Introduction. The development of mobile payment in Indonesia is increased, especially by the emergence of the two biggest electronic payments, such as Go-Pay and Ovo, which aggressively offer various interesting offers. This affects the enhancement of the use of mobile payment by the public. In the beginning, server-based electronic money services of its appearance were still small, including credit top-up and internet data, and money transfers to banks that include as a member of ATM Bersama (joint ATM). Along with the development of technology, electronic wallets begin to transform by expanding payment services, and several latest e-wallet applications have emerged. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to understand the changes in consumers’ behavior that make payments from using cash and switching to electronic wallets. Results. The results of the analysis in this study were obtained as the below: (1) Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, and perceived risk and trust have an influence on the intention to use e-wallet electronic application; (2) perceived ease of use and perceived risk have an influence on perceived usefulness of e-wallet user and (3) perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and perceived usefulness influence the perceived trust of e-wallet application users. Conclusions. It can be concluded that the technology acceptance model influences the user in using the electronic wallet as their transaction method since its usage can be trusted. Moreover, the benefit they got from electronic wallet (perceived usefulness) influence their trust and increase the intention of using an electronic wallet

Abstract. Introduction. The current stage of functioning of the world economic system is characterized by the desire to ensure sustainable development, the essence of which lies in the unity of economic, social and environmental components. The most important tool for its implementation at the level of enterprises, companies, firms is the concept of corporate social responsibility. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the essence and analyze the main directions of introducing social responsibility of the domestic agricultural business, as well as the system of objective and subjective factors that influence it. Results. The features of the implementation of the social responsibility system in the domestic agricultural business as an important component of the further development of agricultural production have been investigated. The necessity of activating the social orientation of the agricultural business in connection with the insufficient development of the social sphere of the village and the presence of significant social problems in rural areas has been determined. The essence of social responsibility of business as a voluntary contribution of entrepreneurial structures in solving problems of social, economic and environmental spheres, which is carried out outside the regulatory requirements, has been substantiated. The need to implement an effective management system using modern innovative tools has been pointed out. It has been proven that most agricultural enterprises focus their activities on ensuring decent working conditions for personnel, cooperation with local communities, and solving environmental problems. The directions of implementation of social responsibility of agricultural companies in Ukraine have been shown. The structure and volumes of social investment of the leading agricultural holdings have been characterized. New ways of doing agribusiness and promising areas of social responsibility in the internal and external environment have been formulated. Conclusions. Expanding the scale and improving the mechanisms of social responsibility, increasing the level of motivation and interest of agribusiness to improve the quality of life of rural residents and the development of rural areas will contribute to the intensification of production and social infrastructure. Ultimately, all this will reveal a significant positive impact on the socio-economic development of the regions and the country as a whole.

Introduction. The sector of tourism and renovation is one of the trendiest directions of social and economic development of rural areas. It is generally maintained, that green tourism increases the motivation of the rural nontraditional territorial communities in the development of social infrastructure and the creation of new workplaces. For this, tourism could promote the application of new unconventional forms of entrepreneurial activity. It opens new potential possibilities, such as assists the filling of local budgets, effective use of resources, increase a profit of the population, development of social infrastructure, the origin of alternative forms of employment and entrepreneurial activity, increase the prestige of rural. Purpose. The purpose of the article is the research of terms and processes of development of green tourism, and to his influence on a regional tourist market, especially in a part of local economic development of territorial communities. Results. Cultural and natural resources are an extremely main part of world tourism. Furthermore, this is a significant type of support. The analysis of the terms allows us to set that unfortunately, the attempt at the legislative level to give legal determination by a concept «green tourism», «ecological tourism» or «rural tourism» remained not executed. Besides, the world's society uses the name of «geotourism». It is believed, that tourism could support or improve the geographical character of the environment. Moreover, it is based on principles, for instance, ecological responsibility (maintenance of resources and bio variety), cultural responsibility (devotion and respect are to local originality and inheritance), and synergy (association of all elements of geographical features for creation of tourist experience, what richer, than the sum of his parts, and attractive for visitors with different interests). Ukraine has great possibilities for the development of rural green tourism, in particular, as well as the Mykolaiv region. Conclusions. Taking everything into account, green tourism could provide local economic development of territorial communities. Firstly, the government must improve the laws for the green tourism sphere. Also, we need to set forth the main principles of politics there. Secondly, society should pay attention to the development of green tourism, especially for local farms or personal peasant farms. Because of them have possibilities and prospects for its development. Thirdly, society should use the innovations, which could increase the amount of tourist service. In practice, it could be gastronomy, traditional rural tourism, air therapy, in civilized mannerethnographic measures, and so on. Apart from this, local inhabitants could create the thematic villages as a regional brand. There are some examples of this - production of the special product, which is typical for local territory, or organization of unique festivals, and even production of hand-made souvenirs. Finally, local rural inhabitants should implement the unconventional ideas of evolution of the rural communities.

