Background One of the most important tasks in anti-age therapy and rejuvenation practice is the regeneration of various tissues, organs and body systems [1,2]. In this study, we evaluated the effectiveness of therapy with the new class of homeopathic and informational preparations “Triton Regeneration” and “Triton Metamorphosis” [3]. The preparations were used both in homeopathic dilutions, and in the form of control signals of the Triton (CSTrit). Aims To apply in practice the homeopathic preparations “Triton regeneration” and “Triton metamorphosis” in the form of homeopathic dilutions and control signals, in order to regenerate the organs of the tissues and systems of the patient and evaluate the results obtained. Methodology A clinical study was conducted on a group of 33-st people aged between 7-75 years of both sexes who received injuries to the skin, connective tissue and / or musculoskeletal system. The study was conducted by a multicenter method in the cities: Moscow (Russia), Gabrovo (Bulgaria), Arad (Romania). All patients gave informed consent for treatment. To write a CS and their applications, for diagnostics and therapy, and the fabrication for the necessary preparations and marker CMH, the integrated system for electropuncture diagnostic « IMEDIS-EXPERT» was used. For the diagnosis method was used vegetative resonance test (VRT). Cultures of the biological material of the triton were used to obtain control signals triton (CSTrit) therapy. The method of bioresonance therapy (BRT) was used to adapt and administer the condition of the patient. Adaptation of the preparations to the patient's body was carried out by electron potentiation of the initial CSTrit until the VRT condition was met: ?MH ? + Pot ? (CSTrit) ? The marker ?MH-individual constitutional marker represents the sum of signals from the nodal and terminal BAT (biologically active points) located on the main chirohlyphic palm lines of the patient. Patients used the homeopathic remedies of triton and / or adapted CSTrit in individual dosage during the individual course of therapy. At subsequent receptions, a second VRT was re-examined and the degree of recovery of defects in the skin, connective tissue and / or the musculoskeletal system was assessed. Results This clinical study showed a high efficacy of homeopathic and informational preparations of CSTrit in patients who received injuries of the skin, connective tissue and / or musculoskeletal system. A pronounced positive effect was obtained in all cases of treatment of CSTrit: objective processes of regeneration of the connective tissue system of the patients were noted, in particular, restoration of its skin. In the case of treatment therapy for injuries of the musculoskeletal system, marked regeneration processes in the bone and tendon tissues were observed, confirmed by R-studies. Conclusion 1. Homeopathic remedies “Triton regeneration” and “Triton metamorphosis”, as well as the control signals of the Triton (CSTrit), made using the apparatus "IMEDIS-EXPERT", are effective signals of the regeneration of body tissues, as in the case of treatment of skin and connective tissue damage, and in case of damage to bone tissue and tendons. 2. Therapy of patients with CSTrit, potentiated by the ?MH marker, is comparable in effectiveness and end results with mono- and complex homeopathic therapy and in some cases surpasses it. 3. A new class of the preparations - gives a positive result in 96% of cases. Similar results are unattainable with ordinary homeopathy.

In modern medicine, various biocompatible materials (based on biodegradable natural biopolymers – collagen, hyaluronic acid, chitin, chitosan, etc.) are widely used, primarily for the purposes of reconstructive and plastic surgery. The development of these materials and their introduction into clinical practice is an extremely urgent task of regenerative biology and medicine. One of the most important properties of bioplastic materials is their ability to undergo biodegradation and gradually be replaced by the recipient's proper tissues. In this case, the intermediate and final metabolic products of these materials should be included in the natural biochemical cycles of the body without their systemic and local accumulation, and degradation products should lack the toxicity effect. Bioplastic materials can also serve as carriers of biologically active substances, for example, growth factors and morphogenetic proteins, antibacterial substances, as well as pharmacological agents that affect the rate of regeneration. The designed three-dimensional porous structure of new materials, morphologically similar to the structure of body tissues, allows them to ensure the migration of fibroblastic cells, the growth of blood vessels in the area occupied by this material, that is, they can serve as a skeleton (matrix), a basis for histio- and organotypic regenerates developing in various organs. Many bioplastic materials have the ability to enhance angiogenesis, and are also able to activate proliferation and cytodifferentiation of epithelial cells and fibroblast differentiation cells of the connective tissue, which leads to the formation of young connective tissue in the transplant zone and epithelization of organ damage. Thus, biocompatible and biodegradable polymers are able to stimulate reparative histogenesis, providing optimal conditions for the formation of histio- and organotypic regenerates of various tissues and organs.

