Today, e-learning is mostly used and is acquiring prominence. E-learning delivers a learning environment. Platform by using electronic media and data Communications Innovations. As alternative terms such as computer-based learning, online schooling or technology-enhanced learning, we will use E-learning as other alternative terms. The goal of creating an E-Learning Frontend Web Application is to provide anyone with an integrated online self-learning site. We make a comparison between JSON and XML, then use JSON as data-transferring format in an actual project. This paper suggest that JSON is more suitable as a data-loading tool for Ajax applications. The idea behind using AngularJS in web application is to make your web application modular and easy to maintain. AngularJS brings MVC (Model View Controller) capability to your application. After using modified and compressed files in your application, the size reduces to some KBs which will results in faster loading of page. Single-Page Applications are Web apps that load a single HTML page and dynamically update that page as the user interacts with the app. Building Single Page E-learning Application instead of Multi page E-learning application With Improve Navigation. Solving the migration problem from traditional websites to single-page applications using new technology.

Considering the increasing demand for microlearning in informal learning spaces, the main purpose of this research is to examine the design of microlearning perceived by adult learners and experts in Korea. The research questions include: (1) what modality and content length do adult learners perceive to be relevant for microlearning? (2) what content areas do adult learners perceive to be relevant for microlearning? and (3) what are the expected impacts and future directions of microlearning perceived by the experts? The participants include 11 e-learning experts and 326 adult learners working in the fields of science and technology. Data were collected from the learner survey, focus group interview, and expert survey. Overall, this study found that adult learners tend to have some conflicting opinions about the content areas perceived to be relevant for e-learning and microlearning. The design of content that takes the modality of video consumed within 3-5 minutes was considered to be the most relevant for microlearning. Experts perceived that microlearning is an efficient and effective direction for adult learners to enhance professional knowledge and to broaden informal learning opportunities. However, the experts were less positive about the potential of microlearning for increasing convergence research and learning transfer. There was a considerable gap between desirability and feasibility in the directions toward integrating microlearning with advanced technologies. Based on the key findings, we discuss some implications concerning the design of microlearning for adult learners’ informal learning. Cite as So, H-J., Lee, H., Roh, S-Z. <p class="0papertitle">Computer based Learning Environments are mainly shaped by emerging environments such as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), SPOCS (Small Private Online Courses) and Mobile learning. This variety challenges the quality of the content delivered in these various environments. In Moroccan higher education, SPOCS is a trending topic widely used in its context of blended learning. The present work focuses on an SPOC delivered as a hybrid mobile app and on factors that define its technical quality. The objective is to propose a set of technical quality factors which are defined following a study of literature, focusing on frameworks, labels, practices that are used to assess the quality of e-learning environments, MOOCs, SPOCs and mobile applications. ISO standards for the quality software and the guidelines for the most dominant Mobile Operating Systems (Android/IOS/Windows phone) are also considered when defining these criteria. The proposed criteria can be twofold used: 1) to assess the technical quality of an existing mobile SPOC; 2) constitutes guidelines to increase the technical quality of a new mobile SPOC</p>

In the previous chapters three real time communications technologies (RTCs) have been discussed. Videoconferences have been used for real time communications in distance learning for many years. In recent years many institutions have used videoconferences in addition to the text-based communications tools in learning management systems: discussion forums and chat. Video chat is a new technology. It is computer based and inexpensive after the purchase of the computer as software is often free and the basic audio and video equipment is inexpensive. Video chat facilitates two-way video and audio communications and thus it is likely to displace videoconference from its place in the market. The Access Grid is also gaining use in education as a teaching tool due to the richness of the experience of multiple video streams, and additional tools that allow true collaboration. How these technologies are used in educational settings has a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational experience and theoretical guides to their use have been discussed earlier in this book. One of the early theoretical approaches was that put forward by Michael Moore.

