<p>The paper presents the first results of an interdisciplinary research conducted by the Department of Architecture of Roma Tre University aimed at developing guidelines for enhancement of minor architectural heritage, urban  and suburban. The research evaluates the creation of a widespread museum that exploit cultural dissemination technologies in augmented reality. The economic crisis, not yet overcome, leads to rethink urban development and heritage conservation, reorienting design towards techniques and practices of reuse. These strategies represent one of the most effective ways to enhance and protect the minor architectural heritage, often protagonist of degradation and abandonment. It seems necessary that the architectural heritage protection has been articulated through contemporaneity, adapting itself to the age of Information Communication Technology. In addition to the architectural heritage, strictly intended as a monument, Italy has a complex system of goods well explained, in the broadest sense, as "minor architectural heritage ". This approach makes possible to identify the Italian Historical Cities as a new category of widespread heritage to be protected. Consequently, it emerges the need to put aside the discretization in punctual assets, approaching an entire system of architectural goods, characterized by a high degree of complexity. Valuing the latter in a sustainable way also passes through new technologies as augmented reality.</p>

Today’s world is the era of information overloads. In Colleges and schools, libraries are mesh-up with databases. To maintain databases emerged as a big concern for Librarian. In library science, where now online journals, research papers and articles playing a major role in comparison to offline hardbound book, journals etc., It’s a challenge to Librarian to deal with and to maintain a smooth handling of online database, its record keeping, Account maintenance, etc. Emergence of ICT (Information Communication Technology) in library science is working like a game changer in first look. But, through this research, an in-depth study was carried out to study an impact of ICT on various service quality dimensions of library science. Objective: To study an impact of ICT implementation on service quality of the Library management. Research methodology: Qualitative study. Data collection method: In-depth Interview. Sample unit: Librarian of Arts and Commerce College affiliated with Hemchandracharya North-Gujarat University. Sample Size: 5 Librarians. Conclusion: ICT has significant impact over all five dimensions of service quality. Due to implementation of ICT, task handlings and work efficiencies of Librarians has significantly improved. Librarians were highly satisfied with the usage of ICT software’s. Managerial implication: Findings of this research paper may enlighten the usage of new technologies in the field of Library science. Further scope: The findings of this research can be useful to improve service quality of Library Science Management.

The survey of ancient buildings is complex work. Chinese wooden buildings, with their complex structure and exquisite decorations, pose a great challenge for survey work. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce unmanned-helicopter photogrammetry and laser scanning technology to facilitate the work. This paper uses three cases to explain the application of these new technologies in China’s architectural heritage protection and analyzes the special features and main operational techniques of the survey work.

Despite the significant contribution that information communication technology (ICT) has made to business, prior studies indicated that there is a large number of unsuccessful ICT implementations in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Moreover, literature also indicated that SMEs’ utilization of ICT tools is reported to be low worldwide, while that is also the case with Polish SMEs. This paper was aim to identify the ICT tools used by Polish SMEs, the areas in which they are used, and the benefits companies perceive from such use. Findings of this research study with 153 Polish SMEs suggest that the most popular ICT tool is email, used by 88% of surveyed entities. Emails contain knowledge and information that is not codified in any knowledge repository. The main area of enterprise where employees use new technologies is marketing, as confirmed by 44% of the surveyed entities. About 59% of the companies surveyed recognize that the use of new technologies brings benefits, which translate into an increase in the company's profits. To stimulate the development of SMEs Polish companies, this study found that it is important to support the development of modern ICT tools for economic growth.

The expansion of information communication technology (ICT) significantly influences organizations service delivering culture. The financial institutions, particularly the banking industry are one of the major sectors that invests large amount of capital for introducing new technologies. E-finance is one of the technology channels that bankers introduced to their customers to access financial services. Therefore, this study was aimed to study the effect of e-finance service quality on bank customers' fintech loyalty of using the e-finance services in future. Primary data was collected from 412 bank customers and it was analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM) through AMOS. The result revealed that both in normal operations of e-finance service and recovery services, the quality of service positively influences bank customers' satisfaction and their e-loyalty.

Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested
