ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada  masyarakat merupakan salah satu Tridharma perguruan tinggi yang wajib dilakukan oleh dosen. Kegiatan  Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di salah satu UMKM, Kedai Nyosoe Cak Nanang, yang terletak di Desa Kemuning Lor Jember. Kedai ini memiliki  produk andalan susu murni segar dan olahannya seperti susu rasa-rasa, milkshake, dan yogurt Letak kedai ini sangat strategis karena berada di wilayah rekreasi Rembangan. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui produk kedai tersebut karena minimnya media promosi dan pengelola memiliki pengetahuan terbatas terkait promosi produk. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang media promosi dan mengembangkan booklet sebagai media promosi Kedai Nyosose Cak Nanang. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah adalah sosialisasi dan penyusunan media promosi untuk kedai tersebut.  Berdasarkan hasil yang dilakukan selama pelaksanaan pengabdian diperoleh hasil yaitu satu produk booklet bilingual dengan informasi lokasi kedai, produk susu beserta foto, dan nomor narahubung serta meningkatnya pemahaman pengelola tentang pentingnya promosi menggunakan booklet bilingual untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan. Kata kunci: media promosi; booklet; produk susu. ABSTRACTCommunity service is one of the Tridharma of higher education that must be carried out by lecturers. This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out in Kedai Nyosoe Cak Nanang, which is located in Kemuning Lor Village, Jember. This shop has main products of fresh milk and its processed products such as flavored milk, milkshakes, and yogurt. Its location is very strategic because it is located in the Rembangan recreation area. However, there are still many people who do not know about its products because of the lack of promotional media and the owners have limited knowledge about product promotion. The purpose of this activity was to socialize about promotional media and develop a booklet as a medium of promotion for Kedai Nyosoe Cak Nanang. The method used to overcome the problem is socialization and making promotional media for the shop. Based on the results carried out during the implementation of the service, the results obtained were one bilingual booklet product completed with information about the location of the shop, dairy products along with photos, and contact numbers as well as the staffs’ understanding about the importance of promotion using bilingual booklets to increase sales. Keywords: promotional media; booklet; dairy products.

Dukungan kepada masyarakat sangatlah penting terlebih pada masa pandemi covid-19ini. Kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan universitas dapat memeberikan kontribusi dan dukungan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini secara spesifik ditujukan kepada para ibu sebab para ibu memiliki peran sentral dalam keluarga termasuk dalam hal pengaturan keuangan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dan tali kait masker sebagai usaha pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Kedua produk, yaitu sabun dan tali masker sebagai objek untuk diproduksi dan diharapkan bisa dijual sehingga bisa membantu keuangan keluarga di masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Selanjutnya juga diadakan pelatihan bagaimana mempromosikan produk serta membukukan keuangan usahanya. Promosi produk sangat penting supaya bisa menggait pelanggan dan diharapkan bisa memiliki pelanggan setia. Pembukuan keuangan juga tak kalah penting agar uang usaha bisa diatur dan diketahui peredarannya, sekalipun itu dalam lingkup usaha kecil.   Kata Kunci: pelatihan, sabun, tali kait masker, promosi, buku kas   ABSTRACT   Support for the community is very important, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Good cooperation between the community and the university can contribute and support the community. This service is specifically aimed at mothers because mothers have a central role in the family, including in terms of financial arrangements. The activities carried out were providing training in making soap and mask hooks as an effort to develop the creative economy. The two products, namely soap and mask straps, are objects to be produced and are expected to be sold so that they can help family finances during this COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, training was also held on how to promote products and record business finances. Product promotion is very important so that it can attract customers and is expected to have loyal customers. Financial bookkeeping is equally important so that business money can be regulated and its circulation known, even if it is within the scope of a small business.   Keywords: training, soap, mask hook rope, promotion, cash book

This study aims to investigate effective extension strategies on products during different stages of product life cycle. By evaluating and categorize several existing realistic cases, the study finds that product promotion and product adjustment have been widely used to extend product life cycle. Under these two categories, holding marketing campaigns, targeting new markets, finding new unique selling points, finding new uses, extending product range and providing a new appearance are the main extension and effective strategies that companies widely use.

The research objectives of this thesis are to find out and analyze products, promotions and prices that affect the school's image, parents' interest in choosing schools and to find out and analyze school image as a mediator variable capable of influencing the relationship between product, promotion, price and parents' interest in choosing schools at SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research and uses descriptive statistical analysis. Researching on a particular population or sample. Data collection using a limited questionnaire method. Respondents were the guardians of the students of SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong as many as 125 people. Validity test analysis. To test the validity and reliability of the data, the researcher used the W-Start program. Hypothesis test analysis. Analysis of the relationship between variables will be carried out by path analysis assisted by the SPSS version 21 windows program. The results of the SPSS program analysis show that the influence of Product, Promotion, and Price Factors together in creating School Image is 65%. Meanwhile, the other 35% are influenced by other factors.

