The aim of this research is to identify the main determinants of Kosovo outbound tourists influencing the use of e-services in the hospitality industry. To test hypotheses, we used Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-PM). Findings suggest that the intention of Kosovo outbound tourists to use e-services in the hospitality industry is influenced positively by performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, perceived value, and satisfaction with information quality. We found that expected effort and social influence have no impact on the intention to use e-services. The relationship between users’ behavioral intentions and satisfaction with the information provided and real use behavior is confirmed. The perceived value depends on cost-savings, enjoyment and convenience from the use of e-services in hospitality.

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dan Arsip (SIPA) adalah sebuah website yang dikembangkan oleh perpustakaan daerah di kabupaten Buleleng sebagai alternative dalam mendukung pengelolaan dan mempermudah pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dan Arsip (SIPA) di Kabupaten Buleleng dengan berdasarkan menggunakan Model Unified Theory Of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT) dengan menggunakan empat variabel bebas yakni  performance expectancy,  effort expectancy, social influence dan  facilitating conditions sebagai variable bebas dengan  behavioral intention dan use behavior sebagai variable terikat dan variable moderator Age, Gender dan experience. Variabel Ekpektansi Kinerja dan variabel Ekspektasi usaha tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap  minat penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan. Pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan, Kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan, Variabel moderator jenis kelamin tidak memperkuat hubungan antara ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha dan pengaruh sosial terhadap minat penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan. Purpose While the financial relief efforts are struggling to keep up with the COVID-19 outbreak, there is a need for the diffusion of e-Zakat initiatives and work with fintech if governments truly strive to ensure that most vulnerable do not fall behind. The newly launched e-system – popularly known as ZAKATY (e-portal and smartphone application) – in Saudi Arabia is an example worth attention and study on how well people can accept and use the system and Zakat payer-centric e-services, especially amid such uncertain times. The purpose of this study is to explore how an extended unified model of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) can induce users to adopt the ZAKATY e-services provided by the General Authority of Zakat and Tax during this unprecedented challenge to pay Zakat online in an easy, fast and reliable way. Design/methodology/approach Drawing on a quantitative approach through an online administered survey, a total of 479 usable responses from individual Zakat payers were obtained using snowball sampling and analyzed through smart partial least squares (SmartPLS) software. Findings This study confirms the suitability and utility of the UTAUT model used in predicting Zakat payers’ intention to adopt the e-Zakat system and its services, indicating that the model possesses 72% of the predictive capability to explain variance in intentions. It also shows that all UTAUT constructs (i.e. performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions) were statistically significant, except for effort expectancy. Online trust exerted a significant moderating effect on the relationship between UTAUT constructs and users’ intentions to uptake the system’s online services amid COVID-19. Practical implications To keep pace with rapid digital transformations amid the pandemic, Zakat institutions, as governmental entities, are likely pursuing to identify the main determinants that influence people’s intentions to engage in adopting e-Zakat services. This could be eventually translated into maximizing the proceeds of Zakat funds by developing ICT-based infrastructure and introducing reliable and efficient e-services that can be adopted by users. Originality/value Given the scarce literature on the relevance of e-Zakat systems’ adoption, this work could serve as a building block and springboard for literature and future research by empirically examining an extended framework derived from the UTAUT theory in the Zakat context.

Banks today promote eco-friendly financial services by widely adopting the concept of green banking. This is generally done to minimize the impact of environmental degradation in their business activities. Besides its usefulness for environment, green banking also acts as a competitive edge for banks by offering customers with new channels of financial services delivery. However, service experiences and quality of service delivery often defines customers' perceptions towards the adoption of such services. This paper aims to study service qualities and other underlying factors that influence customers' behavioral intentions towards using green banking in Bangladesh. Under PLS-SEM technique, factors like reliability, privacy, responsiveness, empathy and information quality has significant positive effect on performance expectancy; while, performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions significantly influence customers' behavioral intention. Implications of these findings can provide practical recommendations and directions for further work to banks in Bangladesh.

