of burnout tendencies in companies. The paper proposes an interdisciplinary approach, bringing together aspects of business and economics, psychology, life sciences, sociology, ethical issues, and cultural issues related to work. A tool for detecting burnout is analyzed. The research results can be relevant for managers and human resources departments.


The ever-changing dynamics of modern business form new mechanisms for achieving high performance, ensuring business continuity and attaining adaptability. The features that describe the same in the organisational context are referred to as sustainability and scalability of an enterprise. One of the key challenges is to map how Social Enterprise effectively scale up and sustain to reach the communities that could benefit from their innovations.This paper attempts to evaluate sustainability and scalability for PRADAN (Professional Assistance for Development Action), an Indian Social Enterprise (SE) using the Case Study approach.Though, PRADAN is found to be positive on most of the indicators on sustainability and scalability; it is also highlighted that there is no “perfect” way to scale- up any business and therefore, it requires a more comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem in which the venture operates.The findings help in understanding the intricate path of sustainability and growth for a social enterprise.

The paper emphasis is made on corporate mediatization process conceptuali-zation, which role is of high importance in Russia, because it influences sociopolitical situation on a legal basis, creates a form of business corporations citizenship. The concept reveals a changing role of corporation in sociopolitical relations: due to encompassing corporate communication technologies it becomes necessary to meet communities expectations, sociopolitical, socioeconomic, ecological issues. Thus, sociopolitical sphere mediatization in the context of complicating media discourse forms the situation when the modern business organization should become a corporate citizen giving a boost to societal development, well-being, confidence-building.

The purpose of the article is devoted to the characterization of the interaction and intersection of art practices and business, the analysis of artistic activities in existing business structures, and the expansion of tools for building a new paradigm in the system of "art-business". The methodology is based on structural-functional and system analysis, statistical method, which consists in finding and studying new knowledge, interdisciplinary approach, which involves the study of issues in the interaction of art practices and existing business systems. The scientific novelty of the work is that for the first time a practical study was conducted on the impact of art practices on the business structure and analyzed the artistic properties that can form new economic and artistic values and interests.  Conclusions. The issue of interaction between art and business is quite new and is just beginning to develop. However, the existing stereotypes that art and business are mutually exclusive positions have already begun to shift and outline new spaces for their interaction. Art in modern society is trying to return to a secularized space because it has properties that are able to strengthen and transform the modern business system, which in global consequences may be reflected in improving the economic condition of Ukraine. Also, a deep and meaningful look at art practices once again convinces the effectiveness not only in the aesthetic and artistic context but also reveals its pragmatic and applied potential in business.
