The paper presents quantitative indicators of lipid peroxidation (LP) products and antioxidant support network (ASN) in blood plasma in women with various histological forms of endometrial hyperplastic processes (EHPs). The goal of the paper is to assess the state of LP processes and ASN in women of reproductive age with various forms of EHPs. Materials and Methods. The trial enrolled 137 women of reproductive age: 112 women with endometrial hyperplasia (EH) and 25 women with uterine cavity synechia without EH. Conclusion. In case if EH progresses from a simple atypical form to adenocarcinoma, an increase in lipid peroxidation intensity and ASN inhibition is observed. Keywords: women, endometrial hyperplastic processes, endometrial hyperplasia, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant support network.

Introduction. Nowadays, it has been shown that one of the possible ways to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of malignant tumors is the use of combined treatment methods. Aim. To study the intensity of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in hyperthermia against the background of bee venom in the blood of tumor-bearing rats. Materials and methods. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups: 1st — intact; 2nd — control (tumor-bearing animals (PS-1 tumor strain) with intraperitoneal (IP) administration of saline solution); 3rd, 4th and 5th groups — tumor-bearing animals with IP administration of 0.5 ml of bee venom against the background of hyperthermia 42, 43 and 44°C respectively. The content of diene and triene conjugates, Schiff bases (SB) and SOD activity in the blood of animals was determined. Results. From the 1st day after the end of the experiment, a statistically significant decrease in triene conjugates was recorded in all experimental groups compared to the control group. SB decreased on the 1st–7th day after the end of the experiment with the action of hyperthermia 42°C and bee venom, on the 7th–28th day — with the action of hyperthermia 43°C and bee venom, and on the 28th day — with the action of bee venom and hyperthermia 44°C, which was accompanied by an increase in SOD activity from the 7th day in all experimental groups compared to the control group. Conclusion. Hyperthermia in combination with the action of bee venom causes a decrease in lipid peroxidation products and an increase in antioxidant activity in the blood of tumor-bearing rats. The most effective action, in our opinion, is the use of bee venom against the background of hyperthermia of 43°C, at which a prolonged effect is recorded both with respect to a decrease in the concentration of SB and an increase in the activity of SOD.

The article contains the research results of the effect of cadmium chloride on the indexes of enzyme and nonenzyme systems of  antioxidant defense system in young cattle, such as the activity of catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione levels of vitamins A and E. It is established that feeding calves at a dose of toxicant 0.04 mg / kg activity of catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione levels of vitamins A and E in the blood of experimental animals decreased throughout the experiment. The lowest indicators of antioxidant in the blood of young cattle is set on the twenty -fourth day of the experiment, which is associated with increased activation of lipid peroxidation and the balance between antioxidant system and lipid peroxidation intensity. Given the cadmium load of young cattle it is used a new integrated drug with antioxidant action «Metisevit», which includes metifen, sodium selenite and vitamin E wich is founded as stimulating effects on the activity of antioxidant protection. In particular,it is established probable increase in activity of catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione levels, vitamin A and vitamin E in the blood of young cattle, which has performed cadmium stress. These changes occur through comprehensive action components of the drug «Metisevit» that leads to the normalization of metabolic processes and free radical in the body of the bull. The results of the research indicate antioxidant drug «Metisevit» in the application of its young cattle and the validity of his administration to improve the body's antioxidant status of chronic cadmium toxicosis.

The increase in the number of patients with hip pathologies among children of different ages makes the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases one of the most actually existing problems in modern orthopedics. The aim of the work was to determine the features of the lipid peroxidation system - antioxidant protection and hemogram indices in children with various forms of hip joint pathology. The results of a preoperative examination of 47 patients aged 6-15 years (average age 10.3 years) who were treated at the clinic “FSBI NICC“ TO ”named after academician G. A. Ilizarova, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. There were 25 boys and 20 girls. Given nosology, patients were divided into five groups. The diagnosis was established on the basis of a clinical and radiological examination. Group I consisted of 8 male patients with stage II Perthes disease (mean age 8.75 + 1.63). Group II includes 16 patients (8 boys, 7 girls) with stage III Perthes disease. (average age 11.80 + 0.89). Group III included 12 patients (6 boys, 6 girls) with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (average age 14.7 + 2.35). Group IV consisted of 4 patients (1 boy, 3 girls) with epiphyseal dysplasia. (average age 10.25 + 1.36). Group V includes 7 patients with hip dysplasia complicated by aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (mean age 8.33 + 2.11). The norm is the data that was obtained after examining 10 healthy male adolescents (age 13-14) and 5 female adolescents (age 8-14 years). Changes in lipid peroxidation rates and antioxidant activity are unidirectional in different forms of pathology of the hip joints in children, and the content of peroxidation products reliably correlates with hemogram values in stage II osteochondropathy and complicated hip dysplasia. In the complex of diagnostic measures for children with dystrophic lesions of the hip joint, to clarify the nature and stage of the pathological process, as additional criteria, hemogram indicators and lipid peroxidation systems - antioxidant protection can be used.
