Pengembangan media pembelajaran Tiktok ini telah selaras dengan era digital saat ini. Hal itu memunculkan media sosial yang dapat menjadi media pembelajaran karena media sosial sangat menarik perhatian dan dekat dengan generasi milenial yang memang lekat pada dunia digital. Salah satu media sosial yang saat ini sedang digemari yaitu aplikasi Tiktok. Tiktok dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok sebagai media pembelajaran diharapkan membantu peserta didik maupun pendidik dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Tiktok dapat menjadi media pembelajaran alternatif dan interaktif dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis empat belas jumlah artikel yang relevan dengan pengembangan tiktok sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial Tiktok sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreativitas dari peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran daring. Peserta didik dapat secara bebas menuangkan kreativitasnya melalui Tiktok dengan berbagai fitur yang beragam, sehingga menjadikan Tiktok sebagai media pembelajaran efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran daring yang interaktif. Penelitian ini berpengaruh untuk menjadikan media sosial Tiktok sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif bagi pendidik dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring

The objectives of this research are to; 1) Produce a Virtual Learning System (VLS) Based on Moodle as a Covid-19 Online Learning Platform; 2) Testing the Feasibility of the Virtual Learning System (VLS) from the Appearance and Practicality Aspects. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall development model. The Borg and Gall model was modified inti six (6) steps, needs analysis, planning, development, Implementation, revision. The subject of the trial involved two media experts, one material experts and 30 student from SMKN 1 Sorong, West Papua were selected randomly. The instrumen used collect data is a product validation questionnaire. The data obtained in the form of qualitative data which are quantified, the tabulated and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that; 1) Research This development has produced a Moodle-based Virtual Learning System (VLS). Moodle-based Virtual Leaning System (VLS) application passed the quality and practicality test by media experts; 2). The results of the trial of the media expert's product on the display aspect obtained a value of 89.5% very feasible criteria, while the practicality aspect was 90.0% practical criteria. Meanwhile, from the aspect of Usabily Virtual Learning system (VLS) based on moodle, 90% of students complete the lesson independently, then 98% of students understand the lesson.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of life, including the provision of educational services. For the sake of the continuity of the education process and participating in breaking the chain of the spread of the covid-19 virus, learning and implementation of SMPN 168 Jakarta has been adjusted to the social distancing policy. Teaching activities are carried out at each student's home and through online media (online). This study aims to describe the implementation of online English learning activities, describe the implementation of online English assessment activities, and determine the effectiveness of the implementation of online English learning activities carried out in class VIII SMP 168 Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. Use of the Google Form application to evaluate learning outcomes of English subjects. Through online activities, the average score of students' English is 77.31, and the proportion of students who exceed the KKM is 75.15%. SMP 168 Jakarta sets a minimum mastery standard of English at 75, and the proportion of students who pass the KKM exceeds 73%, so it can be concluded that online English learning at SMP 168 Jakarta is carried out effectively.

The tourism industry is one of the primary needs for the life of modern society today. Because of these factors, it makes the need for recreation or tourism increases. East Sakerta Tourism Village is one of the leading tourist destinations in the Kuningan Regency. This village has a long history and interesting community culture, but not many people know about it. This study aims to investigate the history of the East Sakerta Village as a popular tourist destination in West Java. The research method used is a qualitative method. This data collection method is carried out using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. Primary data collection was carried out directly and purposive sampling by interviewing key people, namely the village government apparatus, tourism community leaders (kompepar), and the community. FGD method was used to find out about the history, legends, and culture of the East Sakerta Village. The results of FGD findings consist of the religion, the history of the village, the local culture, the historical sites, the myths and legend, and the philosophy of Sakerta Timur Village. The philosophy concept is "Tumaritis" which is a village in the Sundanese and Javanese puppet which has a philosophy of mutual protection, security, and prosperity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media mixpad pada pembelajaran Bahasa arab di kelas VIII Kota Baru. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa MTs kelas VIII Koto Baru. Dalam meneliti, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif merupakan sebuah metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti pada kondisi subjek, dan pada metode ini peneliti merupakan instrumen kuncinya. Disini kita bisa menggunakan berbagai macam teknologi seperti media mixpad yaitu media alat dengar atau tempat untuk mengedit suatu rekaman suara,sebagaimana kita ketahui pembelajaran pada era ini telah mulai berkembang yaitu dari listening, radio, mp3, lagu, murattal, dan lain-lainnya, media mixpad adalah aplikasi yang sangat bagus dalam membuat metode pembelajaran audiovisual untuk meningkat kan daya pikiran pelajar, karena setiap pelajar pasti berbeda pola pikir dalam menangkap pembelajaran tersebut. Hasil deskripsi menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media mixpad atau audio visual 60%, dan nilai kebiasaannya tergolong sangat efektif.besar perbedaan dalam menggunakan metode tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media mixpad atau audio visual efektif digunakan.

