Produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan sebuah proyek pembangunan jasa kontruksi. Dalam mengukur tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja ada berbagai macam cara, salah satunya dengan metode time. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengamati tingkat produktivitas terhadap 20 tenaga kerja pekerjaan dinding wallplus dan disertai pengisian kuesioner oleh 20 responden tenaga kerja. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 12 hari kerja. Dari hasil pengumpulan data kuesioner dilakukan proses pengolahan data dengan bantuan computer program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) versi 23. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai produktivitas rata rata adalah 16,41 m2/Hari, dari hasil perhitungan total Biaya Pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding wallplus sebesar Rp. 19.773.256,80 dan variabel managerial mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis android terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar sebanyak 388 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini sejumlah 49 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner (angket) dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rhit yakni 0,998 lebih besar daripada rtab yakni sebesar 0,281 maka hipotesa alternatif (Ha) diterima dan nihil (Ho) ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika media berbasis android digunakan seseuai dengan porsi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengikuti intruksi dari pendidik dalam hal ini guru mata pelajaran Bhaasa Indonesia, maka akan berdampak positif pada hasil pembelajaran siswa. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis android dengan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa di SMA Unismuh Makassar.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis android terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Responden adalah siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar sebanyak 57 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan sofware computer program SPSS 17.0 (Statical Program For Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis android sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

In contrast to the adjustment of single plates a block adjustment is a simultaneous determination of all unknowns associated with many overlapping plates (star positions and plate constants etc. ) by one large adjustment. This plate overlap technique was introduced by Eichhorn and reviewed by Googe et. al. The author now has developed a set of computer programmes which allows the adjustment of any set of contemporaneous overlapping plates. There is in principle no limit for the number of plates, the number of stars, the number of individual plate constants for each plate, and for the overlapping factor.

In hexagonal Se crystal each atom is covalently bound to two others to form an endless spiral chain, and in Sb crystal each atom to three others to form an extended puckered sheet. Such chains and sheets may be regarded as one- and two- dimensional molecules, respectively. In this paper we investigate the structures in amorphous state of these elements and the crystallization.HRTEM and ED images of vacuum-deposited amorphous Se and Sb films were taken with a JEM-200CX electron microscope (Cs=1.2 mm). The structure models of amorphous films were constructed on a computer by Monte Carlo method. Generated atoms were subsequently deposited on a space of 2 nm×2 nm as they fulfiled the binding condition, to form a film 5 nm thick (Fig. 1a-1c). An improvement on a previous computer program has been made as to realize the actual film formation. Radial distribution fuction (RDF) curves, ED intensities and HRTEM images for the constructed structure models were calculated, and compared with the observed ones.

The education of researchers in Sweden is regulated by a nationwide reform implemented in 1969, which intended to limit doctoral programs to 4 years without diminishing quality. In an audit performed by the government in 1996, however, it was concluded that the reform had failed. Some 80% of the doctoral students admitted had dropped out, and only 1% finished their PhD degree within the stipulated 4 years. In an attempt to determine the causes of this situation, we singled out a social-science department at a major Swedish university and interviewed those doctoral students who had dropped out of the program. This department was found to be representative of the nationwide figures found in the audit. The students interviewed had all completed at least 50% of their PhD studies and had declared themselves as dropouts from this department. We conclude that the entire research education was characterized by a laissez-faire attitude where supervisors were nominated but abdicated. To correct this situation, we suggest that a learning alliance should be established between the supervisor and the student. At the core of the learning alliance is the notion of mutually forming a platform form which work can emerge in common collaboration. The learning alliance implies a contract for work, stating its goals, the tasks to reach these goals, and the interpersonal bonding needed to give force and endurance to the endeavor. Constant scrutiny of this contract and a mutual concern for the learning alliance alone can contribute to its strength.