Abstract. Introduction. In modern management, the main competitive advantage of a successful organization is its staff. The use of socionic models of personality in personnel management will be able to provide a predictive approach to personnel management, allowing to get the maximum return on human resources. And in this situation it is very important to involve for achievement of the set means those means which can give modern scientific knowledge, in particular, socionics. Socionics is an effective tool of HR-management, as it allows not only to manage employees, but also to predict the behavior of staff in a proactive manner. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to identify the features of the use of socionics to improve the effectiveness of personnel management of the organization, formulating a list and characteristics of basic sociotypes of individuals, as well as highlighting the behavior in the work environment of each type and formulating practical recommendations for interaction with them. The article reveals the need to develop theoretical provisions and implement practical recommendations for the use of socionics in personnel management of organizations. Results. The article identifies the features of the use of socionics in the activities of organizations, analyzes the problem of personnel selection using socionic models of personality, considers the typology of personalities and features of innovative behavior for different types, namely, presents 16 sociotypes of personality and recommended areas of professional activity. Conclusions. The conducted research allowed to reveal the main types of individuals and features of their management, to give practical methods of application of modern socionics and its technologies for personnel selection, creation or reorganization of working teams and collectives.

Annotation. Introduction. The market economy obtains the features of information economy or knowledge economy, due to the global spread of information, telecommunications systems and technologies, the needs of society that graw in various information services. Thereafter, it highlights the problem of studying the information communications impact on all areas of economic activity. Labor potential is not an exception, the formation and effective use of which in new conditions is the key to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the formation of personnel management strategy, taking into account the requirements of the information economy to the competencies changes. In order to reach this goal the following tasks have been solved: firstly, it has been studied the main features and tasks of the information economy; secondly, the influence of society informatization on the competence of labor personnel has been determined; thirdly, developed proposals for the personnel management strategy formation and enterprise staff according to the needs of the information economy. Results. It is determined the influence of information economy on the labor personnel of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of existing approaches to the information economy, its characteristics are established. The tasks of information economy which require changes in the competencies and skills of labor personnel are considered. It has been developed the algorithm of a sole approach to the management and development of labor personnel, staffing and development of the enterprise in the information economy. It is offered the strategy of personnel development in information economy which includes the purpose, sequence of development, tools of development of workers and methods of their training. Defining the goals of staff development in the information economy has become the basis for highlighting the skills of staff, which allow them to become qualified professionals and achieve career growth. The tendencies of personnel management in the conditions of knowledge economy are established. Conclusions. The use of the proposed personnel development strategy will ensure the formation and implementation of the competencies of workers which are necessary to ensure sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprise in achieving strategic goals. Further research should be aimed at determining the means of staff development to master new competencies, detailing the tools of employee development.

Annotation. Introduction. One of the key tasks of the formation of a socially oriented economy is to ensure a high level and quality of life of the population, which implies the satisfaction of the most necessary needs of citizens in comfortable housing, energy, sanitary and technical, transport services, etc. Satisfaction of the above needs is possible only under the condition of the efficient and uninterrupted functioning of utilities, since the main task of the utilities is to provide the population with heat, water, gas, electricity and other services on which the comfort of housing, the state of human health, the constant mode of operation of enterprises, improvement districts, ecological state of settlements. The efficient operation of enterprises of communal ownership largely depends on their financial condition. Therefore, the study of the development and financial support of public utilities, the effectiveness of their activities is relevant, especially in the context of decentralization. Now, the problems of public utilities require much attention, among which their financial condition is significant. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to analyze and study the financial condition of utilities and develop proposals for its improvement. Results. The article considers, analyzes and compares such indicators of the financial condition of utility companies in some cities of Ukraine as: financial results, depreciation of fixed assets, return on assets, absolute liquidity ratio. Factors influencing the financial results of utilities have been identified. The main ways to improve the financial condition of utilities have been identified. Conclusions. According to the results of the analysis of their financial condition, the prevailing loss, high level of depreciation of fixed assets and low capital productivity of most enterprises in this industry have been determined. The reasons for this situation are the lack of effective directions of financial policy in this area, the imperfection of the regulatory framework and miscalculations in the management of financial resources. The current state of this industry gives grounds to talk about the need to improve the effectiveness of its state regulation in order to solve the basic problems of its socio-economic development.

