Registration is a tool to increase rigor of personality disorder research and its ability to reduce human suffering through improving people’s lives. This article details the problems that exist without registrations, which revolve around a study’s outcomes’ dependence on the data rather than on the theory being tested. Registrations exist on a continuum underpinned by bipolar timing and unipolar disclosure dimensions, the latter of which poses myriad points of decisions for researchers to register. The registration process provides memory aids and guideposts for researchers through the course of a study, transparently maintains public trust in the scientific enterprise, and preserves the severity of the tests used in the study. This articles provide a template for personality disorder researchers to consider and examples of how researchers can use registered flexibility to plan for contingencies that might arise during a study. It also addresses challenges in evaluating registrations and implementing registration in a research workflow.

This paper is to enclave, a policy initiation for development of slow charging station infrastructure and E-rickshaw vehicles registration process in India. EV’s (Electric Vehicles) as the new green nonpolluting vehicle for last mile connectivity within the city limits. At the E-rickshaw market a no of models available, but there is no study done for governing method, rules to follow and provision for charging infrastructure.   E-rickshaw are being considered as a priority option towards sustainable development. These vehicles are the smart choice and encouraged as feeder system for last mile connectivity. E-rickshaw mode has been excluded from NMT (Non-motorized Transport) category and included in Motor Vehicles Act (2014) as special purpose battery operated vehicle. The main objective of the paper is to creating a space for building the charging infrastructure with different tariff and to setup governing rules for E-rickshaw operators.

In the target localization of skywave over-the-horizon radar (OTHR), the error of the ionospheric parameters is one main error source. To reduce the error of ionospheric parameters, a method using both the information of reference sources (e.g., terrain features, ADS-B) in ground coordinates and the corresponding OTHR measurements is proposed to estimate the ionospheric parameters. Describing the ionospheric electron density profile by the quasi-parabolic model, the estimation of the ionospheric parameters is formulated as an inverse problem, and is solved by a Markov chain Monte Carlo method due to the complicated ray path equations. Simulation results show that, comparing with using the a prior value of the ionospheric parameters, using the estimated ionospheric parameters based on four airliners in OTHR coordinate registration process, the ground range RMSE of interested targets is reduced from 2.86 to 1.13 km and the corresponding improvement ratio is up to 60.39%. This illustrates that the proposed method using reference sources is able to significantly improve the accuracy of target localization.

AbstractHomeless people are one of the most vulnerable and marginalized groups in developed countries, and their homelessness situation often persists over the long term. However, so far, no studies have explained the specific role played by residence registration as it relates to deprivation amongst the homeless population and its contribution to improving the lives of homeless people. This paper investigates the paths homeless people in Milan use to access residence registration, via a case study in the city of Milan. Home to Italy’s largest homeless population, the city of Milan has implemented the innovative ResidenzaMi project to improve access to residence registration for homeless people. The study considers official statistics and individual interviews with service providers involved in the registration process. It further investigates the main factors impeding the registration process and outlines the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Results from our study indicate that a residence certificate plays a critical role in helping homeless people exercise their rights and access the services they need to escape homelessness. Our findings suggest the importance of a holistic, multidimensional approach to ensure access to residence registration for homeless persons.

Article 41 paragraph (2) of Law No. 2 of 2012 on Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest states that, when granting Compensation of Parties Entitled to receive Mandatory Compensation, a. exercising the release of rights; and b. submit evidence of ownership or ownership of Land Procurement Objects to Agencies that require land through land institutions. In the court's ruling stated that the boundaries of the land should be mentioned and how much extent was waived and the rest how much, and the procedure of disengagement of the right there was preparation, planning, implementation and release, and the release of the land rights was always followed by compensation, because this is an unlawful act. The results of this study show that, the release of land rights by the government in the land registration process in the court's ruling states that if 6 (six) landowners relinquish the right, it must be 6 (six) people who relinquish their rights if only 2 (two) are invalid, then a new land is said to be state land after the release of his rights. Any release of land rights must have a reason there can't be no reason land is being released to the state. The procedure for the release of that right is there is preparation, planning, implementation and release, and the release of the land rights is always followed by compensation.

Unregistered traditional medicines pose a huge public health threat as the safety and efficacy of these products is unknown. The issue this study addresses is the inadequate regulatory measures for herbal medicines in Zimbabwe. This project was done to describe the current registration process of traditional medicines in Zimbabwe, and to identify the gaps and opportunities they present to improve the regulatory landscape. Regulations and laws governing the registration of herbal medicines in the country and published research on legislation of herbal medicines were reviewed. Two parallel regulatory bodies both registering and controlling the sale of herbal medicines were identified. The Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ) and the Traditional Medical Practitioners Association (TMPA) both derive their authority to regulate from the ministry of health and were established through the act of parliament which gives these authorities power to regulate the quality and sale of traditional medicines without giving a prescriptive way of doing it. The registration process, and product evaluations for the two authorities are different. While the MCAZ has a clearly defined registration process, the TMPA does not. However, MCAZ has not been very successful in registering local products with the majority of the registered herbal products being imports and only 2% of total registered products being local herbs. As a recommendation, there is need for collaboration between the regulatory bodies for consistence in quality of herbal products on the market and to improve registration of local herbal products. Developing monographs for local herbs commonly used in the country will also assist local manufacturer to fulfill the quality requirements and successful compilation of dossiers for product registration.

Abstract INTRODUCTION As of 5/15/2021, medical marijuana programs exist in 37 states, and marijuana is legal for recreational use in 17 states. In Connecticut, the CT Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) was created in 2012 and I began certifying my patients with malignant glioma (brain cancer) for the program in 2014. I now provide data on my experience with complementary cannabis therapy. PART 1 Between 9/1/2014 and 6/1/2018, 23 patients with malignant glioma were registered in the CT MMP and received a card. Of these 23 patients, 15 patients took a daily cannabis oil supplement for at least 6 months during their treatment, and 7 patients used cannabis products only as needed. 3 patients are still alive, all in the daily cannabis oil group (41, 54 and 77 months). The median overall survival in the daily group was 22.0 months, versus 16.9 months in the as needed group. PART 2 Since 9/1/2014, 71 patients with malignant glioma were certified for the CT MMP. Of these 71 patients, 15 did not complete the patient registration process and did not receive a card for the MMP. As of 5/15/2021, of the 56 registered patients, there are 20 Active patients and 36 Inactive patients. Regarding the Inactive patients, 29 have died and 7 are alive but did not renew their card. Amongst Active patients, 4 are currently taking a daily cannabis oil supplement as a complementary therapy, and 16 are currently using cannabis products only as needed for symptoms. The 4 patients employing complementary therapy currently have a survival of 8, 31, 33, and 35 months. CONCLUSION In my experience, complementary cannabis treatment is well tolerated in malignant glioma patients, and can provide significant palliative benefit to treat insomnia and nausea. Serious adverse events attributed to cannabis products, or decreased survival, have not been observed.
