FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF AN INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO BY RUSSIAN COMPANIES IN THE OIL AND GAS SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

The article discusses the main methods of forming an investment portfolio and examines the motives for partnerships with foreign companies. During the analysis of the activities of Russian oil and gas companies, the features of the formation of investment projects were revealed.

HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE REGION

The article considers approaches to determining the importance of human capital for the socio-economic development of the territories of the Russian Federation, as well as determining its place in the structure of the territorial socio-economic potential. The article shows that human capital is the basis for the formation of the regional economic system and serves as the basis for the implementation of the regional socio-economic potential. The authors define human capital as a key socio-economic and productive factor in the development of not only the modern economy, but also modern society. Regional human capital is defined as a set of human resources with their knowledge, abilities, skills, etc., formed both within the framework of individual human capital and within the framework of corporate human capital, localized on the territory of the region and able to provide reproduction processes within the regional socio-economic system. The article shows that the regional human capital in the structure of the socio-economic potential of the region has both quantitative (population size, including population migration; the gender and age composition of the population of the region, etc.), and the quality characteristics (the level of education and qualifications of the population of the region, the effectiveness of the use of human capital, etc.), reflect the importance of human capital in the state’s program documents. The article proposes the author’s vision of human capital as a resource for the socio-economic development of the region and proves that from the point of view of the realization of the socioeconomic potential of the region, the human resources of a particular region should be considered by regional authorities and management not only as a key resource that ensures the socio-economic development of the region, but also as a resource that imposes certain requirements necessary for the direct realization of human capital (potential).

MARKETING FACTORS THAT DETERMINE THE CONSUMER BEHAVIOR OF GENERATION Z

The concept of «Industry 4.0», which is actively developing in Russian companies, involves the end-to-end digitalization of assets and their integration into the digital ecosystem, developing the chain of creating the actual value of a product (service). As digital ecosystems develop, marketing, including strategic marketing, is also being modernized. SMM is being transformed from «page management in social networks» to one of the main marketing tools of our time. The choice of social platforms for the company’s presence is an important moment in the formation of the SMM-strategy. Companies implementing SMM should create optimal marketing content that will strengthen relationships with consumers and ensure not only long-term and favorable communications, but also create sustainable results in the activities of companies. Today, more than 25% of the working-age population of Russia is accounted for by generation Z, which has replaced millennials, which has its own characteristics and specifics of consumer behavior. For a deeper understanding of Generation Z consumers, the authors conducted a study of the factors that influence the model of consumer behavior in the B2C market.

DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOMS AND LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ASSURANCE OF PLASTIC WASTE IMPORT SECURITY

The article examines the role of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation in ensuring national and economic security during foreign economic operations. Approaches to ensuring economic security in the area of plastic waste have been systematized. The article focuses on quantitative and spatial analysis of the import of plastic waste into the Russian Federation. Risks of a participant in foreign economic activity have been identified. Countries have been identified as the largest importers of goods from the plastic group to Russia. It was established that the promising direction is the creation of modern customs infrastructure in the regions of Russia, optimization of logistics flows and accounting for the layout of all plastic waste processing facilities in Russia

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AND THEIR USE IN MANAGING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MUNICIPAL INNOVATION POLICY (THEORETICAL QUESTIONS)

The article discusses the theoretical and methodological issues of the use of key performance indicators KPI as a tool for managing the implementation of the innovation policy of municipalities; the features of their application are disclosed, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the municipal economy; substantiated the advantages of their use in the practice of developing and implementing the innovation policy of municipalities.

USING PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN CONSTRUCTION

The article discusses the features of the implementation of investment projects in the construction industry, the main trends in project management in this area. The importance of the construction industry for the country’s economy is substantiated, the key indicators of the construction sector and its contribution to GDP are highlighted. The analysis of the development of the construction industry for the period from 2009 to 2020 is carried out. The reasons for the decrease in investment in construction are identified, among them the most important ones are highlighted. In the article discusses the key characteristics of the construction industry in our country. The conclusion is made about the need for a systematic and integrated approach to the management of investment projects. The authors propose to use the tools of project management to improve the efficiency of the implementation of investment projects. The main tools of project management (tools for defragmentation of work, tools for managing the time in the project, tools for managing resources for project implementation, tools for managing project costs) are named and examples of their use are given. The concepts of «team», «project management team», «matrix of responsibility» are considered.

Management consul ting is one of the fastest growing types of consulting in the structure of domestic services, since most enterprises are faced with the need to change management strategies, adapt to market requirements, as well as deeper implementation of digital technologies in the business processes of enterprises. This article reveals the theoretical foundations of management consulting, gives its classification, characterizes the conceptual apparatus and stages of the consulting process. The analysis and verification of the problems of the development of management consulting in Russia has been carried out. The practice is generalized and the assessment of the prospects for the development of management consulting in Russia is given.