Abstract Objective The objective of this study was to develop an inductive coding approach specific to characterizing user-generated social media conversations about transition of use of different tobacco and alternative and emerging tobacco products (ATPs). Results A total of 40,206 tweets were collected from the Twitter public API stream that were geocoded from 2018 to 2019. Using data mining approaches, these tweets were then filtered for keywords associated with tobacco and ATP use behavior. This resulted in a subset of 5718 tweets, with 657 manually annotated and identified as associated with user-generated conversations about tobacco and ATP use behavior. The 657 tweets were coded into 9 parent codes: inquiry, interaction, observation, opinion, promote, reply, share knowledge, use characteristics, and transition of use behavior. The highest number of observations occurred under transition of use (43.38%, n = 285), followed by current use (39.27%, n = 258), opinions about use (0.07%, n = 46), and product promotion (0.06%, n = 37). Other codes had less than ten tweets that discussed these themes. Results provide early insights into how social media users discuss topics related to transition of use and their experiences with different and emerging tobacco product use behavior.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the product, price perception, and promotion on customer loyalty to the product of PT. EBARA Indonesia with repurchase intention as an Intervening Variable. The number of research respondents was 137 respondents. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The data resulting from the filling was then analyzed through the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. Following the results of the analysis, it can be concluded: (: (1) PT. EBARA Indonesia's products have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention with a coefficient; (2) The price perception of PT. EBARA Indonesia's products have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention; (3) Product promotion of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention; (4) Repurchase intention products of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and significant effect on consumer customer loyalty (5) Products of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer customer loyalty ; (6) The price perception of PT. EBARA Indonesia's product has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer customer loyalty; (7) Product promotion of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer customer loyalty; (8) PT. EBARA Indonesia's product has positive and negative effects. Significant impact on consumer customer loyalty through repurchase intention; (9) PT. EBARA Indonesia's product prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer repurchase intention; (10) Promotion of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer repurchase intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product promotion on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by Samsung consumers in Batam in Batam City . The population in this study amounted to 135 people. In this research, the sampling technique used is classified as non - probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method . This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and has an R Square (R2) value in this study of 35.2%. The results of the t-test in this study are the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and product promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test in this study, the results showed that Service Quality and Product Promotion together had a positive and significant effect on Samsung Customer Satisfaction in Batam City.

Objective: To profile the posts on open orthodontic Facebook groups and identify which communication strategies and media modalities generate the most engagement from users. Design: A cross-sectional content analysis. Setting: Facebook Internet-based search. Methods: Post data were collected over a one-month period from the 10 largest public orthodontic Facebook groups. Evaluation of group characteristics included membership levels, number of administrators, time each group had been in existence and growth rate of each group. The number of posts, the numbers and types of engagement (likes, emojis, comments, shares) and engagement rate were calculated. The communication strategies (e.g. case presentation, course promotion, etc.) and media modalities (e.g. plain text, photograph, etc.) were recorded. Results: The study identified 190,268 Facebook members from the 10 largest orthodontic Facebook groups (median 17,811; interquartile range [IQR] 11,977). The median time the groups had existed was six years (median 2175 days; IQR 2311 days) and the median number of new group members in the past month was 1257 (IQR 2773). The median number of new group members in the past month was 1257 (IQR 2773). There were 227 postings during the study period with 2546 engagements. The overall median number of engagements was 196 (IQR 445) and the engagement rate of posts was 1.3% overall. Posts relating to course promotion (n = 63, 28%) followed by product promotion (n = 42, 19%) were the most common. Case presentation style posts accounted for 15% (n = 35). The level of engagement was greater for posts that had a clinical component compared to posts that did not ( P < 0.001). For media modality, posts that included a photograph had greater engagement ( P < 0.001). Conclusion: There are frequent posts on course and product promotion in orthodontic Facebook groups; however, these are associated with low levels of engagement. Posts that are clinically orientated and include photographs have higher levels of engagement.

Online business is one of method of promoting/offering goods/services that are carried out using the internet network by communicating with each other. In online business, marketing strategies are needed by advertising each product produced thru social media. One of these strategies is endorsement acts. There are several business ethics noted when endorsers or celebrities promote a product through their social media. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the endorsement strategy at PT Murbey Pasti Sukses is in accordance with business ethics. This type of research is qualitative and collected data from PT Murbey Pasti Sukses. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the business strategy at PT Murbey Pasti Sukses uses two types of endorsers, namely artists/celebrities and influencers who are active on social media. Endorsements selection choosen by PT Murbey Pasti Sukses considered by shown a good engagement rate. The four strategy indicators (product, promotion, price and people) describe that promotion indicator has a dominant impact to attract consumers' attention and encourage them to buy. Likewise with online business through social media on Instagram at this time, Murbey conducts online promotions using the endorsement system.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of the political marketing of the victory of the national party with its affiliated local party in Aceh. The political marketing concept of product, promotion, price and place is used in this study. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire. The research locations are two districts in the province of Aceh, namely Bireuen Regency and Pidie Jaya  Regency, while sampling using Maximum Likelihood (ML) in the estimation model requires the use of a minimum sample size of 100. By setting the number of samples for each voter national parties and local party voters. The sample will be taken at convenience from each research location. The result of the study of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.269. This means that 26.9% changes in the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Choose a National Party, can be explained in the independent variables, namely Product, Promotion, Price, and Place. While the remaining 73.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. This shows that the contribution of the independent variable has little impact on the dependent variable. While the results of the coefficient of determination of the Decision to Choose a Local Party is 0.672. This means that 67.2% changes in the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Choose a Local Party, can be explained in the independent variables, namely Product, Promotion, Price, and Place. While the remaining 32.8% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. This shows that the contribution of the independent variable has an impact on the dependent variable.
