With the improvement of comprehensive development level, civil engineering is perceived a promoted position in the development of the whole market economy in China. Civil engineering is an important link for building construction. Good civil engineering construction management ensures the overall engineering quality control level. Through the reasonable analysis of construction standards, construction contents and construction steps of civil engineering, the actual construction control and management methods of civil engineering are defined, the effective control scheme of civil engineering quality is analyzed, and reasonable suggestions for solving problems are put forward, so as to realize effective control and management of civil engineering construction quality in China. This paper makes an analysis of the actual construction control and fully studies the measures and schemes of the actual construction quality control to improve the management efficiency of the construction quality control of civil engineering.

The civil engineering construction is a very complicated production activities. In the whole construction process need to consume a large amount of manpower, consume a large amount of materials, use a lot of equipment, also need to deal with complex technical problems a lot. So this is for the civil engineering construction project management have strict requirements. This paper from the quality control, schedule control, cost control three aspects of the civil engineering construction project management analysis. Quality control Construction quality is the foundation of project management work, is the basic requirement of the construction of the project. Have important influence on the quality of the whole construction quality of engineering quality control. Because the civil engineering construction comprises a plurality of procedures, quality control is usually divided in time for the preparation of construction quality control, the quality control of construction process and quality control of completion and acceptance of three stages. Preparation of construction quality control of the main content is: each enterprise carefully check to participate in the project entity construction qualification, including professional subcontracting subcontracting, materialsand material suppliers; according to the basic principles of quality management, review project quality plan, quality requirements, implementationplan, including examination, treatment and other sectors to establish quality control preliminary scheme;, once appear quality problem, can quickly take thepreliminary scheme, guarantee the quality of the whole project. With the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology, the process of urbanization continues to deepen and the progress of the construction industry changes with each passing day. People are paying more and more attention to the safety of civil engineering. Accidents frequently occurred during the construction process, which exposed the lack of attention to safety issues during the construction process, the lack of effective supervision of safe construction, and the lack of safety awareness of construction personnel, which had an impact on the construction of civil engineering. In this article, a solution to the safety management system for construction personnel based on artificial intelligence machine vision technology is proposed for the study of the safety management of civil engineering structures. First of all, through the research and analysis of the problems in the safety management of construction workers, the types of safety accidents of construction workers are summarized and the effect of machine understanding of the construction scene is realized through target detection and description of the spatial interaction between the two. A real-time detection and early warning platform is built, and early warnings are automatically sent out when a predefined dangerous scene occurs, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing construction accidents. The experimental results in this paper show that, in the use of artificial intelligence machine vision technology to manage the safety of civil engineering construction, the safety management of workers in the construction is realized, and the results show that the level of construction safety management has increased to 97.4%, ensuring the quality of civil engineering construction and safety.

Abstract Background Limitations of tuberculosis (TB) diagnostic tools and measures restrict proper TB control in places with high drug-resistant TB prevalence. This study aimed to explore gaps in the primary health care (PHC) TB services in Armenia compared to international standards on Assessment of Patients (AOP). Methods We applied mixed methods to assess the AOP standards in 30 outpatient TB centers using observational and documents/medical records review's standardized checklists, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions. Evaluation was conducted in all 10 regions of Armenia and the capital city Yerevan. Joint Commission International Standards for Ambulatory Care, International Standards for TB Care, and WHO framework, served as a guideline for this assessment. Results PHC physicians are qualified for a set of examinations to diagnose TB. Planned reassessments are conducted continuously, though defined writings for the scope and content of reassessments administered by each clinical discipline is absent. Laboratory departments provide high quality services to the TB patients with the defined timeframes for reporting the results. Laboratory and radiology services staff is qualified and experienced. The biosafety rules are compliant with local and international standards. However, the location and conditions of the laboratory departments are mostly non-compliant with the standards. Lack of modern equipment restricts maintaining proper environmental controls, including ventilation systems. Laboratory technicians have little knowledge of the organization's safety management program and its relation to the laboratory safety program. The facilities have neither formal quality control programs regulated by documents and policies nor an identified radiation safety program protocol. Conclusions On the level of AOP standards, the PHC TB services in Armenia have satisfactory performance. However, assessed standards for this function required certain improvements. Key messages In Armenia, the tuberculosis care in PHC facilities presents high level of compliance for patient assessment international standards. To fully meet the standards, facilities need to reconstructed/renovated laboratories and establish the radiology and diagnostic equipment management, quality control and radiation safety programs.

This paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to optimize the PESTEL analysis. The scenario: pre-construction and assembly factors of huge civil engineering construction projects. Several managers use too many criteria to evaluate large projects. It suggests that there may be few important criteria that summarize the manager's preference. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed hypothesis, the authors prepared a qualitative and exploratory study. Conclusions are based on the judgment of an expert interviewed. As expected, the hypothesis was considered plausible. Two main criteria corresponded to 71% of the expert's preference. The result resembles a Pareto distribution.

Nanotechnology can be used for design and construction processes in many areas since nanotechnology generated products have many unique characteristics. These characteristics can significantly fix current construction problems, and may change the requirement and organization of the construction process. This paper reviews the basic concept of nanotechnology, different types of nanomaterial and their manufacturing process as well as the applications of nanotechnology in different fields such as concrete, pavement engineering, construction materials. Use of nanotechnology is found to offer high performing and efficient materials. Specific application areas include water and waste water treatment, construction materials etc. The use of nanotechnology in civil engineering is still in infancy stage. The production methods, pollutions caused to human health, manufacturing difficulties, performance are the issues to be addressed in order to use the nanotechnology in civil engineering.

For a country, the industry is a very important system, the embodiment of the country's comprehensive national strength, the country's economic development level and the development of science and technology level has direct impact on industry. The development of chemical industry also has great impetus to the national economic development. The technical requirements for chemical engineering are particularly high. Because of the danger of the chemical itself, safety becomes the first thing to notice in the construction process. In order to prevent the occurrence of danger in the actual construction process, the safety of chemical engineering construction is made, and the effective safety management is the most critical step. A reliable safety management is the guarantee for the smooth construction of the construction, so the early safety management becomes the key to the development of the chemical industry. Chemical engineering is an extremely complex and changeable system, and the kinds of problems involved are very many, which requires the construction personnel to pay more attention to ensure the safety. In order to implement the safety management measures in the process of chemical engineering construction, it is necessary for the management personnel to strictly control the whole construction process. In case of any problem, we should deal with it in a timely manner and pay more attention to the details. We should pay attention to fire prevention, pollution prevention and anti-explosion prevention. Technical personnel should pay more attention to technical problems and eliminate safety hazards. The construction company must also strengthen the personal quality of the project management personnel and other issues. It is necessary to examine personal responsibility and safety awareness and avoid unnecessary losses caused by various construction safety issues to the company[1].
