In the manufacturing industry of the Coal-Electricity integration, due to the high-level of coal price, thermal power enterprises are in severe situations currently. This paper analyzes the relationship between the coal manufacturing industry and power manufacturing industry in China, and points out that coal-electricity integration is one important way to develop China's power industry.
