<p>The present study has been done in descriptive methodology of the correlation sort with the aim of investigating the relationship between organizational silence and commitment of the high school teachers in Junior secondary and senior schools in the city of Azna. The statistical community of this investigation includes all 312 teachers of the mentioned city from which the number of 175 persons has been chosen through Kukran sample formula and according to classified accidental sample proportionate with the capacity of the community. The tools for gathering data were three questionnaires. i.e., organizational silence (Vakula &amp; Buradas, 2005) with 23 questions and organizational commitment of Allen and Mey (1991) with 24 questions whose content and formal fluency was confirmed by several responders and a few statistical communities and their credit was provided as 0.90, 0.92, by Koronbach Alfa coefficient respectively. The analysis of the data has been done in two levels of descriptive and conceptual statistic through Pierson’s correlation coefficient. The findings of the analysis of the investigation questions showed that there is a negative meaningful relationship between the organizational silence and its dimensions with organizational commitment.</p>

<p class="apa">This study aims to investigate the relationship between the religious attitude, self-efficacy, and life satisfaction in high school teachers of Mahshahr City. To this end, 253 people of all high school teachers in Mahshahr City, in Iran were selected as the sample using the multistage cluster sampling method. For data collection, Glock and Stark’s (1965) religious attitude questionnaires, Schwartz and Jerusalem’s general self-efficacy questionnaire and Diener et al.’s (1985) life satisfaction questionnaire were used. For data analysis, Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used. Results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the religious attitude and life satisfaction. In addition, there is a meaningful relationship between the religious attitude and self-efficacy. Results also showed that religious attitude and self-efficacy can predict the life satisfaction.</p>

<p>This study aims to investigate the relationship between the spiritual intelligence, self-control, and life satisfaction in high school teachers of Mahshahr city. To this end, 253 people of all high school teachers in Mahshahr city were selected as the sample using the multistage cluster sampling method. For data collection, King’s (2008) spiritual intelligence questionnaire, Schneider’s self-control questionnaire and Diener et al. (1985) life satisfaction questionnaire were used. For data analysis, Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used. Results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the self-control and life satisfaction. However, there is no a meaningful relationship between the spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction. Results also showed that spiritual intelligence and self-control can predict the life satisfaction.</p>

This paper aims to determine and analyze the impact of compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis method using path analysis regression. The population in this study were private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The sample in this study was 88 teachers.  Data collection using a questionnaire, while for testing the hypothesis using a simultaneous test and partial test and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicated that first, compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, compensation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Fifth, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Sixth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Seventh, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Eighth, Compensation affects the performance of teachers who are mediated by job satisfaction. Ninth, Work Environment affects teacher performances that mediated by job satisfaction. And Tenth, Organizational Commitment influences teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Purpose – This study aims to find the role of demographic variables in knowledge sharing among teachers in senior high schools. The relationship between demographic variables and knowledge sharing has not been clearly established in the existing literature. Design/methodology/approach – The survey research design was used as a methodology for the study. The participants of the study were senior high school teachers. These participants were selected using convenience sampling technique. Questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. Data were anaylsed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression. Findings – The study found that male teachers share more of their knowledge than female teachers. Additionally, first degree holders were found to share their knowledge more than Higher National Diploma holders. Originality/value – This study has established the relationship between demographic variables and knowledge sharing among senior high school teachers in Ghana.
