The primary aim of the paper was to investigate the relationship between family attachment, communication and family religiosity on the one hand, and risky behaviors, on the other hand, which are grouped into three categories: apathy and absentmindedness, truancy and the consumption of psychoactive substances, and finally aggressive behavior. Two hypotheses were formulated, according to which there is a negative correlation between family attachment and communication and risky behavior, i.e. the students who report higher levels of family attachment and communication exhibit fewer risky behaviors. Furthermore, the second hypothesis suggested that there is also a negative correlation between family religiosity and risky behavior, i.e. the students who report higher levels of family religiosity display fewer risky behaviors. The participants were the students of the high school “Mate Blažina” in Labin (N = 202). The results were obtained by descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation. The research findings indicated that, while there is no correlation between family attachment and communication and risky behaviors (apathy, absentmindedness, truancy and the consumption of psychoactive substances), the correlation between family attachment and communication and aggressiveness, as a form of risky behavior, is low and negative. The second hypothesis was partially confirmed, since a negative and moderate correlation was found between family religiosity and apathy and absentmindedness as risky behaviors; no correlation was observed between family religiosity and truancy and the consumption of psychoactive substances as risky behaviors; while a positive and low correlation was established between family religiosity and aggressive behavior.

A sense of invulnerability is commonly associated only with adolescents’ risk behaviors, but according to some developmental theories, it is also an adaptive response to developmental tasks that occur during that period of life. The objective of this paper was to explore two aspects of the sense of invulnerability (physical and psychological) on a sample of high school students. More specifically, the relationship between physical and psychological invulnerability in terms of engagement in risky behaviors (cigarette use) on the one hand and indicators of subjective wellbeing (life satisfaction) on the other was explored. The data from 297 adolescents aged 16 to 20 years (M = 17.33; SD = 0.834; 54.2% girls) were analyzed. The study found that boys’ assessment of physical and psychological invulnerability was higher in comparison to girls’ assessment. Smokers rated their physical invulnerability higher than adolescents who had quit smoking, who had only tried smoking and those who had never smoked. While physical invulnerability was not associated with life assessments in most domains of life satisfaction, psychological was positively associated with all domains as well as general life satisfaction. The findings also showed that assessing psychological invulnerability contributed more to explaining life satisfaction than assessing physical invulnerability, whereas physical invulnerability was a significant predictor of smoking frequency among adolescents. The results of this study indicate the significance and importance of both domains of invulnerability in adolescence.

IntroductionOnce the enormity of online games took over the attention of many teens and children so that it brought a big change. Aggressive behavior among adolescents especially high school students from year to year is increasing both in number and forms of aggressive behavior that is raised.ObjectivesThis study aims to determine the relationship between playing online games and aggressive behavior of high school students in Jayapura.MethodsThe research method used was analytical research using cross sectional design. Study the relationship between two variables in a situation or group of objects using a simple linear regression statistical test.ResultThe correlation effect of Length Playing Game Online with aggressively behavior of students in High School logistic test results obtained meaningful results where the value of p = 0, 00 <0.05. This means that there is an influence or relationship between the lengths of playing online games with the aggressive behavior of high school students. These results indicate that there is a positive relationship between the lengths of playing online games with the aggressive behavior of adolescents. This means that the old variable playing online games can be used as a trigger to predict the emergence of aggressive teenage behavior. The higher the length of playing online games, the higher the aggressive behavior of teenagers, conversely the lower the longer playing online games, the lower the aggressive behavior of teenagers.
