ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. In this work, based on the results obtained concerning the analysis and the needs of our project which concerns the design and development of an e-Learning project management system, we present the modeling stage with UML. Based on one hand, on two diagrams: class diagram and use case diagram, for static modeling and on the other hand, based on three diagrams: activity diagram, sequence diagram, diagram transition state for dynamic modeling. Finally, we offer examples of models for our project.

Abstrak—Kebutuhan perusahaan terhadap fungsi manajemen proyek pada era globalisasi sekarang merupakan kebutuhan utama disebabkan dalam melakukan proses produksi, perusahaan harus mampu menghasilkan produk barang atau jasa yang sesuai dengan kriteria, waktu dan biaya yang sudah ditetapkan. PT Visionet Data Internasional merupakan perusahaan vendor yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen proyek yang sedang berjalan pada PT Visionet Data Internasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, penulis banyak sekali menemukan kendala yang terjadi pada proses manajemen proyek sebelumnya dan masih menggunakan sistem dasar microsoft excel. Diusulkan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen proyek dengan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC model waterfall dengan konsep pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language) atau disebut juga dengan konsep permodelan berorientasi objek yang dikenal sebagai OOAD (Objek Oriented Analysis and Design) yaitu yang dijelaskan dengan menggunakan microsoft visio untuk menggambarkan use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram dan class diagram. Sedangkan untuk membangun perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan untuk penyimpanan data menggunakan MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan sistem yang dapat melakukan penentuan durasi waktu pekerjaan proyek, ruang lingkup proyek, pencatatan, pelaporan progress dan biaya proyek kepada semua pihak secara langsung dan pengolahan data proyek secara tepat, efisien dan saling integrasi.

Koperasi merupakan badan usaha dengan jenis usaha simpan pinjam yang anggotanya pegawai pemerintah dari beberapa unit kerja. Proses yang dilakukan mulai dari pengajuan sampai laporan pinjaman masih  menggunakan sistem semi komputerisasi, dimana dilakukan dengan  menggunakan microsoft excel dan word yang tentunya tidak efektif dan efisien. Sistem  tersebut belum memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat . Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui  cara pelayanan dan pengolahan data simpan pinjam, menciptakan sistem penanganan dan pengolahan data simpan pinjam yang ektif dan efisien, menciptakan sistem yang mampu memberi laporan dengan  cepat dan akurat. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sistem belum berjalan secara efektif dan efisien karena proses dilakukan secara semi komputerisasi menggunakan microsoft excel dan word. Dari permasahan tersebut, maka perlu adanya sistem informasi yang  mempermudah proses pengolahan data serta laporan pinjaman yang dapat memberi informasi yang akurat, efektif dan efisien. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode Analisis  menggunakan PIECES diantanranya : kinerja, informasi, ekonomi, efisiensi, dan pelayanan. Metode Perancangan menggunakan UML meliputi: Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Class Diagram, bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Bootstrap, database MySQL dan konektivitas  Xampp . Pada Metode Testing menggunakan Blackbox Testing.   Kata Kunci      Simpan Pinjam, Monitoring, Peminjaman.