This study aims to elaborate the use of an instructional design model to enhance the effectiveness of conducting face-to-face students' learning support in the distance education system. Universitas Terbuka (UT) provides various learning supports for its students. The students can use both online and face-to-face tutorial programs to improve their learning process. UT must find the appropriate instructional strategy that enables to enhance students’ motivation in learning. One of the instructional design models that focus on the effort of improving students’ motivation in learning is the ARCS, motivational instructional design model. This model entails essential components that will support the process of learning such as Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction. The study involved 32 distant education students who participated in a face-to-face tutorial program. A pre and post-test session was conducted to get information regarding the impact of using the ARCS instructional design model to facilitate students’ learning. This research has implications for educators or trainers related to designing learning scenarios or developing learning design models.

The present study aims to identify the implementation of a peer-tutor method and self-efficacy towards the students’ mathematics learning outcomes. This experimental study involved two classes (each consisting of 35 students) as the research sample, which were extracted by a simple random sampling technique. Moreover, the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, two-way ANOVA, and Tukey test. The study involved variables as follows: the peer tutor method was the experiment variable, the lecture method was the control variable, and the moderator variable was the self-efficacy indicator that was analyzed using instruments of learning outcomes test and questionnaire. The results reveal that: a) the learning outcomes of experiment class (peer tutor method) is higher than control class (lecture method); b) there is an interaction between the learning method and self-efficacy towards the learning outcomes; c) students with higher self-efficacy have higher learning results when taught by peer-tutor method compared to those who were taught by lecture method; d) for those with lower self-efficacy, both peer-tutor and lecture method generate similar learning results; e) for subjects like mathematics, peer-tutor method is suggested.

Pembelajaran di masa pandemi mengharuskan pembelajaran melalui daring dan luring. Pada mata pelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) kurang dipahami oleh siswa.hal ini karena berkurangnya jam mata pelajaran dan tidak berlangsungnya kegiatan di lab komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK)  pada materi Microsoft Word kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan eksperimen dengan menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Sampel penelitian ini 73 siswa yang terbagi dalam kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu menghitung effect size hasil belajar dengan mengidentifikasi mean, nilai maksimum dan minimum dan perhitungan pada uji t. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada kelas kontrol dan eksperimen bahwa uji nGain score menunjukkan nilai rata-rata untuk kelas eksperimen (daring) yakni 49,9537 atau 50% termasuk dalam kategori kurang efektif. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata untuk kelas kontrol (luring) yakni 60,8108 atau 60,8% termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan MS. Word. Sedangkan penggunaan pembelajaran luring cukup efektif.

The main objective of this study is to answer the following questions. Is there a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of liquor by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018. The research method used is quantitative method. The data in this study uses PISA 2018 data that has been released to the public and has been permitted to be used for research development purposes. The population of this study were principals in schools where 15-year-old students were studying in 2018, while the sample was principals in schools where 15-year-old students took PISA tests in 80 countries. The reason for choosing the sample was the principal in the school where the student was taking the 2018 PISA test. The data in this study were in the form of a questionnaire that was answered by principals in 80 countries, namely 20811 principals from 80 countries. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis, the results show that there is a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of alcohol by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018 (P <0.000). The reliability of the instrument is 1.00 higher than the reliability of the person = 0.04. The conclusion is that statistically there is a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of alcohol by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018. These results indicate that the lower the use of alcohol and drugs in students at school, the more successful the school sports team, school drama/music group, and school band/choir group or vice versa.

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a correlation between empowerment and motivation with teacher commitment at SDN Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This study decides the three variables used, namely empowerment (X1), motivation (X2), and teacher commitment (Y). This study uses quantitative research using a survey method using a correlational approach. The subjects of this study were teachers from 8 public elementary schools located in the Duren Palm Village, East Jakarta, with a total population of 140 teachers. Sampling was carried out using Simple Random Sampling with the formula Slovin at a significance level of an error level of 5% so that it obtained 104 sample members. Carried out this research from January 2021 to July 2021. Testing the hypothesis was carried out using a multiple linear Unified regression model using a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.664 or 66.4%. From the results that have been carried out when testing the hypothesis, it is known that the results of this study have a relationship between empowerment and motivation with teacher commitment at SD Negeri Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.
