<p>Decision support systems play a role in helping the university to take appropriate decisions. In this study has made a Decision Support System for Selection of Student Achievement which serves to help the university take the right decision by using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.

Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 7 (A7) memperoleh peringkat pertama siswa terbaik dengan nilai 0,184, selanjutnya adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0,170.   Kata kunci: AHP, Pemilihan Siswa Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Village/ward party in Palangka Raya is required to collect data of poor people who reserve the right to receive Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT). Eventually, village/ward party is going to work together with the census officers of Social Protection Program of Central Statistics Body (BPS) in Palangka Raya. The decision process of the recipient candidates of BPNT in Palangka Raya requires a Decision Support System which offers consideration and evaluation to obtain more accurate data. The selection uses ten poor criteria of non-monetary variable include main income, possession status of a house to live, floor material of the house, wall material of the house, facility of drinking water, facility of lighting, fuel for cooking need, facility of defecation, final disposal of feces, and asset possession of household. The research used the Decision Support System with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The system was evaluated by two different methods which were black box testing and turing testing. The application assists to decide the alternative recipient of BPNT, manage data of candidates of recipient of BPNT and manage data of the recipient of BPNT which were selected from the recommendation result

For the selection of employees, there are usually many factors in fulfilling the assessment in order to get a maximum target. Especially in the field of call centers, it is required to have qualified skills which can solve problems complained of by customers. So that as a call center who receives incoming calls or can be called inbound calls, it must be the key to solving problems and be able to convey good suggestions. However, to get the value of the agent so that its performance is good, there are parameters that must be achieved, namely acd call, acd time, aux time, available time, staffed time and agent skill. best. By doing this, the monitoring system is very easy and more efficient to find out which agents are underperforming or agents who have reached the performance target. For this reason, an application with a case study was created in order to achieve the maximum target. This application will greatly help the team, namely Teamleader, Taber, Spv, Manager as they play an important role in evaluating agents in their performance.

The purpose of this paper is to present a decision support system supplier selection of food industry raw materials especially cake and bakery, by using new technology that is famous for its robustness that is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The importance of this research is to find a new varian of the AHP application, therefore increase scientific literature related the method especially for cake and bakery industrial. Furthemore, to provide a reference of selecting raw materials supplier methods in the industry. The model starts by identifying the main criteria (quality, price, delivery, and service) using the main criteria ranking based on the opinions of experts using AHP. The second stage is identifying the sub criteria (materials supplied halal and equipped with halal certificates, sample tests and physical observations, price of goods, maximum and continuous capacity and supply capacity, discount price levels and certain purchases, the existence of supplier offices and cooperation and reference commitments) and their ranking based on the main criteria. The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can produce a decision support system that the right results according to field data at Virgin Cake and Bakery. The results of this study indicate that overall the best supplier to be chosen by the company to be use as a long-term co-worker is supplier A because overall this supplier has the highest value compared to the other three suppliers.

AbstrakCV.Yulindo Multipratama merupakan perusahaan baru dan masih berkembang yang bergerak dibidang tekstil. Dalam proses persaingan bisnis, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan selalu termotivasi, salah satu solusinya yaitu dengan membuat sistem yang terkomputersisasi guna meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik. Proses penentuan karyawan terbaik CV. Yulindo Multipratama masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang objektif dan efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem yang baik. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, serta untuk pengumpulan data dengan cara oberservasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik dengan metode AHP. Dengan adanya program Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik Pada CV. The method that I use in making a decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, as well as for data collection by means of observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. The result of this research is the application of a decision support system for determining the best employee using the AHP method. With the program of Determination of the Best Employee Decision Support System at CV. To get information about a cafe in accordance with consumer desires is not easy, sometimes consumers feel confused. This is a problem in providing solutions in choosing the right and best cafe places according to the tastes of consumers in Kisaran City. To provide solutions to problems that arise, a decision support system (DSS) is made using the AHP method to make it easier for users to provide solutions to their problems. The method used is to collect data on filling out forms given to consumers who frequently visit several cafes in Kisaran. The results obtained in the implementation of this study were selected as the criteria for a place with the alternative being Callisto Cafe.

Abstract: The use is still the traditional way by trying corn seeds planted by farmers in Tanjungbalai in Asahan Regency. Farmers will choose maize seeds that are fast growing, but will have poor yields on fruit size, resulting in less satisfactory yields. As a result a problem arises that will occur in the absence of determining a number of criteria that can get quality corn seeds. Farmers are not familiar with the use of technology in getting good corn seeds. This requires the use of a system that is able to answer and provide solutions in the selection of corn seeds using a number of criteria and alternatives to superior corn seeds. This research uses AHP method decision support system with comparison of criteria and alternatives in the selection of superior corn seeds in producing the best alternative. Keywords: AHP, alternatives, criteria,  farmers superior corn seeds  Abstrak:  Penggunaan masih cara yang tradisional dengan mencoba  bibit jagung yang di tanam oleh para petani di Tanjungbalai di Kabupaten Asahan.  Petani akan  memilih bibit jagung yang waktu tanamnya cepat, namun akan memiliki menghasilkan yang kurang baik pada ukuran buah mengakibatkan hasil produksi menjadi kurang memuaskan. Akibatnya timbul suatu masalah yang akan terjadi dengan tidak  adanya penentuan sejumlah kriteria yang bisa  mendapatkan bibit jagung yang berkualitas. Para petani kurang paham dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam mendapatkan bibit jagung yang bagus. Hal ini diperlukan penggunaan sistem yang mampu menjawab dan memberikan  solusi dalam pemilihan bibit jagung menggunakan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif bibit jagung unggul. AbstrakPemilihan program keahlian bagi siswa SMK diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk mengarahkan siswa terhadap bakat dan minat serta kemampuan siswa tersebut. Desain penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem pemilihan program keahlian dibuat dengan berbasis web. Suppliers are one of the important things in purchasing activities of various needs for the company. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem that includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One method that can be used for supplier selection is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This research was conducted at Manufacturing companies in relations with suppliers who will develop a partnership relationship between companies and suppliers. The purpose of this research is that the right supplier can help the company in increasing competitiveness that can increase company revenue. To help companies choose the right supplier, a decision support system is needed. The variables used in this paper are price, quality, service, delivery accuracy and quantity. The most determining criterion in selecting suppliers is the accuracy of delivery criteria, making these criteria a major factor in supplier selection. The results of this study are consistency in delivering goods on time and guaranteeing safety in guaranteeing the quality of a product.