The authors developed composition and innovative technology of a new specialized product in the form of a biologically active additive to normalize metabolic processes in the case of the musculoskeletal system damage. They obtained specialized product through innovative tableting technology providing high consumer properties, components preservation and its active principles. The technological solutions innovativeness enables to separate composition ingredients considering its chemical and pharmacological incompatibility, and to deliver it sequentially to various sections of the gastrointestinal tract at a given speed. Glucosamine sulfate as a part of the vitamin and mineral complex combining with minerals (micro- and macro-nutrients) – manganese sulfate, calcium hydroxyapatate, cholecoleceferol, zinc and magnesium oxides – have unidirectional functional properties related to the metabolism correction in case of the musculoskeletal system damage. Clinical investigations confirmed the vitamin and mineral complex effectiveness. The diet for children 8- 14 years old has included one capsule of the specialized product additionally three times a day. Children (3-7 years old) with the long tubular bones fracture have received one capsule twice a day. Authors tested the recipe and technological production parameters at the enterprises of the company “Artlife” under the conditions of international and domestic standards including GMP and guaranteeing the quality indicators and competitiveness stability.

As a major component of biologically active compounds in the body, proteins contribute to the synthesis of body tissues for the renewal and growth of the body. The high level of dietary protein and the imbalance of amino acid (AA) composition in mammals result in metabolic disorders, inefficient utilization of protein resources and increased nitrogen excretion. Fortunately, nutritional interventions can be an effective way of attenuating the nitrogen excretion and increasing protein utilization, which include, but are not limited to, formulating the AA balance and protein-restricted diet supplementing with essential AAs, and adding probiotics in the diet. This review highlights recent advances in the turnover of dietary proteins and mammal’s metabolism for health, in order to improve protein bioavailability through nutritional approach.

Relevance. On September 27, 2017, Russia announced the completion of disposal of chemical weapons with organophosphorus toxic substances. ahead of its international obligations. Besides men, military women also served in enterprises for disposal of these weapons.Intention. To assess the impact of occupational factors on the primary morbidity of female military personnel (n = 267) served in enterprises for disposal of chemical weapons with organophosphates in 2007-2016.Methodology. The object of the study was data on the primary morbidity of female military personnel employed in disposal of chemical weapons with organophosphates (group 1) and serving in support and service units (group 2). The results were compared with the indicators of primary morbidity of all female military personnel Armed Forces of Russia. Nosologies were correlated with the chapters of diseases by the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10).Results and Discussion. In Group 1 of female military personnel, the primary morbidity for a number of disease categories was better than in Group 2 and all the female military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces, which can be explained by careful preliminary selection before recruting, good work organization, and timely prevention of initial health disorders and rehabilitation of the functional reserves of the body. In military women of Groups 1 and 2, compared to all the female military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces, a statistically significantly higher level of primary morbidity was revealed for mental disorders and behavioral disorders (Chapter V by ICD-10). This can be explained by the cumulative effect of mental tension during disposal of chemical weapons. Of note, the above disorders were not the leading category of primary morbidity in both female military personnel working in enterprises and in all the female military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces. In female women of Group 1 compared to all the female military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces, there was a statistically significantly higher level of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (Chapter XIII by ICD-10). It can be assumed that negative memories of the likelihood of emergencies when moving weapons that require disposal create additional physical efforts and overstrain of individual muscles. It is appropriate to point out that diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue increased in female military personnel in all groups and overall in 2007-2016. In Group 1 of female military personnel, there was an increase in proportion of diseases from Chapter XIII vs certain stability of their percentage in all the female military personnel f the Russian Armed Forces.Conclusion. The results obtained showed a sufficient effectiveness of preventive and protective measures during the disposal of organophosphate weapons by female military personnel.
