PENETAPAN KADAR VITAMIN B1 PADA GENJER (LIMNOCHARIS FLAVA) DENGAN PENGUKUSAN MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROFOTOMETER UV-VIS

ABSTRACTGenjer (Limnocharis flava) is a daily consumable plant that often used as vegetable by wide society. It known have completed nutritional content such as protein, carbohydrate, mineral and vitamin. Genjer also known as good source of B1 vitamin. The purpose of this study was to identify B1 vitamin level of fresh and steamed genjer plant. Genjer plant were steamed for 2 minutes and 4 minutes. We also want to examine the best steamed time for the plant towards B1 vitamin level. Determination of genjer B1 vitamin level wa used UV-Vis Spectrofotometry at 511 nm, and thiamine was used as the standart solution. The study shown that B1 vitamin level were o,121 mg/100 g, 0,035 mg/100 g and 0,027 mg/100 g in fresh, 2 minutes steamed and 4 minutes steamed genjer plants respectively. We were done a quantitatively analysis of collected data to describe B1 vitamin level in treated genjer plants. The result showed that the longer of steamed period will reduce more of B1 vitamin level at genjer plants. We suggested that B1 vitamin more soluble in water and processing technique related with water have an effect towards B1 vitamin level, and 2 minutes steaming reduce less of B1 Vitamin compared to 4 minutes steaming. Reading Women Participations on Populism Politics

This paper aims to elaborate on women participation on politic populist development and expansion of support by the strength of women's groups as representatives of civil society. This study uses literature study methods to discover various data related to women's figures and women's group dedication in the context of civil society, sourced from journal and preliminary study results. The results of the study indicate that women participate in the practice of populism associated with men in cultivating the issues of populism and are received by the general public. Even women's contribution to society tends to be closer to welfare issues that are echoed in populist politics. When the populism politics need to expand in the context of the wider society, women are also present and have been there for a long time dedicating their lives on social welfare issues. The implication, it is necessary to see women contributions are as important as men in the practice of populist politics, not only at the level of the political elite but also in the life of the wide society. Women's groups are able to fill spaces that are not filled by the state, i.e. socio-economic spaces, wherever women are.

ALTERNATIF MEDIASI PENAL DALAM SISTEM PERADILAN PIDANA DI INDONESIA

In general, penal mediation can be said as a concept that brings together the victims and criminals to discuss their interests and willingness in order to resolve criminal cases that have occurred between them, and are assisted by a mediator who is neutral and help to resolve criminal cases by giving advice and mediating as mediators. The results of the research conducted by normative research and through several literature such as legal books, regulations, and guidelines, show that in fact, reason mediation has been carried out in the community and carried out by several law enforcement officials in the framework of the settlement process criminal. What is done in the midst of Indonesian society is only a peace process that shows customary law as its branch and many are applied within the police in the investigation process to carry out procedures for resolving criminal acts. The importance and need for penal mediation to be applied in formal law that is developing and prevailing in society can be a special rule that is regulated and is part of criminal procedural law for the sake of legal certainty. PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERNIKAHAN DAN STATUS PERNIKAHAN KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN CANDUANG AGAM BERBASIS WEB DENGAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER

Chanduang’s Religious affairs office (KUA) is an institutionthat provide the service of marriage, reconciliations, and marriage’s consultations for Canduang’s sub district residents. In order to help Religious affairs office in registrations and data processing, an information system is needed to help this registration process can be done everywhere and without attending to the office. Moreover, for wide society, an application to show the information of Marriage’s status is also needed to avoid deception the status of Marriage.An Information System about marriage and marriage status is designed in web-based with involve language programming HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,Jquery and PHP5 with object oriented-based. Meanwhile, the data base used is SQL. The design of the system also involves Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowchart, Class Diagram, Normalizes and ERD. This system also use the otherwise called in addressing with apply htaccess in the real file address as one of security System.This system information involves three users; Admin, officers andalso bridegrooms. The three levels of users are registered with private account to sign in to the system which has each username and password with MD5 encryption. The main page of the systemwill show the information of Marriages’registrant and marriage schedule on Chanduang’s Religious affairs office. INDEKS LABILITAS UDARA UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI KEJADIAN BADAI GUNTUR PADA PERIODE PUNCAK MUSIM HUJAN TAHUN 2016

