The purpose of this research is to better understand the impact of supply chain management (SCM) and flexibility on firm performance, as well as the role of competitive advantage in mediating the model in Indonesian agriculture companies. Companies must apply supply chain management and supply chain flexibility (SCF) to boost industrial competitiveness, which impacts firm performance. To ensure that supply chain management supports the company's strategy, companies must evaluate supply chain concerns. From the literature search, researchers have not found any published studies or articles on SCM and SCF in their influence on firm performance through competitive advantage, specifically for corn companies in Indonesia. The population in this study includes agriculture companies in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling technique, the total population of 200 obtained a sample size of 133.333 which can be rounded up to 134 research samples. The inferential statistical method used in the data analysis of this study was the Partial Least Square Version 3 program. The study found that SCM influenced firm performance and SCF had a direct influence on firm performance. However, competitive advantage variable failed in being a mediator in SCM and SCF on firm performance.

Companies prefer to have their warehouses run in each state before goods and services tax (GST), but after GST whole supply chain phenomenon have changed. The purpose of this study is to address the impact of GST and then see how it affects the wider supply chain management sector. For this conceptual model is adapted and modified from Porter’s value chain model in current GST context. Online convenience sampling survey of 519 respondents from Indian companies which comprised eight different subsectors has been conducted. Partial least square structural equation modeling technique has been used to analyze the data. Findings reveal the empirical significant impact of inbound logistics, supply chain operations and outbound logistics on productivity with GST scenario. In addition, results also established on the moderating role of GST environment on all these direct relationship. This study enriches the knowledge of supply chain operations with the arousal of new tax system GST in India. This research helps managers to understand this new tax system in a better way so that they can adopt this system for enhancing their business performance.

This research develops and tests the consistencies of the relation between supply chain management practices, e-business technologies and operational performance. The data for this research is obtained from 67 companies. The relations proposed in the framework of this research are tested using partial least square analysis. The findings of this research shows the impact of supply chain management practices and e-business technologies have an effect on improvement of operational performance. The analysis also found the existence of interaction effect between SCM practices and e-business technologies, both on operational performance.

This research was conducted to reveal the relationship between supply chain management, competitive advantage, and operational performance in coffee shops in Indonesia.  The Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires online. The population in this study were business actors in the coffee sector, especially in the coffee shops in Indonesia. Determination of the sample in this study using non-probability because the population size cannot be identified. The sample of this study was 177 respondents. The research data were analyzed using path analysis techniques with analysis tools using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result found that SCM, competitive advantage has a significant positive effect on operational performance, SCM has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, and competitive advantage is the perfect mediator for the effect of SCM has a significant positive effect on operational performance at a coffee shop in Indonesia.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how supply chain ambidexterity facilitates assistance for green supply chain management and to build on previous work by evaluating how networking capability helps to explain the impact of supply chain ambidexterity on GSCM. This study focuses on the top-level management of different manufacturing companies located in Pakistan. A total of 34 manufacturing industries were selected using a cluster sampling technique. The data collected from 125 top-level managers were analyzed using a partial least square method, while the moderation analysis was conducted by using variance analysis. First, supply chain ambidexterity positively influences green supply chain management. However, networking capabilities do not moderate the relationship between supply chain ambidexterity and green supply chain management. This research was restricted to manufacturing industries in Pakistan because the research intended to gain an understanding of the several supply chain ambidexterity practices in Pakistani businesses and wanted to determine how these practices are associated with various parts of GSCM. Further studies can be extended to examine the impact in other industrial settings and countries. The findings of this research study will allow the managers to identify the right mix of exploitation and exploration techniques required to manage the supply chain in a green and sustainable manner.

Sustainability issues have been on the rise due to negative impacts of organizational practices on the environment. The logistics sector has been known as a major contributor in polluting and consuming enormous amount of resources. This study therefore aims to provide insight into how sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) influences performance of organizations operating in the logistics sector. This study went further to focus on the intermediary function of competitive advantage in the SSCM and organizational performance relationship. Questionnaires were distributed to solicit information from 190 logistics managers. Data were analysed using partial least square method of structural equation modelling. Analysis of the data indicates that SSCM significantly and positively influence competitive advantage and organizational performance. In addition, competitive advantage also proved to significantly influence organizational performance. Competitive advantage indirectly has a significant impact on the SSCM and organizational performance relationship. The findings of the study provide key information to managers and academics in understanding the essence of integrating sustainability in supply chain management (SCM) and how the integration influences organizational performance in the current business and industrial setting.

The purpose of this research paper was to find the impact of the supply chain on firm performance in Textile firm of Pakistan. Data was collected through questioners in the month of March 2018, Approximately 30 questioners were distributed among the managers of the ten textile organizations in Faisalabad which are expected to have the best knowledge about the supply chain operations and its impact on the performance of the organization, all of them responded positively. It is found that dimensions associated with SCM methods as well as explain the connection amongst SCM methods, aggressive benefit, as well as firm performance. The actual study focuses on the causal associations in between SCM exercise, aggressive benefit as well as firm performance as well as ignores the actual feasible recursive associations.

This research aims to examine the effect of supply chain management on firm performance. In this study, the effect of supply chain management on firm performance is intervened by competitive advantage. The sample of this study is manufacturing firms listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2014. By using total sampling procedure, 137 firms were selected as a sample and questionnaires were sent to finance, production or marketing manager through corporate secretary. From 137 set questionnaires were sent, 64 sets were returned and due to missing data/incomplete answer so only 59 sets were analyzed. Data was analyzed by using SPSS program version 20.0. This study found that supply chain management positively effect firm performance. The findings showed that supply chain management positively effect the firm’s competitive advantage. Further, analyzed found that competitive advantage positively effect firm performance. Meanwhile, the results proved that ß value of relationship between the supply chain management and firm performance after entered by competitive advantage was decreased from 0.825 to 0,412. This research conclude that competitive advantage has a role as partial mediation variable.