Annotation. Introduction. The article analyzes topical issues of ecological culture formation in the process of training future economists. Modern approaches to the formation of environmental culture during the training of future economists, determining the quality of professional training of future professionals in higher education. Socio-economic changes and the ecological state cause the need for qualitative improvement of professional education of future specialists in the process of professional training with a high level of ecological culture. However, the problem of forming the ecological culture of future economists remains insufficiently studied. Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the formation of ecological culture and thinking, the spread of ethical norms in relation to nature. Results. The analysis of scientific works on the formation of ecological culture in the process of training future economists, revealed the concept of ecological culture of the individual and the concept of educational environment. Attention is paid to the process of formation of ecological culture as a holistic systemic phenomenon in order to develop the ecological and ideological position of a specialist economist. The main measures of preparation of applicants for higher education in economic specialties, which includes the environmental element, have been outlined. The pedagogical conditions that provide the process of education of ecological culture in the educational environment have been singled out. Features of ecological education as an important component of educational process have been considered. Conclusions. It has been proved that the effectiveness of training future professionals and the formation of environmental culture of applicants for higher education will form an opportunity to successfully engage in professional activities in the field of economics after graduation from higher education.

Annotation. Introduction. It was found that the promising direction of renewal of fixed assets and the provision of a number of additional services for the agricultural sector is financial leasing. The essence of financial leasing, the subjects involved in its implementation, as well as regulatory support are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of financial leasing are systematized. The dynamics of changes in the share of the value of financial leasing agreements concluded by industries and equipment is presented. The foreign experience of financial leasing as an attractive and effective instrument of financial investments is generalized. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence and features of financial leasing as one of the promising tools for the development of agricultural sector entities, to upgrade equipment and provide a number of additional services.Results. The article explores the realities and identifies prospects for the provision of financial leasing services to the agricultural sector of Ukraine, as an important tool for updating production assets and providing additional services. The advantages and disadvantages of financial leasing operations are systematized. The world experience of financial leasing as an attractive and effective tool of financial investments in production assets is considered. Conclusion. The growth of the financial leasing market for the provision of services to agricultural entities will be due to the resumption of economic activity and the promotion of the benefits of this form of financing capital investments. Raising consumer and small and medium-sized business awareness of leasing as a tool for access to finance should be a priority for the leasing industry, its association and the government.

Abstract. Introduction. In modern conditions of transformation of the national economy the development of investment activity, which influences the interests of a growing number of enterprises, becomes relevant. Effective implementation of investment activities at the present stage is the basis for the development of Ukraine's economy, ensuring the possibility of its integration into the European socio-economic space, which will further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve the investment climate. Purpose. It has been proved that investment activity requires decision-making on investing financial resources to expand production. It has been established that the investment strategy of any enterprise is an integral part of its overall economic strategy, which allows to fully assess the investment potential for foreign investors. Results. An analysis of business entities based on indicators of investment activity in the selection of strategic development priorities. There are three clusters: first class: normal investment activity; second class: moderate investment activity; and third grade: critical investment activity. The analysis of investment activity of business entities of the machine-building industry in Ukraine indicates the need to attract investment resources. Conclusions. Hierarchies of choice of strategic priorities directions of development for attraction of foreign economic sources of financing have been offered and its economic efficiency has been established. The hierarchy of communication of the choice of directions of strategic development priorities for attracting foreign economic sources of financing has been obtained, which has six levels, where the highest level is to ensure the development and promotion of products of economic entities in international markets. Implementation of 6 levels of the hierarchy of choice of strategic development priorities to attract foreign economic sources of financing of economic entities, these are comprehensive actions that will enhance investment attractiveness in international markets and address some issues related to the development of strategic priorities of economic entities.

Abstract. Introduction. The analysis of the enterprise’s cash flow statement is invaluable for external users (owners, investors, lenders, partners) as a reason to substantiate the investment and financial decisions, evidence of the business partnerships reliability, and for most of the management when evaluating the level of efficiency, of its economic feasibility confirmation or refutation of the chosen financial management strategy and tactics. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop and test a method of comprehensive analysis of cash according to the financial statements of the state enterprise "Antonov" for the period 2018-2019, to perform an economic interpretation of the results of the analysis, based on the received calculations. Results. The dialectical method of cognition, a comprehensive systematic approach to the object of study, general scientific methods, special (horizontal, vertical and coefficient) analysis procedures, abstract and logical method for theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions have been applied in the article. The method of comprehensive analysis of cash flows according to financial statements has been developed and tested. An economic interpretation of the analysis results has been proposed. Conclusions. A method of complex analysis of cash flows has been developed and proposed as a result of scientific research. The obtained results are important for the formation of strategy and tactics of financial management of the enterprise. The results of such an analysis are also a crucial argument in substantiating owners, investors, creditors, partners and other outsiders in the analysis of investment and financial decisions about the company and its prospects.
