Depok Madani Vocational School is a Vocational High School consisting of 2 majors namely Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) and Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) with 20 teachers as instructors from class X to class XII. The selection of the best teachers is done once a month to motivate the teacher in conducting teaching and learning activities. Schools in making decisions are often influenced by subjectivity and are done manually. Resulting in social jealousy among teachers and inaccurate decision results. Therefore, in assessing the best teachers a decision support system is needed in order to obtain accurate results. Decision Support System methods used in this study is Profile Matching. The method determines the value of weights on each criterion, which is to be present on time, responsibility, dress neatly and politely, participate and contribute, be active and productive, and help fellow teachers, which is followed by a ranking process. The result of the comparison of the two methods above is to produce the same chosen alternative, so that both methods can be applied to help the school's decision making.

Sinar Asia Perkasa is a manufacturing company, where this company is always required to innovate and improve the quality and quality of its products. Because of this, the company PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa must improve itself to get employees who have high quality and work productivity. Employees are one of the most important parts of a company that must be managed properly. To get employees of the highest quality, a process is needed that can automatically provide recommendations in selecting exemplary employees at PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa, namely by establishing a Decision Support System. This Decision Support System is expected to assist in objectively selecting employees. Making this Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method with several criteria, namely aspects of the discipline, aspects of integrity, aspects of cooperation, and aspects of work performance. Then for the final stage of this method is ranking.

Based on data obtained from the E-Learning Bureau of University of Pembangunan Panca Budi, only about 20% of lecturers want to use LMS or e-Learning portal in the teaching and learning process. Some lecturers use other platforms that they find easier and some use email, WhatsApp Group and flash drives in data transfer or assign assignments to students on the other side. Universities are required to use an online learning platform that can be synchronized with the SPADA DIKTI page so that checking online teaching activities can be monitored or reported periodically and easily. This research will focus on assessing lecturers' activities on online learning at LMS using a Decision Support System where the criteria used are criteria that must be met in the study program accreditation form item. The goal is in addition to increasing the activities of lecturers through incentive giving also directly assisting the study program in the fulfillment of study program form documents. The results of this research will be a reference for the leadership in making policies related to the amount of incentive that will be given as well as other provisions that can stimulate lecturers in increasing teaching and learning activities in LMS or e-Learning portals. This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, because the many extracurricular activities in schools make it difficult for students to determine extracurricular activities that can develop their personality, talents, and abilities outside the academic field, therefore the system is created to select extracurricular activities. The aim is to help students deal with extracurricular selection problems. The application of the Profile Matching method in the decision support system for the selection of extracurricular activities is expected to help provide recommendations for extracurricular activities to overcome the problem of selecting extracurricular activities and can facilitate students in selecting extracurricular activities.

This paper describes about the design and development of UMN scholarship decision support system using Profile Matching method. At Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN), there are scholarships for students in order to ease the burden of education costs. There are achievement scholarships, scholarships for students whose parents died, and non-academic scholarships. Decision support systems play an important role in the termination of the final decision, and therefore this application is built by implementing the method of Profile Matching to aid in the selection of the scholarship decisions for students whose parent were died and non-academic scholarship. Profile Matching is a method that aims at taking decisions by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by the subjects studied, instead of the minimum rate that must be met or passed. From the results, it can be concluded that this method successfully implemented into applications that can help in decision making process. Result of user satisfaction level for this application is 72%, the result of manual calculation with the application calculation results is not much different so that this application can assist in supporting the UMN scholarship decision. Abstract: In the business of property developers choosing a location to be an important decision for developers as a factor of attractiveness in housing marketing, if lack of observance in choosing the location of the location will result in slow sales, so that the company's profits become not optimal. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can help developers in recommending housing locations that are in accordance with the wishes of the developer. The profile matching method is chosen because it can provide the closest value recommendation, so if there is no land the exact location in accordance with the wishes of the developer but the profile maching is able to provide the selection of the location with the closest profile value to the developer desired.                                                                  Keywords: Decision support system, Developer, Property, Location Land, Profile matching.  Abstrak: Lokasi merupakan faktor terpenting dalam usaha developer property, karena mempengaruhi tingkat pemasaran perumahan. Pemilihan lokasi menjadi keputusan penting, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang tepat. Metode profile matching merupakan pilihan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi dengan nilai terdekat, jadi walaupun tidak ada lahan lokasi yang sesuai persis keinginan developer tapi profile matching akan memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan lahan lokasi dengan profil yang terdekat sesuai harapan developer. Maka, dapat disimpulkan profile matching merupakan pilihan tepat dalam penentuan keputusan lokasi perumahan.

The decision support system in selecting staff candidates at COPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENTMEDIA & COMMUNITY) is expected to assist in deciding the selection of outstanding staff. Previouslythere had never been an award for outstanding staff every year, it was undeniable that it was a difficulty inchoosing outstanding staff. To find out which staff is performing well, it is necessary to conduct aperformance appraisal of prospective staff. Conduct assessment results for outstanding staff using theprofile matching method. With the application of the profile matching method in selecting outstanding staffto solve problems that exist during the selection process of outstanding staff, so there are no errors indecision making. It is hoped that this effort can assist leaders in providing performance appraisals forprospective staff. After the leader gives a performance appraisal, the results of the assessment arecalculated using the profile matching method. The results of the selection of outstanding staff atCOPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA & COMMUNITY), namely a staff named Cindy witha data entry position with the final result of calculating a total of 5 ranks 1. a b s t r a c tOne method of decision support system is the method of profile matching, this study builds a decision support system in the selection of outstanding employees at the Bank Indonesia Regional Office of Aceh Province which is expected to assist decision makers in deciding the best alternatives in the selection of outstanding employees. By using profile matching that can process and compare the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so it can know the difference of competence (also called gap), the smaller the resulting gap the greater the value of value which means have the opportunity greater to be recommended as an outstanding employee. Decision Support System (DSS) can take into account all the criteria that support decision-making to help speed up and simplify the decision-making process. Dengan menggunakan profile matching yang dapat memproses dan membandingkan antara nilai data aktual dari suatu profil yang akan dinilai dengan nilai profil yang diharapkan, sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya (disebut juga gap), semakin kecil gap yang dihasilkan maka bobot nilainya semakin besar yang berarti memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk direkomendasikan sebagai karyawan berprestasi. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) ini dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan guna membantu mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan. All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.

The head of the environment is an extension of the head of the village head in assisting or providing services to the community both in the administration of administration in the village and to other problems. It is natural for a kepling to be appreciated for their performance during their special tenure in the kecamatan field area. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. And to do the ranking or determine an exemplary set using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method, this method provides decision making that takes decisions based on ranking or the highest value.Keywords: Head of Medan Area Subdistrict, SPK, Centroid Rank Order, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS).