Penggunaan telepon pintar atau smartphone di Indonesia, dan di dukung oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat, berkembanglah transportasi  berbasis online atau biasa disebut ojek online. Ojek online  memberikan akses kemudahan bagi masyarakat dan pelajar yang menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, dengan melakukan transaksi pemesanan melalui aplikasi maka ojek tersebut akan datang. Namun berdasarkan informasi dari TribunJatim News yang di dapatkan bahwa ojek online mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, yang membuat sebagian masyarakat khususnya kalangan pelajar mengeluh akan kebijakan tarif yang diberlakukan mulai Agustus 2019, maka dari itu diperlukan adanya analisis untuk melihat bagaimana kalangan pelajar menerima dan menggunakan layanan transportasi online tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan dan penggunaan terhadap layanan transportasi online GOJEK, di kalangan pelajar SMA Kecamatan Blimbing Kabupaten Malang Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 160. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Theory Of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan variabel behavioral intention dan use behavior sebagai variabel dependen dan menggunakan variabel indenpenden yaitu performance excpectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Untuk pengelohan data, menggunakan program SPSS untuk menguji instrument penelitian dan model penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah penerimaan dan penggunaan dikalangan pelajar terhadap layanan terhadap layanan transportasi online dipengaruhi oleh faktor social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, use behavior, sedangkan faktor performance expectancy dan effort excpectancy tidak menggunakan layanan transportasi online. The use of smartphones or smartphones in Indonesia, and supported by increasingly rapid advances in information technology, has developed-based transportation online or commonly known as motorcycle taxis  online. taxis Online provide easy access for people and students who use the application, motorcycle by making an order transaction through the application, the ojek will come. However, based on information from TribunJatim News, it was obtained that motorcycle taxis online have increased quite significantly, which made some people, especially students complain about the tariff policy that was implemented starting in August 2019, therefore an analysis is needed to see how students receive and use the service.transportation online . This study aims to determine how the acceptance and use of transportation services online GOJEK, among high school students in Blimbing District, Malang Regency. The number of samples taken is 160. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) model with variables. behavioral intention and  use behavior as the dependent variable and using independent variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The method used in this study by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling technique. For data collection, use the SPSS program to test research instruments and research models. The results obtained from this study are that acceptance and use among students of transportation services is online influenced by social influences, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, use behavior, while performance expectancy expectancy and  effort factors do not use transportation services online.

Indonesia mobile payment industry is growing organically especially since Indonesia is among the top 3 countries of internet users in Asia. Mobile payment has revolutionized the way we manage digital transactions and it offers a wide variety of payment facilities and benefits compared to cash, credit cards, debit cards or other payment methods. The effect of providing mobile payment users with numerous incentives, for example in the form of cashback, is a compelling factor to be investigated on mobile payments adoption in Jakarta, as various mobile payment operators intensively and continuously provide cashback as a means of customer attraction and retention. In this study, UTAUT2 was adapted to discuss the phenomenon that occurred and to compare the effect of providing incentives in mobile payment technology adoption versus the effect of other factors. Eight constructs from UTAUT2 model were carefully taken into this study, where the original constructs of UTAUT2, namely use behavior, behavioral intention, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence and hedonic motivation, are maintained, while the construct of price value is adapted to become negative cost so that the present mobile payment industry can be applied more representatively. Despite the frequent practice of service providers giving incentives to customers and prospects, this study discovered that price value did not influence behavioral intention. Furthermore, behavioral intention is affected by performance expectancy, hedonic motivation and facilitating conditions, while use behavior significantly affected by behavioral intention.

Salah satu kegiatan usaha terus berkembang di Indonesia adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM mempunyai peran penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Namun pemanfaatan teknologi pada kegiatan UMKM masih belum optimal. Para pelaku bisnis UMKM masih menemui kendala yang masih ada yaitu misalnya kesulitan dalam proses monitoring pembayaran transaksi, biaya akses internet yang masih cukup relative mahal dan waktu serta usaha lebih untuk memahami teknologi e-business untuk para pelaku bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap adopsi e-commerce oleh pelaku UMKM di Kota Subang dengan mengguakan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT merupakan model untuk menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat dalam menggunakan teknologi internet (e-commerce). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 165 pelaku UMKM. Pengolahan data menggunakan SMART PLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh PE (Performance Expectancy) terhadap BI (Behavioral Intentions), SI (Social Influence) terhadap BI, BI terhadap USE (Use Behavior) maupun FC (Facilitating Conditions) terhadap UB adalah signifikan.

