Abstrak Penelitian dengan judul “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Pembelian Handphone Menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Addtive Weighting) Studi Kasus Padang Cell Lubuklinggau” mempunyai tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode analytical hierarchy process pada sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai sarana bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi metode kepustakaan, wawancara, angket kuesioner dan browsing internet. Sedangkan untuk perancangan sistem digunakan desain sistem meliputi penggunaan diagram konteks, data flow diagram dan flowchart.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara merancang model sistem pendukung keputusan sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh. Kemudian data yang diperoleh tersebut diolah untuk menentukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang akan dibuat menggunakan macromedia dreamweaver, php dan mysql sebagai database. Selanjutnya, sistem yang telah dibuat disimulasikan untuk mendapatkan alternatif pilihan pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh.Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi berupa ranking atau urutan prioritas alternatif pilihan handphone, hasil dari perbandingan nilai kepentingan antara alternatif satu dengan lainnya menggunakan Sistem Simple Addtive Weighting. Hasil simulasi yang telah dilakukan didapat urutan prioritas alternatif dengan perolehan nilai prioritas yang didapatkan dari hasil penilaian. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode SAW, Web   ABSTRACT Research with the title "Decision Support System For Mobile Purchase Method Using SAW (Simple Addtive Weighting) Case Studies Padang Cell Lubuklinggau" whose purpose is to implement the method of analytical hierarchy process in decision support systems as aids in making purchasing decisions handphone.Metode data collection used in this study include methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires and internet browsing. As for the system design used the system design include the use context diagrams, data flow diagrams and flowchart.Research This is done by designing a model of decision support system in accordance with the data obtained. Then the data obtained is processed to determine a decision support system that will be created using Macromedia Dreamweaver, PHP and MySQL as a database. Furthermore, the system has been created to get the simulated alternative decision making in accordance with the data of this obtained. Research produce information in the form of ranking or order of priority alternative mobile phone, the result of a comparison of the value of interests between the alternatives with each other using the Simple Addtive Weighting System. In the world of education, scholarships are financing or subsidies provided by the government, companies, universities, and other educational institutions. This study aims to design and build a decision support system to assist and facilitate the school in determining prospective recipients of scholarship assistance for poor and high achievers with the criteria determined by the scholarship organizer. With this, the researcher designed and built a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which was then compared by the Imple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE) method. So that the results of the design of this system are able to assist in determining prospective scholarship recipients. The comparison of the 3 methods shows the results of the ranking of criteria that are slightly different, but basically, the 3 methods can be used properly to solve the problem of determining the scholarship recipient.Keywords:Support System, Analytical Hierarchy Proses (AHP), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Elimation Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE).

[Id]Pemilihan pegawai terbaik merupakan salah satu aspek yang cukup penting di perusahaan karena dengan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan memiliki kompetensi tinggi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja suatu perusahaan serta menghasilkan pemimpin-pemimpin hebat di masa depan. Beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi pada pemilihan pegawai terbaik di PT BPD Jawa Barat & Banten, Tbk (Call Name : bank bjb) antara lain yaitu pengolahan data kandidat pegawai terbaik yang akan diseleksi masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena belum memiliki standar dan masih memakai sistem manual sehingga proses penilaian masih belum transparan, akurat dan terpercaya. Penentuan pegawai terbaik di bank bjb sangat memerlukan sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai rekomendasi kepada Direksi. Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan pegawai terbaik yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dan Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat merekomendasikan pegawai terbaik pada bank bjb berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan yaitu nilai kinerja individu, nilai kinerja unit kerja, kehadiran, perilaku, pencapaian target kerja, masa kerja, pendidikan, penilaian makalah, presentasi, dan hasil wawancara.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pegawai Terbaik, SAW, AHP, TOPSIS[En]Best employees selection is one aspect which is quite important in the company because of the superior human resources and high competence can improve the productivity and performance of a company and produce great leaders in the future. Some of the problems occurred for best employees selection in PT BPD Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (Call Name: bank bjb) are best employees candidate data processing who would be selected still take a long time because it has no standards and still use manual system so that the assessment process is still not transparent, accurate and reliable. Determining the best employees in the bank bjb need the decision support systems as a recommendation to the Board of Directors. Decision support system to determining the best employees who performed in this research using three methods : Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Corona virus (Covid-19) is a new virus that has spread to many countries in the world, including Indonesia in 2020. This virus has spread to all provinces in Indonesia. The 3 provinces with the highest number of cases are DKI Jakarta, East Java and Java West. Currently, the ranking of areas affected by Covid-19 is only done based on the confirmed number of each province. Therefore, this study aims to rank the affected areas of Covid-19 using the Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product methods. The combination is done based on the advantages of each method. The AHP method is used to analyze the criteria to produce criteria with good consistency, then the ranking process of each alternative is carried out using the SAW and WP methods. This research is expected to provide recommendations for the affected areas to make various efforts to reduce the confirmed figures.Keywords:Analytical Hierarchy Process; Decision Support System; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.
