This study aims to examine the antecedents of the philanthropic behavior in the Jabodetabek community in the era COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative study consisting of 2 (two) variables used, namely exogenous and endogenous. The population in this study is the Jabodetabek community with 400 samples of respondents. The data analysis method used is the partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) individual factors on philanthropic behavior in this study do not have a positive and significant effect, (2) organization factors on philanthropic behavior in this study have a positive and significant effect, (3) social factors on philanthropic behavior in this study. This has no positive and significant effect.

This study aims to look at the influence of islamic branding variables, religiosity variables and attitude variables on the interest of Muslim communities in representing money. This study uses a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling as a data analysis method used to analyze the factors that affect the interest of Muslim communities in the representation of money. Respondents are Muslim communities who have had 141 respondents. The results showed that the Islamic branding variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes, then the religiosity variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes.

Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is one of the most widely used methods of multivariate data analysis. Although previous research has discussed different aspects of PLS-SEM, little is done to explain the attributes of the different PLS-SEM statistical applications. The objective of this editorial is to discuss a variety of PLS-SEM applications, including SmartPLS, WarpPLS, and ADANCO. It is written based on information received from the developers via emails as well as our ongoing understanding and experience of using these applications. We hope this editorial can serve as a manual for users to understand the unique characteristics of each PLS-SEM application and make an informed decision on the most appropriate application in their research.

This study examines transformational leadership variables and motivation for the success of SME businesses in Bekasi. Transformational leadership is the ability of a leader in working with others to transform. Motivation is an encouragement or reason that becomes the basis of one's enthusiasm for doing something to achieve certain goals. Business success is a situation where the business experiences an increase from the previous results. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on business success. The sample in this study were 50 respondents from various types of businesses in Bekasi. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, using non-probability sampling methods. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart PLS 3. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on business success, and motivation also has a positive effect on business success. Penelitian ini meneliti variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha UKM di Bekasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah kemampuan seseorang pemimpin dalam bekerja dengan melalui orang lain untuk mentransformasikan. Motivasi adalah suatu dorongan atau alasan yang menjadi dasar semangat seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Keberhasilan usaha adalah suatu keadaan dimana usaha mengalami peningkatan dari hasil yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 responden dari berbagai jenis usaha di Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner, dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dengan keberhasilan usaha, serta motivasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha.

 This study aimed to examine the effect of Experience Economy (Education Experience, Entertainment Experience, Escapism Experience, dan Esthetics Experience) on Vivid Memory and Loyalty Festival. This study used sample of 200 respondents. This research used quantitative approach through statistical test. Data analysis Method that used in this research was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study indicated that Experience Economy (Education Experience, Entertainment Experience, Escapism Experience, and Esthetics Experience) proved to have a positif significant effect on Vivid Memory visitors of the Parade Budaya dan Pawai Bunga Surabaya. However loyalty was affected only by the Entertainment Experience and Esthetics Experience. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Experience Economy (Education Experience, Entertainment Experience, Escapism Experience, dan Esthetics Experience) terhadap Vivid Memory dan Loyalty Festival. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Parade Budaya dan Pawai Bunga Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengujian secara statistik. AbstractOur paper contributes to progress on the conceptualization and the operationalization of the alliance portfolio configuration. A variance-based structural equation modeling (partial least squares) has been applied to a sample made up of top global contractors. Previous works on alliance portfolio have analyzed the dimensions of alliance portfolio configuration independently and therefore, the interrelationships between them have not been studied. Results from the data analysis show that the dimensions of alliance portfolio configuration are interrelated in such a way that the relational and the partner alliance portfolio dimensions (a) fully mediate the effect of structural alliance portfolio on the value of the alliance portfolio capital; and (b) this capital exerts significant and positive influences on the growth of the international market share.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effects of professional autonomy (PA) and person–environment fit (person–job [PJ] fit and person–organization [PO] fit) on turnover intention (TI). Methods: We take a total of 1,133 professional social workers with formal educational background from the China Social Work Longitudinal Study 2019 as our sample and use structural equation modeling as our analysis method. Results: We find that an increase in person–environment fit is significantly associated with a decrease in Chinese social workers’ organizational TI, and this relationship is mediated by PA. However, PA has greater power to buffer the effects of PJ fit than those of PO fit on TI. Conclusions: This finding improves existing understanding of the paradox of social workers embedded in the community. An occupational environment that promotes PA is urgently needed to address this paradox and to prevent social workers’ TI.

This research aims to identify the role of involvement as a moderating variable in the model of customer loyality. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Data is collected through survey method that is guided by questionnaire. The data samples are 200 respondents to eligible the data analysis by structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the involvement moderates the effect of perceived quality, perceived price and after-sales service towards customer satisfaction.. Besides, the result is the involvement moderates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results are used to develop strategies to effectively increase customer loyalty by designing a stimulus to increase customer loyalty considering the level of customer involvement.