Chanduang’s Religious affairs office (KUA) is an institutionthat provide the service of marriage, reconciliations, and marriage’s consultations for Canduang’s sub district residents. In order to help Religious affairs office in registrations and data processing, an information system is needed to help this registration process can be done everywhere and without attending to the office. Moreover, for wide society, an application to show the information of Marriage’s status is also needed to avoid deception the status of Marriage.An Information System about marriage and marriage status  is designed in web-based with involve language programming HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,Jquery and PHP5 with object oriented-based.  Meanwhile, the data base used is SQL. The design of the system also involves Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowchart, Class Diagram, Normalizes and ERD. This system also use the otherwise called in addressing with apply htaccess in the real file address as one of security System.This system information involves three users; Admin, officers andalso bridegrooms. The three levels of users are registered with private account to sign in to the system which has each username and password with MD5 encryption.  The main page of the systemwill show the information of Marriages’registrant and marriage schedule on Chanduang’s Religious affairs office. PT. Zaki Putra Andalas Jambi merupakan salah satu perusahaan bergerak dan kontruksi bangunan di daerah jambi dalam pengolahan rencana anggaran biaya masih mengunakan microsoft excel. Sehingga timbul permasalahan yang terjadi adalah proses estimasi untuk analisa bahan dan upah membutuhkan waktu cukup lama, terjadinya kesulitan untuk melakukan pencarian data bahan dan upah dikarenakan data yang terlalu banyak dan membutuhkan waktu dalam pencarian, dan dalam pembuatan rencana anggaran biaya membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan sering terjadi kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dengan menawarkan aplikasi rencana anggaran biaya menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL sehingga pengolahan data lebih terstruktur dan dapat memberikan informasi data yang dibutuhkan secara cepat dan tepat. Dan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dan pemodelan sistem dengan use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan flowchart. Sehingga aplikasi dirancang dapat menghasilkan output berupa data pekerjaan, data pelanggan, data analisa bahan dan upah dan laporan rencana anggaran biaya.

An archive is an important document that is saved with a purpose when it is needed again it is easy to find it. The archive plays an important role in Dayah Tuha Village's Lurah office, so it is highly hoped that the process of managing the archives is good, fast, and easy. If the files that are owned are not well managed it will impact the difficulty of finding the information and it can impede the next stage of work. Therefore, the archive must be managed with a good and correct management system. In this research, discusses the analysis and design of a web-based document, which is suitable for the needs of the office of Tuha Village. The design of this information system based on the design of systems that have been compiled include use case diagram, activity and sequence Diaram. Dayah Tuha Village's office is still using the manual way of managing the archives. So that by the existence of this system is expected to help the work in the head office of Dayah Tuha in terms of the management of archives.

Minimarket Murah Meriah </em>distributes its products through offline media with brochures and banners as a means of product promotion. <em> In the modern era of mobile devices is growing very rapidly and also the evolution of mobile devices increases with the number of mobile platform applications. One of the most developed so far is Android. With the rapid development of information technology, a business can improve performance and improve the quality of its business by providing convenience and convenience for customers, without spending large costs to promote a product. To overcome this problem, researchers need a study to create a cellular information system that can be utilized by Minimarket Murah Meriah to build a low-cost minimarket E-catalog product so it is necessary to do a phase analysis, design phase The system uses UML, namely the Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram) and finally the testing phase testing program, system testing (Black Box Testing and White Box Testing) and implementation. From the analysis and design of the system, a mobile information system can be made, namely an Android-based E-catalog that can be exploited by minimarkets in Palembang. The catalog application is designed with a simple and user-friendly design to facilitate its use. E-catalog will help the course of promotional activities. Di era modern perangkat seluler berkembang sangat pesat dan juga evolusi perangkat seluler meningkat seiring dengan jumlah aplikasi platform seluler. Salah satu yang paling berkembang sejauh ini adalah Android. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, sebuah bisnis dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan meningkatkan kualitas bisnisnya dengan memberikan kemudahan dan kemudahan bagi pelanggan, tanpa mengeluarkan biaya besar untuk mempromosikan suatu produk. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti memerlukan studi untuk membuat sistem informasi seluler yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Minimarket Murah Meriah untuk membangun produk E-katalog minimarket murah sehingga perlu melakukan fase analisis, tahap desain Sistem menggunakan UML , yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram) dan akhirnya program pengujian tahap pengujian, pengujian sistem (Black Box Testing dan White Box Testing) dan implementasi. Dari analisis dan desain sistem, sistem informasi mobile dapat dibuat, yaitu E-katalog berbasis Android yang dapat dieksploitasi oleh minimarket di Palembang. Aplikasi katalog dirancang dengan desain yang sederhana dan ramah pengguna untuk memfasilitasi penggunaannya. E-katalog akan membantu jalannya kegiatan promosi. Selain itu, sebagai promosi inovasi untuk penjual lain, tidak perlu menggunakan media cetak seperti brosur atau spanduk.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><em> : E-Catalog, Android, Minimarket</em>