<p>E-learning is playing very important role in the present educational scenario. It has potential to change the whole education system and due to this reason, it has become one of the most preferred subjects for the researchers and scholars working on the various aspects of e-learning. This study is looking into various research works on e-learning for IPTS (Private Institutions of Higher Learning) in Sarawak. The principle objectives of this research includes to examine the suitable research model describing on the methods that shows the motivation in e-learning, (ii) to identify the suitable type of learning in higher education and (iii) to investigate the problems and challenges of implementing e-learning in Private Institute of Higher Learning Sarawak. This study therefore examined the prime factors of two selected IPTS in Sarawak (Saujana Academy of Travel and Tour (SATT) and IBS College (formerly known as Institute BREM Sarawak) in implementing an E-learning and the relations between each influencing factors of acceptance in E-Learning in the University/Colleges by adopting the two basic types of learning which were Computer Based Learning and Internet Based Learning as proposed by Algahtani, 2011. The resulting analysis and interpretation provided a description of the performance of E-Learning influenced by the variables which were the engagement of E-Learning, facilities and computer literacy. The qualitative method in this study derived from a constructive perspective involving in-depth face to face interview with the respondents. The outcome of this study depicted that the influence of internet connectivity and computer-based knowledge equipped the E-Learning implementation and discovered of the advantages and disadvantages of E-Learning in education industry. Based on the findings, three primary variables identified with supporting factors emerged as the critical components categories in this study and these categories represent a conceptual framework for solving E-Learning issues.</p><p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0620/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>

The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed on us not only e-learning with higher education providers, but also triggered considerable difficulties in organization internships. Institutions and enterprises that used to be eager to take interns have refused to do so. In these conditions, the key objective for the Faculty of Management at the UTP University in Bydgoszcz was to organize e-internships to ensure a working environment similar to the real working conditions of the accounting department. A new internship program was developed that implemented the assumptions of active learning, by virtue of the case study approach, computer-based learning environments, and a comprehensive task simulating the work of the accounting department in the form of a multi-step project. The key objective of this article is to present the results of research in the form of a survey on how the students majoring in Finance and Accounting perceive the proposed internship method. The results show that an internship in the form of e-learning with the proposed education methods is appreciated by the students. E-learning does not necessarily have to be less effective than traditional learning. The use of platforms and the selecting of adequate methods can enhance the activity of students, supporting self-education and independent task performance.

E-learning refers to the term to deliver education or training using digital resources. Computer-based learning, which is considered the keystone of today's E-learning concept, was born in the 80s. Earlier E-learning provides education using only text as with the development in technology it allows adding various forms, i.e., Graphical Text, Images, Video Conferencing etc. In today's time, the concept of is E-learning growing at a rapid pace. Improved bandwidth and growing technology helped in pushing the expansion of E-learning. Along with the university, large corporate companies are also resorting to E-learning. E-learning provides many advantages as compare to Instructor-led training (ILT). E-learning saves the times of travel as physical presence is not required. Education can be provided from anywhere at any time. E-learning is cost-effective also as the course, once developed, can be modified easily. There can some concern which can be faced by the trainer and leaners in future. Adopting E-learning will be a step towards saving the environment. It will be environmentally friendly as tablets will replace books; paper notes will be replaced with digital messages. Digital tools will help to reduce the burden of a student. Artificial Intelligence is a prevalent concept in computer science. A branch of AI, known as a Neural Network, is based on the human brain. The research's main aim is to review existing methods and analyse further possibilities of E-learning systems with neural networks.

Cluster in Indonesia particularly in the area of Central Java in 2010 totaled 150. Based on the results of the survey in Demak, Wonosobo and Pemalang, most Clusters does not yet have a website as a media product promotion and Cluster communication. Some Cluster already leverages media Blog and facebook but the media still do not meet the expected needs because media Blog and Facebook are not a media for product promotion. This is because the limitations of cost and the scarcity of skilled human resources information technology owned by the Cluster. Therefore, this research was conducted on the design and implementation of a web application that serves as a Networking System Cluster. System development method’s using the Prototype Model. Method of MVC (Model View Controller) is used in the implementation of the system, while technology programming using CodeIgniter Framework. As a result, the system is capable of providing the website for each Cluster are listed, so it can be used as a promotional media, publications and communication between Cluster members.
