This study aims to analyze the effect of Audit Opinion, Management Change, Public Accountant Firm Size, and Client Company Size on Auditor switching in Non-Financial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019. In this study, the population obtained from non-financial companies was 420. The sample obtained for 2 years was 210 samples. The sample data used uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of non-financial companies in 2018-2019. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression. The results of this study conclude that the variable of management turnover and the size of KAP have an effect on auditor switching, while audit opinion and the size of the client's company have no effect on auditor switching. Keywords: Audit Opinion, Management Change, Public Accounting Firm Size, Client Firm Size, Auditor Switching

The research examines the effect of management change, financial distress, client’s size, and audit opinion on auditor switching. The population in this research are the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for year of 2010-2015. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method, the number of obsevations of a sample of 84 studies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis.The result of this reasearch show that management change, financial distress, client’s size and opinion audit have effect on auditor switching. Partially the research show that (1) Management change significantly influences on auditor switching, (2) financial distress do not affects on auditor switching, (3) client’s size significantly influences on auditor switching, and (3) audit opinion significantly infleunces on auditor switching.

<span>This research aims to analyze and determine the effect of the audit opinion, change of management, financial distress, and the size of the public accounting firm on the auditor switching. This research uses secondary data from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies that have been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017. The population in this research were all manufacturing companies. This research uses the purposive sampling method. Samples were 94 companies of 144 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, so the research data analyzed amounted to 282. The analysis technique in this research was the logistic regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research indicate that audit opinion, Change of Management, and size of public accounting firm have a positive effect on auditor switching. Meanwhile, financial distress does not affect auditor switching.</span>

<p><em>This study aims to determine the influence of management change, financial distress, auditor firm’s size, and audit opinion to auditor switching. Auditor switching, management change, and audit opinion are measured by using dummy variable. Financial distress is using Zmijewski Model, and audit firm size is measured by using an ordinal scale based on the big or small of the audit firm.</em></p><p><em>The populations in this study were companies in property and real estate sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016. Total of 36 samples were obtained using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis in this research are tested by logistic regression analytical method. </em></p><p><em>The result of the analysis shows that management change and financial distress have significant effect on the auditor switching. while the audit opinion and audit firm size doesn’t have significant effect on the auditor switching.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of DAR, company size on ROE, and Tax Avoidance as a moderator in healthcare companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data obtained from the website www.IDX.go.id and using a sample of 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of research sample data is 32. The analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results that R2 is 36.8% and hypothesis testing indicate that the influence of DAR is significant (0.012) and Firm Size is significantly affected (0.002) on ROE. After moderating R2 become 49% and testing the hypothesis show that Tax avoidance moderates the effect of DAR to be (0,034) significant but Tax Avoidance does not moderate the effect of Firm Size on ROE.

<em>Aim of this research is to examine the effect of financial distress, management turnover and Public Accountant Firm (KAP) size on switching auditors of service companies real estate and property sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016. Secondary data is sourced from financial statements, published by the Capital Market on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this study is testing hypotheses, using purposive sampling method. There are 210 data samples that are used as research objects. This study uses logistic regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The results showed that financial distress and KAP size had a significant effect on switching auditors with a negative coefficient direction, while management change had a significant effect on the auditor switching with a positive coefficient direction. Whereas simultaneously financial distress variables, management turnover and KAP size have a positive and significant influence on the switching auditor.</em>

This study aims to analyze the influence of factors affecting auditor switching in 55 Indonesian companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2006 to 2010. By using secondary data from financial reporting, this study try find the effect of management change, audit opinion, size of the KAP, financial distress and return on equity on auditor switching. This study used logistic regression. The result showed that there is no significant effect of independent variable on auditor switching in Indonesia.

Abstract The problems that will be discussed in this journal are regarding the relationship between Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth on Audit Delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study is all Real Estate companies and the Property sub-sector registered on the BEI which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. The criteria for companies that are sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so that the total number of samples in this study is 165 data. The independent variables in this study are Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth. The dependent variable in this study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is the Logistics Regression Test with the use of Software Eviews 10. The results of the analysis show that profitability has no significant effect on going concern audit opinion. Meanwhile, company growth and liquidity have no effect on going concern audit opinion. This research aims to examine the effect of the relationship between firm size, profitability, solvency, public ownership, and the audit opinion on the timeliness of financial reporting. The dependent variable in the form of timekeeping company deliver the financial statements to the Stock Exchange. Meanwhile for the independent variables such as firm size measured by total asets of the company, profitability is measured by profit margin ratio, solvency measured by debt-to-equity ratio, public ownership is measured by the percentage of the number of shares owned by the community, and the audit opinion is measured with an unqualified opinion and otherwise unqualified. This study uses secondary data with population automotive companies and telecommunications components and annual financial statements issued on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012. From the analysis conducted in this study it can be concluded that the size of the company significantly influence the timeliness of financial reporting. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the variable Company Size, Tenure Audit, and Company Growth on Going Concern Audit Opinions on trade, service and investment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The data used in this research are secondary data. The sample used in this study amounted to 104 companies using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is logistic regression. At a significance level of 5%, the results of this study indicate that the Company Size variable and the Company Growth variable influence the Going Concern Audit Opinion. Objective – The auditor is responsible for obtaining sufficient audit evidence about the accuracy and proper use of the going concern assumption from the company’s management through its financial statements. These evidence are used for the purpose of deciding whether there are material uncertainties about the entity's ability to maintain the continuity of its business. Thus, the objective of this paper is to examine the impact of bankruptcy prediction, company’s financial condition, previous year audit opinion, firm size and audit tenure towards Auditor’s going concern opinion. Methodology/Technique – The object of this paper is the service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2011-2014. This paper uses secondary data and samples taken were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The regression logistic is used to analyse data. Findings – The results of this research show that bankruptcy prediction, company’s financial condition, previous year audit opinion, firm size, and audit tenure all simultaneously, have a significant impact towards Auditor’s going concern opinion, particularly Previous Year Audit Opinion. Novelty – This paper provides insights into the factors affecting auditors in providing a going concern opinion in the case of Indonesian companies.
