Based on data obtained from the E-Learning Bureau of University of Pembangunan Panca Budi, only about 20% of lecturers want to use LMS or e-Learning portal in the teaching and learning process. Some lecturers use other platforms that they find easier and some use email, WhatsApp Group and flash drives in data transfer or assign assignments to students on the other side. Universities are required to use an online learning platform that can be synchronized with the SPADA DIKTI page so that checking online teaching activities can be monitored or reported periodically and easily. This research will focus on assessing lecturers' activities on online learning at LMS using a Decision Support System where the criteria used are criteria that must be met in the study program accreditation form item. The goal is in addition to increasing the activities of lecturers through incentive giving also directly assisting the study program in the fulfillment of study program form documents. The results of this research will be a reference for the leadership in making policies related to the amount of incentive that will be given as well as other provisions that can stimulate lecturers in increasing teaching and learning activities in LMS or e-Learning portals. Depok Madani Vocational School is a Vocational High School consisting of 2 majors namely Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) and Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) with 20 teachers as instructors from class X to class XII. The selection of the best teachers is done once a month to motivate the teacher in conducting teaching and learning activities. Schools in making decisions are often influenced by subjectivity and are done manually. Resulting in social jealousy among teachers and inaccurate decision results. Therefore, in assessing the best teachers a decision support system is needed in order to obtain accurate results. Decision Support System methods used in this study is Profile Matching. The method determines the value of weights on each criterion, which is to be present on time, responsibility, dress neatly and politely, participate and contribute, be active and productive, and help fellow teachers, which is followed by a ranking process. The result of the comparison of the two methods above is to produce the same chosen alternative, so that both methods can be applied to help the school's decision making.

For students, teachers, and administrators, e-learning is a relatively new and sometimes uncertain event. With popular technologies and instructional trends coming and going, distance learning practice and policies change constantly. Regardless of one’s preference for an online learning management system, he or she may be forced to drop it in favor of an inferior and untested courseware shell that was developed internally and adopted solely because it was free. Adding to the confusion, technology tradeshows and teaching and learning conferences continue to alter their themes to fit the current online terminology, which, in turn, changes and evolves. Despite the anxiety caused by the many uncertainties and the accelerating pace of change, teaching online is fast becoming an expected part of one’s scholarly endeavors or, at the very least, a legitimate practice of one’s colleagues and home institution.

The education information delivery system at the MA Alwutsqo school is still being carried out as usual even though the pandemic outbreak in Indonesia is still not over. Because the school does not have a system to support distance learning. By implementing health protocols and teaching and learning time events, students often do not get an understanding of the material presented by the teacher. Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the systems needed by the school. Therefore, the authors designed a website-based E-learning application system with the aim of helping the learning and teaching process at MA Alwutsqo Depok City. The design of this information system uses waterfalls and system development is carried out using the Agile method. The result is that students can download the material that has been delivered and can do the exercises given by the teacher without recommendations by time and space.Keywords:E-learning, Webite, Metode Waterfall, Metode Agile, Learning Management System (LMS).

Universiti Putra Malaysia’s (UPM) vision is to become a university with international repute. The Strategic Plan Document 2001- 2010 includes a goal for the university to be fully wired through ICT in enhancing research, extension work, professional service, strengthening teaching and learning environment and enhancing the culture of ICT in supporting teaching and learning. Two strategies were drawn; namely (i) implement the use of one learning management system (LMS) and (ii) enhance competency of academic staff in using the LMS. It has been a practice that each faculty decides on a platform for implementing e-Learning. However, the use of various LMSs had created difficulties in the sharing of integrated database, continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the e-Learning system, and depository of e-Learning resources in the UPM’s knowledge repository. This paper reports on UPM’s experience in adapting the use of LMS from the early 1990s until today.

Nowadays, online learning or e-learning has become increasingly popular and evolved. Many academic institutions use the Learning Management System (LMS) as a medium for delivering e-learning. A vital feature in such a system is the electronic examination (e-exam), where verifying student’s authentic competence is a challenge. This paper aims to present countermeasures for impersonation attacks. This research was a more focused effort and a continuation of previously owned one and many others found in works of literature. The method of protection is presented in the form of an attack-defense tree model.
