Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the direct effect between (1) organizational culture with OCB, (2) ethics with OCB, (3) organization culture with ethical. The method used is a survey method with a correlation approach. In this study serve as a sample of 81 teachers were selected based on random techniques (simple random sampling). Data were obtained by spreading questioner. This study was conducted in high schools in Sipora Mentawai Islands. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of organizational culture with OCB, (2) there is a positive direct influence of ethics on OCB, (3) there is a positive direct influence between cultures organization with ethics.

This study aims to show the influence of Organizational Culture and Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study on IT Companies In Special Region of Yogyakarta) which is focused on the high low organizational culture of a company. Samples in this study as many as 9 IT companies with convenience sampling method. The population in this study is all IT companies in Isitimewa Area of Yogyakarta. The data type in this study is primary data. The data source in this study is the results of surveys, interviews and filling out questionnaires from employees of IT companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who became research samples. The results of this study show that organizational culture and procedural justice have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in IT companies in Dareah Istimewa Yogyakarta. But for companies whose organizational culture is low organizational culture has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior in IT companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture on affective commitment, the influence of affective commitment on OCB, the influence of organizational culture on OCB and the mediating effect of affective commitment on the influence of organizational culture on OCB. These samples included 83 employees are determined using proportionate random sampling method. Data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that organizational culture positive effect on affective commitment, the better the culture of the organization, affective commitment is also getting stronger. Affective commitment positively affects the OCB, the stronger the affective commitment has embraced the OCB behaviors also higher. Organizational culture positive influence on OCB, semaik both an organizational culture that is applied then OCB also higher. Results of testing the hypothesis is further produced that affective commitment partially mediates the influence of organizational culture on OCB.