Sistem E-learning dikembangkan oleh Undiksha untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun pada kenyataannya E-learning Undiksha belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh dosen di lingkungan Undiksha. Pengguna dapat menerima dan menggunakan sistem adalah hal yang penting untuk dapat mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari implementasi sistem tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha dengan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT merupakan salah satu model penerimaan teknologi yang menggabungkan delapan teori penerimaan teknologi sebelumnya. UTAUT memiliki empat konstruk utama yaitu ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha,  pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi.Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup dengan sampel 64 Dosen Undiksha. Dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ekspektasi kinerja, ekpektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasiitasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha (2) Variabel moderator jenis kelamin memperkuat hubungan ekspektasi kinerja dan ekspektasi usaha terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha sedangkan untuk variabel moderator jenis kelamin memperlemah hubungan variabel pengaruh sosial terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha (3) Variabel moderator umur memperkuat hubungan variabel ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha (4) Variabel moderator pengalaman memperkuat hubungan ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha.AbstractE-learning was developed by ganesha university of education to improve learning effectiveness and quality. Yet, this system had not used maximally by lecturers in the institution.  Users which could accept and use the system was an important thing to know degree of its implementation successfulness. Hence, this study aimed at analyzing factors affecting use behavior of UNDIKSHA’s E-learning system with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. UTAUT is one of technology acceptance model combining 8 previous technology acceptance theories. It has 4 main constructs, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition.The data were collected through giving closed questionnaire to lecturers. It involved 64 lecturers in UNDIKSHA as the sample of this study. The obtained data were analysed by means of SPSS. The results show that (1) Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition have positive impact on the use behavior of the E-learning system, (2) Gender moderator variable strengthens the relationship of performance expectancy and effort expectancy towards the use behavior of the E-learning system, but weakens the relationship between social influence variable and the use behavior, (3) Age moderator variable strengthens the relationship of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition towards the use behavior of the E-learning system, and (4) Experience moderator variable strengthens the relationship of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition towards the use behavior of the E-learning system.

Purpose This paper aims to investigate hospitality study abroad experiences as an educational service in which the experience encompasses services that combine tangible and intangible actions that require students to move from the classroom to a practical setting. It empirically investigates the relationship between students’ study abroad, perceived value and perceived sacrifice (monetary and non-monetary) with their overall satisfaction and internationalization intentions. Design/methodology/approach A total of 57 students who had completed an international externship experience were contacted and invited to complete an online survey. The online survey gauged the student’s perception of their externship experience, the overall satisfaction and the internationalization intentions. The instrument also gathered demographic information about the participants. The proposed model was estimated by using partial least squares (PLS) path modeling. Findings The results indicate that PLS can be used to assess the theory of consumption value for study abroad experiential learning. The results of the hypotheses testing indicate that the value students get and give is a suitable and significant predictor of satisfaction and internationalization. However, students’ satisfaction with their study abroad internship does not predict future internationalization intentions. Originality/value This study sheds light on hospitality students’ perceived value, satisfaction and internationalization intentions when they complete a study abroad internship program. The results indicate that the value students get and give is an appropriate and important predictor of satisfaction and attitude toward international education.

Online shopping is growing so rapidly and has attracted millennials in various way. Unfortunately, the discussion regarding the adoption of online shopping in millennial consumers’ context with perceived risk application was still limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of performance expectancy, expectation efforts, social influence, facilitation conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habits, and perceived risks on behavioral intentions and use behavior. This study also discusses the effect of perceived risks on financial risk, performance risk, and privacy risk. This study can be classified as explanatory research with purposive sampling and partial least square as sampling techniques and data analysis. This study was designed to focus on individuals who can be classified as an online shopper with a range of age of 18-35 years old. The results show that the millennial generation is influenced by the social environment and habits in shaping their behavioral intention. Millennial consumers are also proving very concerned about their perceived risk of financial, performance, and privacy issues when doing online shopping. Interestingly, six of the factors studied (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and perceived risk) do not have any influence on the intention to use online commerce technology.

PT.X merupakan salah satu Perusahaan Milik Negara di Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang jasa transportasi. Didalam proses penjulaan tiketnya PT X sudah menerapkan sebuah sistem e-ticket sebagai alternative bagi pelangga untuk melakukan pembelian tiket. Sudah beberapa tahun e-ticket diterapkan di perusahaan tersebut, namun pengguna jasa transportasi di PT.X, hingga saat ini belum banyak yang menggunakan sistem tersebut. Pihak PT.X menyaranakan adanya penelitian untuk menganalisis penerimaan penggunaan sistem e-ticket di PT.X guna pengembangan Sistem E-ticket selanjutnya. Salah satu model yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis perilaku penggunaan teknologi adalah model Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT adalah salah satu model yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran terhadap penerimaan pengguna pada sistem yang sedang diterapkan. Pengurukan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan beberapa indikator pengukuran, yaitu : performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FC), gender (G), age (A), experience (E), voluntariness of use (VoU), behavioral intention (BI), dan use behavior (UB). Penelitian ini memperoleh variabel yang mempengaruhi penerimaan penggunaan e-ticket di PT.X yang meliputi ekspektansi kinerja (PE), ekspektasni usaha (EE), dan pengaruh sosial (SI) berpengaruh positif terhadap niat dari penggunaan sistem (BI) dengan pemoderasinya jenis kelamin (G), usia (A), dan pengalaman (E).