IntisariPrediksi kejadian badai guntur menjadi perhatian masyarakat luas karena biasanya disertai dengan curah hujan yang tinggi, terutama untuk wilayah rawan banjir seperti provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis potensi hujan disertai badai guntur dengan menggunakan data radiosonde, analisis indeks labilitas berdasarkan parameter yang didapat dari radiometer dan analisis tren indeks labilitas 6 jam sebelum kejadian hujan. Ada beberapa tanggal yang menjadi perhatian yaitu hari dimana kejadian hujan disertai badai guntur tinggi pada tanggal 28 - 31 Januari 2016 serta tanggal 14 Februari 2016 dan kejadian hujan tanpa badai guntur pada tanggal 3 - 4 Februari 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil sounding sebelum hujan dan pada saat hujan. Hasil sounding sebelum kejadian hujan memiliki labilitas moderat dan sounding pada saat kejadian hujan/badai guntur memiliki labilitas kuat. Selain itu, data dari radiometer menunjukan perbedaan signifikan antara perubahan tren indeks labilitas pada 6 jam sebelum kejadian hujan yang disertai badai guntur, dan pada kejadian hujan tanpa badai guntur. AbstractPredictions of a thunderstorm event become an attention for wide society because it is usually accompanied by heavy rainfall, especially for the flood prone area like the province of Jakarta. The objective of this study is to analyze the potential of rain with thunderstorms using radiosonde data, to analyze the lability indices based on parameters that obtained from Radiometer, and to analyze the trends of instability indices in 6 hours before the storm event. There are a few dates that become attention, the day where rain events with thunderstorms is high which is on January 28th - 31st, 2016 and February 14th, 2016, and the rain event without thunderstorm on February 3rd - 4th, 2016. The results showed that there are different sounding results before rain event and when it rains. The sounding result before rain event has moderate lability and sounding result when rain event has strong lability. In addition, the data from the radiometer showed a significant difference between the predicted 6 hours prior to the event of rain with a thunderstorm and rain without thunderstorm events.

Wacana Ekonomi Kreatif (Refleksi Sastra Lisan dan Tulis di Bali)

Wacana ekonomi kreatif sebagai salah satu kearifan lokal belakangan muncul sebagai jargon pemerintah untuk mengajak masyarakat luas agar senantiasa menggali potensi diri khususnya di bidang perekonomian. Wacana ini muncul setelah bangsa Indonesia didera krisis sejak tahun 1998 lalu. Untuk itu, menata kearifan lokal (khususnya di bidang perekonomian) se-Nusantara sangatlah mendesak untuk dilakukan! Konteks Bali, salah satu wacana ekonomi kreatif sebagai peradaban leluhur yang dapat disumbangkan demi menjaga martabat bangsa adalah konsep berbisnis yang elegan dan mengelola keuangan yang rasional. Konsep berbisnis masyarakat Bali dikenal dengan istilah nyraki, yakni menjalankan roda perekonomian dengan mengelola modal mulai dari kecil dengan harapan menjadi besar. Konsep mengelola keuangan yang dimaksudkan di sini, lebih berorientasi pada logika matematis untuk menata keuangan agar dapat menyeimbangkan antara pendapatan dan pengeluaran sehingga mampu menyisihkan uang untuk ditabung demi hari esok. Abstract: Creative economy discourse as one of local wisdoms appears as a government jargon to invite wide society to always dig self potency especially in the field of economy. This discourse appearred after Indonesia society had suffered from crisis since 1998 ago. For this reason, to arrange local wisdom (especially in the field of economy) to entire Nusantara is so urgent to be done. In the Balinese context, one of creative economy discourse as ancestor civilization that can be donated for the sake of maintaining nation status is elegant business concept and rational financial management. The concept of Balinese society basis is recognized as nyraki, namely to run economic cycle by managing capital from small business with the hope to get bigger. Meanwhile, the intended concept of financial management here orients more on logical mathematic to manage finance in order to be able to balance revenue and cost so it is able to save the money for the next day.
